you will need: ♡ a small plate ♡ fresh strawberries (sliced or whole) ♡ sugar (for sweetness) ♡ cinnamon (for warmth) ♡ a love-associated herb (like rose petals, basil, or rosemary) ♡ honey ♡ a red or pink candle ♡ white wine or fruit soda ♡ a big wine glass or goblet

how to:

The first step is to clear your environment so that any energy is dissipated.

Arrange the strawberries on the plate. Sprinkle them lovingly with sugar and cinnamon. Add a touch of your chosen herb.

Anoint the candle with honey — coat it gently with your fingers while thinking of the love you seek.

Roll or press some of the herbs onto the honeyed candle.

Place the candle at the center of your strawberry plate. Sprinkle herbs around it like a sacred circle.

Light the candle with intention. Breathe deeply. Feel your heart open.

Say this little love prayer (3x is best):

Sip your white wine or fruit soda slowly, from your biggest, most magical glass. Let the sweetness fill you.

Let the candle burn all the way down (safely, never leave it unattended).

When the candle has fully melted, dispose of the materials by burying them in the ground or placing them in a garden. This allows the energy to flow back to the earth in harmony.
