Bottled Rageipede Venom
This angry red, oily potion, created by concentrating the venom of an insect known as a Rageipede due to the unique property of ingesting its poison, almost writhes and boils at room temperature.
Potion, uncommon
After ingesting this potion, the imbiber must succeed on a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw (unless they choose to waive this save) or they will fly into an unstoppable rage for 1 minute. During this period, any melee attack from the creature is considered at advantage, deals an additional 1d6 damage of its type, and has the Siege property. However, the imbiber will be unable to discern friend from foe, and must attack the creature or breakable object (chairs, doors, tables, etc.) closest to them, preferring creatures over all others. If no creatures or breakable objects are within attacking range, the imbiber must roll 1d4 and move in a direction based on that roll (1 - North, 2 - East, 3 - South, 4 - West) their full movement, unless a creature or breakable object comes within range, in which case the imbiber must stop and attack. After the rage has passed, the creature must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the creature takes 1 point of exhaustion, which can be restored with a long rest or a use of the Lesser Restoration spell.

Wings of the Alabaster Carrion
This prosthetic cloak composed of quartz-hued dragon scales, golden gleaming dragon scales, and shimmering razor-sharp feathers rests comfortably upon the wearer’s wings, acting as both a layer of protection against hounding winds and a siphon for speed in the air.
Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement by a creature with wings)
While wearing this cloak, you can use an action or reaction to speak its command word (Maguey). This activates the cloak for one hour as the cloak’s exoskeleton contorts whilst each of the vertebrates begin to move in unison. The cloak gives you a flying speed of 30 feet. If the wearer uses the wings to ascend then the flying speed goes to 0 feet; if the wearer descends the flying speed goes to 60 feet. Once the cloak has been activated, it can't be activated again until the next dawn.
While the cloak is activated, you can use a reaction to cast absorb elements (targeting only acid damage or fire damage) from the cloak. The spellcasting ability for this spell is intelligence. Once you use the cloak to cast a spell twice, that spell can't be cast from it again until the next dusk.

Rotten Edge
This longsword, constructed from a sickly green, horribly pitted metal and filigree depicting fungus and other decomposers, appears to have some life of its own, albeit a life afflicted with pestilence.
Weapon (longsword), uncommon
On a critical hit made with this weapon, the wound made on the target immediately festers, causing the target to be Poisoned until the end of your next turn.
Cursed. On a critical failure using this weapon, the pestilence built up within the sword affects its user instead of the attack target, causing the wielder of this sword to be Poisoned until the end of their next turn.

Star-Saber MK-076: Natter
One of the recovered weapons of the Xaryxian Empire, these blades are made with the latest in Xaryxian Hard-Light arcanotech. Coveted by the Star-Phaser assassins' for its ability to be chemically altered and its usefulness in espionage, only a handful of these daggers exist outside of their hands (Stardust Cartridges sold separately).
Weapon (dagger), rare
This weapon looks like the hilt of a standard, if ornate, dagger while inert. This weapon has 3 charges, and it regains 1 charge for each stardust cartridge it consumes. As an action, you can feed the Star Saber a stardust cartridge by inserting one into the pommel of the hilt. While the weapon has at least one charge, you can use a bonus action to summon or dismiss a blade of pure hard light. The damage type for this weapon is radiant, and the dagger adds +1 to attack and damage rolls. Due to the cold light of this weapons blade, poisons can be applied.
Light Shift. By expending 2 charges of stardust as a bonus action, you can cause the light around your body to bend and shift, rendering the wielder and the blade invisible for 1 minute, or until you attack or cast a spell.  If this uses the final charge on the weapon, the blade is dismissed immediately after the effect begins and cannot be summoned again until another stardust cartridge is fed to it.
Overdrive Slash. Once on each of your turns when a melee attack you make with this weapon's summoned blade hits, you can expend 1 charge to dump all of the stardust contained in a cartridge into a single strike. The target takes an additional 3d6 radiant damage. If this uses the final charge on the weapon, the blade is dismissed immediately after the strike and cannot be summoned again until another stardust cartridge is fed to it.

