People nowadays are so obsessed with redemption arcs like. Give me a good corruption arc. Watch me go wild over my favourite characters going mad and committing atrocious acts against the very nature of humanity

reminder for you...
...to remember your WHY
the what and how of what you do in life - in terms of work, behaviour, and relationships - matter much less than the why of it.
remember your reasons. remember why you decided to do what you do. remind yourself of the path that lead you to the new journey, to the new you.
remember the why. it's what's driving you ✨

[image of a website titled AO3 Year in Review. The text explains that it will pull data from your AO3 history and create a spreadsheet of information for you. It requests your username and cookie as inputs]
Someone asked me about this on tiktok, and I have to say I find this whole thing very sus. The cookie value that it's asking for is part of your authentication cookie which is what tracks your login information to a site. So while this form isn't asking you for your password... it's kind of asking for your password.
It's also accessing your AO3 history which is something you can only do if you're logged in.
Cookie hijacking (or session hijacking) is not a thing I want to open myself up to if I can help it. So while I have no way of knowing whether this tool was created just for fun or whether the creator had nefarious purposes, I'm going to avoid it.
This wasn't made by AO3 or the OTW, and it's just generally a bad idea to give any kind of login information to a third party. Stay safe out there, kids. A fun spreadsheet to nerd out over isn't worth your digital security.
