Well hello everyone! It's been a long time since I've posted. But I have some great news. I started wegovy back in july and I'm down to 202 from 239. Feeling so much better about myself and Feeling healthier. Keep up the great work everyone. Day 1 back at the gym since July. I started back working which I'm sure has helped with the weightloss as well. Thanks for reading!

Chickpeas (I did 2 cans)
Yellow red and orange peppers
Onion (2 small)
Cucumber (2 greenhouse)
Cherry tomato (1 container I think 1 pint)
Kalamata olives (1 jar from aldi)
Feta cheese (measured with my heart)
Kraft greek dressing(to your liking)

My weight hasn't moved, but I've lost fat and gained muscle over the last week. I've been consistently working out still and sometimes twice a day. Hopefully, the scale will start moving soon. I know you're not supposed to compare to other people. It's just disheartening to see other people lose much more than you. Hopefully, this just means less loose skin.

Proud of myself! I've worked out every day with the exception of a rest day the last 2 weeks. I've been reading instead of watching TV. I've been logging everything I've been eating. I've been getting my water in. The scale may not be moving, but all around, I feel better. Thanks for reading

Hey ya'll. It's been a long time since I've been on here. Well hold your hats because I have to update you on where I've been since I've last been on.
I've tried so many diets and fads that I've lost count. A year ago feb 15, I started my journey to get bariatric surgery (sleeve). At this time I was 270 after having my 3rd child on Jan 23 23. Dec 21 23 I was sleeved at 250. Today I am 240. It's been slow losing weight. I haven't exactly been doing what I'm supposed to. I plan on using this place as a journal. To keep me accountable and share my journey. It definitely is not the easy way out. I hadn't been logging my food, getting my water or exercising like I should.
Today, I went with my husband to work out, and it felt great. I did strength training for 30 minutes, burning 344 calories. Following this, I went on the elliptical for just 10 minutes, burning 109 calories. Already I've gotten in 49 oz of water and 29g of protein. I need to start meal prepping though because I've been going over my calories.
Today has been a good day, we'll see how the rest goes. Any suggestions on when to eat in regards to working out and what?
