I feel generally discontent most of the time. I feel on edge or tense.
Food makes me feel warm and full and comforted.
Food also makes me gain and gain and gain.
Food makes my thighs touch and chaff
Food is my double chin
Food is my bloated face
Food is my protruding waist
Food is not looking good at any angle in a photo
Food is insecurity in a bikini
So am I really comforted?
