In my opinion sequence is one of the most underrated games! The ease of play, the combinations of teams and the strategy. Essentially this is a game of connect 5. The board is made up of two decks of cards minus the jacks, players have a hand of cards and from there it's the standard "play one, draw one". Now, the reason the board has no jacks, when you play a jack they either take another colours token off the board or they are a wild card for your colour. The teams combinations is another thing I like about this game, there are 3 colours and basically whatever combination of teams you can play with 1, 2 or 3 players to a team works! #BGG #BoardGameGeek #Boardgames #Tabletop #TabletopGames #Strategy #Review #Sequence

After having a fair few people tell me I should play this game and seeing it around a lot, I finally got it and played it the other day. And I wasn't disappointed! It's a nice bluffing, push your luck dice game, based around cowboys! There are essentially 3 teams the outlaws, the law and the renegade, these teams are somewhat flexible though. This is because the law (The Sheriff and deputies) wins when all of the outlaws and the renegades are dead. The outlaws win when the Sheriff dies and the Renegade wins if he is the only one alive. We played it with four people which although it works and we did have a variety of wins I get the impression it gets much more interesting with more people.
