okay but how is phil gonna react to techno being locked up. like that’s like all three of his “sons” (ik techno isnt canonically related to phil but still he’s like a mentee) have now been wrongfully imprisoned and held hostage in the prison. tommy died, ghostbur was killed, and now what will happen to techno.

basically, really want phil to just go full papa bear and beat the shit out of sam for putting his sons through that <3

i don’t like canon sam much, and especially not now.

the biggest reason is quackity. quackity is slowly becoming into a lesser kind of dream. blowing things up, manipulating people, causing trouble. this is the early stages of dream, and sam should recognize this having been dream’s friend at one point.

but he doesn’t, or doesn’t care maybe. quackity should be in prison, rotting right along side dream. but instead, he’s allowed to torture dream. literal torture, and just get away with it.

now i’m not saying that quackity and dream are exactly the same, but they have similar qualities in the worst ways. and sam should recognize this as a prison owner, as dream’s ex friend, as just a man who is supposed to moral. but instead he bends the rules of the prison, the rules that he’s harmed people over, that he’s let people die for.

dream smp// spoilers for tommy’s latest lore stream

theory for wilbur’s character

so i’m gonna be pretentious and start this off with a question. why didn’t anyone talk to original vilbur? why didn’t anyone take him aside and ask if he’s okay in pogtopia? like clearly he wasn’t okay, and they knew he had plans to harm them and his country. so why didn’t they ask why? or why he’s acting like this?

i think that when wilbur lost it all, similarly to schlatt, he lost literally everything. he lost his power, his country, the respect of his people, and then eventually their trust. when he started to devolve into the tnt loving vilbur, nobody stopped and asked why. nobody tried to really talk him down or figure out what happened to make him like this. they all just saw him as unhinged and a problem waiting to happen.

i’m not saying that a single person or anyone normal person has to sit down and talk to anybody who seems to not be doing great. but like if you see these signs (yourself or someone else) then don’t just let them go under the radar

and knowing that’s when he was still coming down from his “golden age” (being president, starting a country, winning a war) and nobody tried to talk to him then. so now that’s he’s just a manipulative, unhinged walking corpse who blew up a country; why would anyone try to help him now? why would anyone try to waste their time when he’s “unfixable”

i think wilbur knows this, he’s taken it to heart. he’s had thirteen years to think over his actions and realize what he’s done. and i think he’s noticed this, that in a way nobody cared enough to help. they saw him as a threat, as a man pushed too far. not as a man who could be helped. so i think the reason he’s fallen right back into his old habits, is because what else can he do? he’s dug himself too deep and now thinks there’s no way back out. he might have no other choice then to play into the part he’s been given.

as well he has nobody left who he thinks really wants to deal or help him. not even philza probably now that he’s realized wilbur was lying to him in his letters.

his actions before were him possibly asking for help, his actions now are just because it’s what expected.

so once again, he’s isolated, has nobody really to help him, and has no home left. just like how he was in pogtopia, and now everybody knows how he is. his reputation is in shambles, and everybody just sees him as irredeemable. not a man (like everyone else on the server) who desperately needs therapy.

do not refer to him as crazy/psycho/insane, it is ableist to do so because his character’s problems have not been properly diagnosed and to characterize them as psycho/insane could lead to stereotyping or misrepresentation.

hey guys, idk if this had been said before but this is for the whole lore olympus color theory:

purple represents ego and/or social interactions, and it’s the one thing connecting zeus, apollo, and artemis

the connection with purple between zeus and apollo is clear with their behaviors towards women/goddesses, but where does artemis fall into this?

their egos first off. it’s something that is a major point in all three of their characters. for apollo it’s that he’s overly confident in himself, and feels he’s bigger then life, that everything literally revolves around him. for artemis it’s that hers is fragile, and has been dulled and dulled in her brother’s shadow. she feels like she isn’t good enough, that she’ll never be completely respected or seen. for zeus it’s a mix of both, he’s both larger then life, while also taking criticism and any threat to his ego like it’s a threat to his life. also helps prove that the twins are canonically his children, they’re both perfect splits of his largest character flaws.

another theory could be sociability. that they all share a kind of lack of awareness with people. apollo with how he completely over steps with persephone, and continues to believe that things are different, that everything will work out. as well continues to ignore and misrepresent her relationship with hades. artemis as we know is left out of everything, and doesn’t easily pick up on cues or small details. she needs everything laid out, and doesn’t like being out of the loop. then there’s zeus, who is blind to how people view him, brushes off or doesn’t pick up on hints that are given to him (example with anything hera says to him, especially with that apollo thing), and then is a bit tone deaf towards his brothers, especially hades. again another example of how the twins are like perfect splits of zeus’s personality/flaws

george summons dreamXD out of his want to have regular dream back. when dreamon possessed dream he saw his relationship with george. dreamon is dreamXD not god. once dream lost power, dreamXD was able to just manifest himself a psychical more powerful form. he clings to george because george is the only one who invites him in. he’s the only one who still loves dream enough to let dreamXD into the mortal realm. dreamXD can’t come into the smp without being invited in, and george does that. that’s why he treats him so nicely, he’s dreamXD’s in. that’s why he asks for george’s acceptance because that’s literally how he’s able to exist in the smp.

basically dreamon and dreamXD are the same thing. dreamon was brought into the smp when tubbo and fundy summoned him. he lived in dream, who was able to hold him back. but when dream was sent to prison he was no longer able to keep dreamon under control and it escaped.