Star-Saber MK-049: Glänzend
One of the recovered weapons of the Xaryxian Empire, these blades are issue standard for fleet captains in the Empire's military. Converting a standard blade into a whirring chainsaw of blazing stardust is no easy process, and so these blades are typically reserved for those few elves who gain the favor of the Emperor himself (Stardust Cartridges sold separately).
Weapon (longsword), rare (requires attunement)
This weapon appears as a standard falchion with a trigger like guard over the handle. This blade has 7 charges, and regains 1 charge per stardust cartridge it consumes. As an action, you can feed Glänzend a stardust cartridge by inserting one into the pommel of the blade. While inert, the blade functions as a standard longsword. By spending 1 charge, you can use a bonus action to pull the trigger and cause teeth of blazing stardust to encompass the weapon's blade, increasing the weapon's damage die by one (2d8 while one-handed, 2d10 if two-handed) for a number of rounds equal to your proficiency bonus (this extra damage is always considered fire damage). While these teeth are active, you gain a +1 to attack and damage rolls made to attack with this weapon, and the weapon emits bright light in a 30 ft. radius, and dim light for 30 ft. more.
Overdrive Slash. Once on each of your turns when a melee attack you make with this weapon's summoned teeth hits, you can expend 1 charge to dump all of the stardust contained in a cartridge into a single strike. The target takes 3d6 radiant damage in addition to the slashing damage it takes due to the weapon hitting. If this uses the final charge on the weapon, the teeth are dismissed immediately after the strike and cannot be summoned again until another stardust cartridge is fed to it.

Star-Saber MK-001: Geist
One of the recovered weapons of the Xaryxian Empire, these blades are issue standard for every soldier in the Empire's military. Channeling the power of stardust into a blade of flame, these blades became popular due to their low weight and ease of use (Stardust Cartridges sold separately).
Weapon (longsword), uncommon
This weapon looks like the hilt of a standard, if ornate, longsword while inert. This weapon has 3 charges, and it regains 1 charge for each stardust cartridge it consumes. As an action, you can feed the Star Saber a stardust cartridge by inserting one into the pommel of the hilt. While the weapon has at least one charge, you can use a bonus action to summon or dismiss a blade of pure solar energy. The damage type for this weapon is fire, and it is considered magical for the purposes of overcoming resistances. While the blade exists, this magic longsword has the finesse property. If you are proficient with shortswords or longswords, you are proficient with the Star Saber.
Overdrive Slash. Once on each of your turns when a melee attack you make with this weapon's summoned blade hits, you can expend 1 charge to dump all of the stardust contained in a cartridge into a single strike. The target takes 3d6 radiant damage in addition to the fire damage it takes due to the weapon hitting. If this uses the final charge on the weapon, the blade is dismissed immediately after the strike and cannot be summoned again until another stardust cartridge is fed to it.

Phase Bow MK1
One of the recovered weapons of the Xaryxian Empire, these bows were used exclusively by the Star-Phasers, elite assassins' who use this bow to end high-profile targets even through solid walls (Stardust Cartridges sold separately).
Weapon (longbow), rare
This bow appears to be a standard, if ornate, longbow while inert, and it can be used as normal in its inert state. This weapon has 3 charges, and it regains 1 charge for each stardust cartridge it consumes. As an action, you can feed the Phase Bow a stardust cartridge by inserting one into its handle. While the weapon has at least one charge, you can use a bonus action to activate the weapon, causing a wreath of starlight to apparate around the string of the bow. While activated, any arrow shot from this bow gains a +1 to its attack and damage, and is considered magical for the purposes of overcoming resistances.
Phase Arrow. You can expend one cartridge to pull back on the bow's string and create an arrow of pure starlight between the string and bow of the weapon. So long as you can see the target and they are within the first range bracket of this weapon, this arrow is unaffected by any non-magical cover. If that cover is any number of creatures, they also take this arrow's standard damage, and the arrow's damage type is always radiant. When the arrow pierces its intended target, it detonates, dealing an additional 3d6 radiant damage.

Medallion of Time Adjustment
A palm-sized medallion of ornate gold with symbols depicting a solar system, inlaid with an hourglass. Controlling the fabric of time and space has never looked so stylish!
Wonderous item, artifact (requires attunement by a wizard or cleric)
A creature attuned to this medallion gains a +1 bonus to AC, spell attack rolls and the saving throw DCs of spells or abilities within the Chronurgy or Graviturgy schools of magic. When you use an ability from these schools of magic, roll a d8. On an 8, you regain a spent use of that ability, as though time and space forgot it ever happened.

