“Why is bi-generation becoming more common” I think its because the time lords may have set up a way to rejuvenate the time lord population a long time ago if they ever were to go extinct, thats why 15 said “its supposed to be a myth”. Now that the time lords are going extinct (theres only definitely 2 left, since the master/missy is a tooth, and mrs flood and 14) the system might have kickstarted, and thats why its becoming common.

She chuckled at them both, silent tears rolling down her cheeks. Still, she couldn’t tear her eyes off her first version of him until fingertips grazed her temples and her pain dulled.

“The two of you, agreeing? Never in my fantasies did that happen.”

The Doctor blushed. “Well, I mean, there is one thing he and I agree on, I spose. Completely agree, that is. Might be a trait passed down one regeneration to another but-”

“You, Rose. We agree when it comes to you.” Other-him sat at her feet, lifting them into his lap. “You’re fantastic, always have been.”

Controversial opinion, but i love the fact that rose/bad wolf is coming back, especially in the form of the doctor. She is a goddess, and she has been haunting the narrative ever since she absorbed the time vortex 20 years ago. I think this storyline has been waiting to happen for a while.
