The cramps were unbearable. Body curled up on the couch, blankets up to the nose, and an expression of pure defeat. Nothing eased the pain, but at least silence reigned — until he showed up.
Firm steps, determined like he was about to save the world. But this time, it was for you.
He entered with a victorious, almost heroic air.
— Babe, I know you're feeling awful... so I did some research and decided to help.
You raised one eyebrow, suspicious.
— What did you do?
He puffed up his chest, proud of his mission accomplished.
— I brought chamomile tea, a heating pad... and a pad that I already opened to make it easier.
He held out his hand.
There was the pad, completely unfolded... with the sticky side facing up.
Yes. He had peeled off all the protective plastic and was now holding that thing like it was some kind of magical bandage.
— ...Why is the sticky part facing up?
There was a pause.
He blinked.
— Uh, it's supposed to stick to the skin, right? Like a band-aid. It sticks there on the... area.
The silence lasted a full second before exploding.
— NO! Jason, no! It's for your underwear! Underwear!
He froze.
— What do you mean?
His eyes dropped to the pad as if seeing, for the first time, an alien technology.
The mind of an ex-Robin, trained by Batman, just melting in front of a pharmacy item. You couldn’t hold it anymore. You laughed so hard tears streamed down. The back pain didn’t matter anymore. He was there, completely lost, holding an open pad in his hand and his masculine pride in shambles.
— He’ll save Gotham, but doesn’t get a damn pad.
He crossed his arms, defeated and sulky.
— At least I tried. Whoever uses this deserves a medal of honor. Seriously.
And at that moment, with him blushing, frustrated, still holding the pad upside down… you knew you loved him. Even though he's terrible at buying tampons at the pharmacy.

COLD - English is not my mother tongue.
@blu3n - me.
Jason wasn’t one to get sick; his immune system was better than most people’s. But when he did… God help him.
You were listening to Jason’s hoarse voice as he dramatically claimed he was dying.
All because of a fever.
“Baby… I’ve literally been shot. Survived explosions. Death itself… This… this is worse,” he groaned, sprawled on the couch as if he’d been shot and stabbed — not just suffering from a common cold.
You tucked the thermometer under his arm, watching his flushed cheeks and glassy eyes, barely holding back a smile.
“Jay, it’s 37.8 — you’re not dying.”
“Barely surviving,” he mumbled, already wrapping himself in three blankets as if it were his last day on Earth. His ridiculous 6’1” frame disappeared under the down.
You kissed his burning forehead softly, your hand smoothing his messy hair.
“Red Hood down with a cold and a runny nose.”
“Don’t mock the weak,” he whispered dramatically, and you just laughed, hugging him tighter.
“Don’t leave me,” his voice got huskier as he slid his hand into your arms, seeking comfort even while feeling like this.
@softwithissues - for you

I saw a video on tiktok talking about Dick's ass and Jason's thighs
Damn, imagine you coming home from work, tired and exhausted from listening to your boss's screams and the terrible rain.
and see your beautiful pair of thighs sitting on the couch, crossed while your handsome boyfriend reads a book. You throw yourself against them and bury your face there feeling like you're in paradise.
He didn't even care anymore, he left you there while he rubbed your back.
Oh my god...

ADOROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
AND THIS IS MY FIRST HUSBAND.....
pairing: hannibal lecter x gender neutral reader synopsis: You and Hannibal had an argument—something about pride, about stubbornness, about the fact that you wouldn’t let him have the last word—so at a public gathering, you introduce him as your first husband. It was petty, you agreed, but Hannibal doesn't think so.
The argument hadn’t been anything cataclysmic. Not compared to the spectacular implosions lovers often endure—screaming matches, slammed doors, shattered glass that glitters like guilt in the light of morning. No, this was quieter. It was less of a thunderstorm and more of a paper cut that kept catching on silk—small, stinging, and maddeningly persistent.
You told him he didn’t need to win every conversation. He told you that you were being petulant. You told him not everything had to be a performance, that not every disagreement needed to be dressed in metaphor and marinated in superiority. He adjusted his cufflink—precisely, dispassionately—and left the room without a word.
So yes. Maybe it had left a splinter under your skin. Not enough to cripple you. Just enough to bleed.