Bow of the Fool's Court
The bow of the Prince of Fools himself, forged with the song of creation, this instrument's song is said to lead wayward souls back where they belong.
Wonderous item, artifact (requires attunement)
While attuned, the wielder of this bow becomes resistant to being charmed or frightened, and can roll saving throws against these effects at advantage. You can use this item as an Arcane focus, which will produce a spectral violin that is played to cast spells.  While attuned, you can cast the spell Nathair's Mischief at base level without using a spell slot. When used as a focus for a spell that requires a saving throw (such as Tasha's Hideous Laughter), the wielder can use a reaction to make a Charisma (Performance) check against the saving throw of a single target of the spell. On a success, the saving throw is considered failed for that target. The wielder of this item can use either of these effects as many times per long rest as their Charisma modifier.

Creature Feature: Taxi Crab
Tumblr media Tumblr media
(PDF)
Of all the beasts of burden used since the first people stepped on Avaritian soil after the Cursing, none have fascinated the minds and hearts of the citizens like the Taxi Crab. These leviathans from the Elemental Plane of Water were domesticated after their mass exodus through the Churn, where once they were bottom feeders feasting on washed up carrion on the shores of the Plane's islands. Docile and quick for their size, the industrious peoples of Avarita first bred them for their incredibly durable shells before their hidden potentials were truly unleashed.
When the first colonies began to spread deeper into the mainland, the pioneers would tie or even glue saddles on the back of Taxi Crabs, using rotting meat on sticks as leads to encourage them to run. Now, Taxi Crabs are bred all over the city as its main form of public transportation, with light metal cabs chemically adhered to the shells of the crab just after molting to ensure cohesion. Their riders, the cabbies of New Avarita, started out as just a handful of Water Genasi and Triton immigrant families who came to Avarita from the Plane of Water or from deep in the Zephyrus Ocean. Using the techniques of leviathan rearing they brought with them, these families eventually grew into the Taxi empire they are today, with over 1,000 registered ranches throughout the city.

Bear Skin Lodge
Tumblr media
Bear Skin Lodge map I made for my 1920s Mafia campaign, part of a series of maps for our Fairnoon Motors arc.
While most of the racers work on their vehicles or get some much needed rest in the 24 hours before the Grand Prix, two of these speedsters decided to spend this time lounging in this old timey pub-turned-diner (where none of the rugs are alive, for sure).

Race Garages
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Race Garages map I made for my 1920s Mafia campaign, part of a series of maps for our Fairnoon Motors arc.
Each garage houses a different racers car, each racer (or ride) with a different personality, a different way to sabotage them.
The roof is optional, I used it as a token and copied it for each garage so that my players can fight on both levels!

Iron Factory map I made for my 1920's mafia campaign, one of the maps made for our Spider Bite arc.
While trying to survive the onslaught of rival gang members hunting the party, they decided to hideout in an abandoned Iron Scrap Foundry. Curiously, the buildings backup Arcane generator still works...

Drug Den
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Drug Den maps I made for my 1920's mafia campaign, one of the maps made for our Spider Bite arc.
After being given a magical amulet that seemed to transmit their location like a beacon, the party were tasked to keep the amulet on their person for 24 hours in order to gain entry into the ranks of the Chessmen Mafia. As they went about their day after receiving the amulet, called a "Spider Bite", the party found themselves swarmed by rival gangs from across New Avarita, seeking the amulet for some unknown reason. As the party fought one gang after another, they found themselves scrambling for shelter, even in the home of the drug cook they shook down the other day.

Apartment Basement
Tumblr media
Apartment Basement map I made for my 1920's Mafia campaign.
After retrieving the information from the Informant's apartment, the party found the location of the Chessmen's most popular speakeasy, the Black Widow. Gaining access after solving the riddle of their door code, the group met one of the Knight Pieces of the Chessmen Mafia, Alma "The Exterminator" Kozlowski, who gave the group a task if they really wished to join: Hunt down "Two-Time Tommy" Dubois, a gnome chemist who once worked for the Chessmen but decided to snitch to the cops, and teach him a lesson.
Due to Tommy's aid, the cops provided him with witness protection, hiding him somewhere in Rocklene Heights. In order to find him, the group tracked down his old landlord, a goblin man named Uza. As they began to ask the man for Tommy's new address, the floor beneath them creaked and groaned. Ever since Tommy skipped town, the goblin complained, the building's plumbing had become a complete mess. Some of the tenants have recently complained about hearing "a wild animal" in the basement, and just this morning, all the hot water stopped coming up the pipes.
In exchange for the new whereabouts of their target, the gang had to find out what was happening below. As they traversed the dank basement, the air filled with steam and the hissing of vents, they found the place filled with sentient alchemical ooze, given rise when ole' Tommy decided to dump all his reagents down his toilet when the cops showed up for a noise complaint just two week ago.