dreamon manifested into DreamXD, and he goes to george because george is the only one who still trusts dream enough to let him exist in the smp.

that’s why dreamXD only shows up when george needs him, because that’s how he exists in the smp. with george allowing him into his life, he allows him into the smp.

the only other way is when the end is under “attack” like with techno and phil. because dreamXD lives in the end and he can only escapes when he’s invited or when it’s under attack.

so dreamXD is dependent on george to let him exist in the smp, since the syndicate isn’t a threat to the end.

also demons are associated with souls, dreamXD continues to bring up eating souls.

endermen follow dreamXD around, and well the end is full of them.

the voice dreamXD uses when mad is similar to dreamons. after dreamon was trapped with dream for so long, he learned to mimic him, but can never really get rid of the other worldly tune to his voice.

dreamXD struggles to tell the difference between what’s too far for a joke and what’s not. dream is so off the rails with his morals, and dream is often very joking and amused when he harms people. so when dreamon started to pick up on habits of people on the overworld, he never really understood what’s a joke and what isn’t when it comes to violence.

thinking about when wilbur comes back. he and tommy go to the holiday home. wilbur sits down and plays one of his songs, probably one like jubilee line, bittersweet sounding but in reality is just bitter. tommy relaxes, in his beaten body, and thinks about before the wars. when him and wilbur were just brothers in new land. when him and wilbur were just brothers in phil’s house. tommy can remember when he’d sit and listen to wilbur learn how to sing and play guitar when they were younger. he’s much better now. it’s raining out, the day is grey but warm. there is a metaphor for how dream isn’t dead, and their story isn’t over, and their fighting isn’t done. but now, in this moment it’s warm, and their just brothers again. no war, no dream, just them and the music. the moment won’t last, and tommy knows wilbur might go back to being how he was before death. but right now, wilbur is the man tommy looked up to. warm, and talented, and loving. he isn’t the man that betrayed him, and destroyed their home. it’s peaceful. the rain picks up, but it’s still peaceful. for a moment they sit there. dead men living once more, brothers again united. wilbur plays another song after he’s done with the first one. it’s happier almost, still slow, but not entirely sad.

technoblade after hearing about tommy’s death doesn’t show it, but feels very very guilty deep down. he feels like he could’ve protected tommy, looked out for him more, been a more proper mentor figure. hence he’s projecting onto ranboo so much. he sees the pattern repeating it self (dream manipulating tommy = dream manipulating ranboo) and wants to stop it more. he doesn’t want ranboo to end up the same as tommy, beaten and isolated and scared.

phil feels a similar way. i’m thinking that’s why he was asking sam about the prison, for himself, but also to try and help tommy out since sam clearly wasn’t doing anything. although he was a shit father to tommy, like wilbur/ghostbur, he deeply regrets it and is trying (key word: trying) to be better for ranboo

technoblade is probably not going to let ranboo go like he did tommy. one because they have similar beliefs and are more closer then tommy and techno were to a degree. but also because he doesn’t want to loose another friend, another “student” to dream. he’s technoblade, he never dies, he’s the blood god, he can take down a homeless jail bird no problem.

techno will feel so threatened by tubbo. tommy gave up everything and everyone for tubbo. he’ll see ranboo and tubbo getting along and worry about the same thing happening again. he doesn’t want ranboo to become dependent on tubbo and for tubbo to become the number one priority with everything and anything in ranboo’s life.

techno and phil don’t like sam. phil because he feels that sam has too much of an ego. they both don’t like him deep down because of what he let tommy suffer through. (tommy is still like a son to phil in canon) both phil and techno are very devoted to the people they care about (it might not show but the fact still remains) so they don’t like the fact that sam so easily put tommy’s well being behind the rules and guidelines (phil and techno also don’t have any respect for those things so naturally like they don’t get it) neither of them like how sam so easily put tommy at risk to follow protocol, despite same being a father figure/protector to tommy in a way

technoblade visits abandoned pogtopia. it’s perfectly set in time, never to be disbursed again. he loves it there. it reminds him of when him and wilbur and tommy were happy, were like brothers, were all just fighting along side each other. he doesn’t tell anyone. he also keeps the fox fed and healthy.

okay so apparently some people have been talking about dream smp george without me so here’s some headcannons and lore since he’s not giving it to us

-he doesn’t outwardly hate dream, mostly because he never saw the side of dream that tommy and tubbo and the others have (at least not have that side of dream aimed at him) and so because of that, and because of how all of his friends have moved on (sapnap with quackity and karl, callahan+aylssa not being active, bad with the egg) he clinges onto the version of dream that loved him and spoiled him

-also why he’s drawn to dreamxd because even though it’s not dream, it reminds george of the dream that used to be around

-he sleeps to avoid big events because he doesn’t see any reason to get involved anymore, the smp isn’t what it was, dream is gone, sapnap has moved on, even the community house is destroyed. there’s no reason for him to wake up for events because nothing will ever be how it was

-he sleeps all the time because without dream and sapnap and the other older members around too much, what’s the point of waking up anymore

-george still clings onto being king because it was the last time all of his friends were together, the last time things felt vaguely familiar to him

-george will continued to cling onto dreamxd because even though it isn’t his dream, it’s pieces of dream that he liked. being spoiled, being protected. having a friend again

-constantly torn between choosing dream vs everyone else on the server

uh idk what i’m talking about, but like i honestly think george’s character could have a lot of deapth and idk i felt like it