Which brings you to the gala.
You both looked immaculate, naturally—he in charcoal and burgundy, you in whatever elegance best matched your mutual silence. Picture perfect in every way but one: the tension stretched between you like piano wire. A fragile melody waiting to snap.
He offered his arm. You accepted it, but your grip was just a little too light.
And Hannibal noticed. Of course he did. He noticed everything.
The breaking point came later, as it always does. You were approached by an outsider—a patron, a collector, the kind of man who shook hands like he was appraising meat. The kind of man you both normally mocked over wine later.
You smiled politely. Not too warm. Just enough to be charming. “This is Hannibal,” you said smoothly, evenly, with the subtlety of a stiletto under silk. “My first husband.”
It landed like frost on warm glass.
Not my partner, not my husband, not even Dr. Lecter, with all its measured reverence. Just: first.
The collector chuckled. “First? So, there was a second?”
You didn’t blink. “Not yet,” you replied sweetly, brushing imaginary lint from your sleeve. “But life is long, isn’t it?”
The conversation continued—well, technically. Words passed. Smiles were exchanged. But you had already stepped on the landmine. The rest was just the silence of falling debris.
The drive home was silent.
Not the usual comfortable quiet—the one laced with soft music and the occasional finger brushing over yours on the center console. No, this one simmered. Boiled slow, behind the veil of civility. You didn’t say a word. Neither did he.
But you knew.
Oh, you knew.
You pushed open the door to your home, removed your coat, and barely had time to place your keys down before Hannibal’s voice pierced the stillness. “‘First husband,’” he repeated, rolling the syllables around like bitter wine. “How poetic. A prologue to a love story, is that what I am to you?”
You didn’t turn to face him. “You’re being dramatic.”
“No,” he said, crossing the room slowly. “You’re being flippant.”
His shoes clicked against the hardwood—steady, deliberate. You felt him behind you before he even spoke again. “First implies another. It implies replacement. Disposability.” His tone remained calm, but it held that strain you recognized—tension, tightly wound beneath every word.
You smiled to yourself. “Is that not what you always claim to embrace? Transience. Reinvention.”
Hannibal's hand came to rest on your shoulder—elegant, firm. “I do not reinvent. I evolve. And I do not share.”
You turned at that, raising an eyebrow. “You’re not sharing. You’re preceding. If it bothers you so much, maybe you shouldn’t have walked out of that argument like a Regency housewife with tight shoes.”
His eyes narrowed, but the corners of his lips curled up—dangerous, delighted, annoyed. “Do you imagine you’ve punished me?” he asked, voice low. “Do you think I felt the sting of humiliation in front of people whose opinions barely register on my radar?”
“No,” you said, stepping just a touch closer. “But I think you hated not knowing whether I meant it.”
That quiet hit the air like a guillotine’s pause before the fall. Hannibal’s jaw flexed.
“I would never allow myself to be replaced,” he said at last, tone velvet-wrapped steel. “Not in name. Not in mind. And certainly not in your bed.”
“Jealous, Doctor?” you teased, brushing past him toward the stairs.
“Possessive,” he corrected, eyes tracking you. “And vindictive, if pressed.”
You found out what he meant by vindictive the next morning.
Your coffee tasted bitter.
The sugar bowl was empty. The backup tin mysteriously gone. You checked the cupboard. The pantry. Nothing. Hannibal strolled in a moment later, refreshed and composed, sipping from his own mug “Good morning, my darling,” he said, with the serenity of a monk. “Did you sleep well?”
You eyed his cup. “Is that coffee sweetened?”
He looked at you with faux concern. “Oh. Did you run out?” You stared. He smiled over the rim of his mug. “How tragic. If only you had a husband to restock the pantry.”
You blinked. “Are you actually being petty?”
He leaned in and kissed your cheek, hand cradling the back of your neck with suspicious tenderness. “No, no. Petty would be serving you burnt toast with the crusts intact.” A pause. His thumb brushed against your pulse. “That’ll be tomorrow.”
You couldn’t help it. You laughed.
He pulled back then, just enough to murmur in your ear: “There will be no second husband. Only me. I will outlive every title and every doubt. Let them choke on first, if they must. You’ll only ever belong to me.”
