Look, they are one of my OTP of this whole show and not only because I’m a kiribaku stan but also because I like them a lot together (YES, I also love Kirimina and when the time comes I will write about it). 

ANYWAY, Ashido is bold and energetic, sometimes doing stupid shit for the meme and I think that Sero is the perfect outlet for her. Yes, Kaminari is also a good match but at the end of the day I think that when they are together they can become too much. Sero instead matches her energy but at the same  time tones her done slowly letting her find her rhythm. The important thing is that she also needs to learn how to stop a minimum because everyone needs to rest. Sero on the other hand benefits from her vibe and is more active thanks to her. 

Also looks and vibes in general I  think they make a pretty great couple not only because Sero would treat like the Queen than she is also he would be his beloved King. 

I really think that their relationship would be the perfect balance between an old married couple and a young one, probably a little adventurous in bed. I think that they would understand each other completely and they would be very good and healthy for one another. Also they would share all kinds of opinions and taste and everything, which would make them a relationship with 0 secrets, helped by the fact they are both bisexual AF (I don’t make the rules). 

In summary, they are the power couple goofy duo which is a feet to be seen and I really really like them together. BTW, I have read SO MANY good fics for this two but I NEED MORE!!!

#hrrrrngbhhffffffddfdd#they r so important to me#toga was literally made Because Of Ochako#and THEN ochakos chsracter was changed to matchbox#it’s the girl who wants to be a hero bc she loved watching ppl smile#and the girl who was always told her smile was creepy and weird. who hid her smile until she couldn’t take it anymore#and snapped#and became a villain#it’s ochako being the only non LoV member to genuinely try to understand toga#it’s both of their quirk awakenings being bc of the other#toga finding out she could use the quirks of people she really truly loved by using ochako’s quirk#and ochako being able to make all the clones float out of determination to save the city but ALSO to talk to himiko#it’s ochako thinking abt himiko when she’s defending izuku on the roof#it’s himiko seeking her out after twice died - leaving the rest of the LoV#its ochako being just So Determined to understand himiko. and that taking priority over fighting#it’s the alternate universe where toga lives and ochako routinely leaving vials of her blood for her#its ochako feeling her body going cold. but in that moment she still wanted to reach out. to touch her. and the sadness that scared her hear#it’s toga giving her all her blood. bc the only thing she rlly cared about right then was her living. the cutest smile in the whole world#and how ochako made a program in the future dedicated to ppl who struggled w their quirks. like himiko#and not to mention how ochako brings up her crush on izuku randomly in the middle of their fight#yeah man totally heterosexual behaviour. thinking abt the man ur supposedly in love w while fighting toga#u r never beating the comphet allegations#both the sub AND dub of their final fight gets to me#and the ANIMATION#ochako as a child while himiko is portrayed as this god awful monster#but she’s NOT#society just THINKS she is#and ochako just wants to TELL HER SHES NOT#and she not only risks but essentially LOSES her LIFE for this. bc she didn’t know toga would sacrafice herself instead#i could add more but i’m out of tags. anyway i’m normal about them

Look, I could write a whole essay of 20 pages of why this ship has been wasted in the canon and why they should be together and why are they so gay for each other AND WHY HORIKOSHI?????

But I think I will try to summarize it a minimum for everyone’s sake (including mine) 

Canon wise their backstories were perfect for the parallels and the way that they interact in general had SO MUCH SEXUAL TENSION that it’s not even funny. And their fight? With all the trauma and info dumping? PEAK 

AND THEN ALL WENT WRONG, I'M STILL SO MAD ABOUT IT, because YES, Hawks has sold his body and soul for justice but are you seriously telling me that he is going to back up an abusive father taking into account that his own father was abusive? Maybe BUT we needed more conflict, more acknowledgement, MORE ANYTHING 

AND ARE YOU SERIOUSLY SAYING THAT HAWKS LOST FUCKING EVERYTHING FOR SAVING JAPAN AND I HAVE TO BE OKAY WITH IT????? For me it gets the same feeling like Ekko (Arcane) and I really don’t like it 

ANYWAY, fuck canon (just in general) lets talk about the possibilities and the fics OH. MY GOD THE FICS!! From childhood friends to the Modern Au’s for the toxic yaoi to the fix it’s, they are all incredible and I really think that they explore a lot of what this relationship could have been :D

I truly believe that Dabi had a soft spot for the LOV in general and that Hawks actions would have had consequences in their relationship BUT at the same time Hawks would have had to give up his convictions to be with the man that he truly loves. But they compliment each other so well: they are ready to sacrifice everything to achieve their goal, they would understand each other, they would be stubborn in their beliefs… 

I don’t know if you have seen the official art of Hero Touya but it gives a good perspective of what could have been if ENDEAVOUR HADN’T BEEN A PIECE OF TRASH (Redemption arc my ass!! ARE YOU FOR REAL?? FUCK HIM!!!!!!) 

ANYWAY, I really think that Hot Wings is peak relationship of this series and canon or not they are perfect for each other…

DabiHawks are perfect parallels and narrative foils, and I firmly believe that in a world with decent story writing where they were given the agency to be characters beyond supplementing Enji’s bullshit, that they would absolutely be the best center of the narrative. They perfectly represent all the themes BNHA should encompass. My favorite corner of the fandom, by far. The only corner of the fandom I want to be in honestly, they just GET IT.

Everything that’s not DabiHawks is so cooked. DabiHawks has so much story potential it’s crazy, and the fact that it’s like the 5th biggest ship in the fandom on AO3 while spitting in the face of canon means the fans are a force to be reckoned with. For good reason though- I ain’t never seen a ship with such consistently good fics before, they know how to scrape up every ounce of potential and run with it.
