Banana Flapjack Bars

Ingredients:

2 large bananas, very ripe

2 cups rolled oats

Add cinnamon, honey, raisins, or other fruits, to taste

Instructions:

Grease baking tray with olive oil and put in the oven, preheat to 180 celcius

Mash the two bananas in a bowl until they’re a paste

Add the oats and mix thoroughly

Roll into bars and place on the baking tray

Bake in the oven for approx 30 mins

Simple, healthy, and yummy.

Well I wont be using this anymore as my boyfriend found it. I dont know if he will read this. Hes not mad at me. He didnt tell me what to do. He just you know, loves me. I dont want him to worry about me. But I dont know how much of this I can change, or want to change. I have bad and good days. Good and bad weeks. He really is amazing though. I never thought anyone could be there for me with this stuff.. I didnt think that was possible. That is all. The end of my tumblr journal.

Confession: I think fat people should hate their body. They should be ashamed that they ruined their body. I hate how they wont eat less. The fat doesnt magically grow on a body. They put the food in thier They decided not to get off the couch. They could even work out while being on the couch watching tv. They chose to eat too many calories each day. They didn't change their habits when they hit 200 pounds. I hit 160 and I changed everything. I will never be heavier again. I am sorry but this is my opinion and its probably twisted from ana. I will be thin

So like eating before he goes and stuff

Trying not to throw up and enjoy it or whatever  Like I've pretty much made myself fat again by giving up my disordered eating.  Having even been binging really.  Not trying to eat healthy though.  Fuck its ridiculous how fast you can gain weight.  Really need to count everything even after the two months.  So he leaves thurs. So that will be day one.  60 days to perfection.  60 days of dedication.  Maybe i'll do ABC or something. hmhm