Your smile faltered. Because that, at least, didn’t sound like a joke.
Not even a little.

''Hey, could you write a Jason Tod x reader? Where the reader is a sexual menace. Jason hadn't really told his family he was dating anyone. So when Barbara was out one day, going about her day, she saw Jason shopping with a woman[reader], and so being the person she was, she followed them around and from what she could see, the woman was a kind and sweet person so she snapped a pick and left unnoticed. She showed the fam the picture when she got home. A few days later the mystery was eating away at them specifically Dick. So he decided to pay Jason a visit in the middle of the night, only to hear Jason and the mystery woman going at it. '' Anon
@malachi2v - i love her
🪐 + ⌛.
He liked peace, privacy, and most of all, avoiding Dick's jokes—or being told he didn't deserve a girl like her, or that he should go to therapy.
Today was shopping day, and like every month, he took you to the market. He never imagined that one day he would do such mundane things—push a cart, choose laundry detergent, or argue about whether there was still rice in the house.
But there he was: Jason Todd, Gotham's anti-hero, discussing the price of tomatoes with you as if God and the outside world weren't after him or wanting his head served on a platter. It was funny..
Amidst the cramped hallways, fluorescent lighting, and hurried people, he seemed… relaxed. The weight of the mask, the guilt, the ghosts—all of it would disappear for a few minutes. You'd say he couldn't choose any fruit, and he'd reply, "Those who don't eat get fat."
As you walked away to grab something from the list, he stood there, looking at you. A lost, calm, almost happy look. Because, deep down—although he would never admit it—he loved that routine with you.
I loved the way you effortlessly made him feel human again. But it wasn't just you. Fate had other plans. And so did Barbara Gordon.
She was walking around the city, minding her own business—or at least trying to. That morning, she decided to break from her routine. She took a detour on the way to her favorite bookstore, stopped at a new coffee shop in Burnley, and, on impulse, popped into a quiet neighborhood grocery store, just to buy a tea the barista had recommended.
It was supposed to be quick. Three minutes, tops. But then… in the produce section—there it was.
Jason Todd.
Without the leather jacket. Without the frown. Holding a shopping basket.
And worse—with someone beside him. A woman. In a comfy sweatshirt, her hair lazily tied back, laughing at his sarcastic jokes as if she'd heard them all before. And he was smiling back. Barbara's detective instincts kicked in instantly. Not that she was jealous. But Jason never smiled like that. And he would never, ever let her see it—not if she still had the same place in his life as before. She ducked behind a cereal shelf, her heart pounding. Part of her wanted to leave.
The other part wanted to listen—to watch. “What is he doing?” she thought. “Buying rice? Jason Todd?”
Maybe she no longer knew who he was. Or maybe… she was just finding out now. She took out her phone and took a picture. Hours later, the family was gathered at the mansion when Barbara dropped the photo on the table. Dick's eyes nearly bugged out of his head.
"Quem... é essa?" Barbara sorriu de canto.
"Apparently, Jason has a type. Cute, dangerous… and secretive." Curiosity consumed everyone for days—but especially Dick.
He couldn't handle the mystery. So, of course, he did the logical thing: he broke into Jason's apartment in the middle of the night.
The last thing he expected was to hear muffled giggles… footsteps… and then—
"Jay, stop, you're crushing me—"
"You're the one who jumped on me!"
"Because you are impossible!"
Dick's eyes nearly bugged out again. He froze in the dark hallway, trying to process the fact that Jason Todd—his dramatic, reserved brother—was… happy. Playful. And clearly… in company.
Seconds later, you walked out of the room, hair a mess, wearing Jason's oversized hoodie—only to run into Dick, who looked like he'd seen a ghost.
"Um… hi?" you said awkwardly, raising your hand.
Jason appeared behind you, looking grumpy.
"Dick. What are you doing here?"
Dick pointed at the two of you, still in shock..
"You… you have a girlfriend. And you didn't tell me?"
Jason rolled his eyes and pulled you by the waist, he didn't want you to get so close to him.
"I had my reasons."
You smiled playfully at Dick..
"Surprise?"
Dick blinked, his brain nearly shutting down.
"I… need a drink."
