What this person on Reddit explains the situation in episode 25 with Artemis, M’Gann, and Zatanna so well. Artemis was so desperate that she was going to do something incredibly stupid if Zatanna couldn’t help her and she proved it by swearing that she would do ANYTHING to see Wally’s spirit, like go and make a deal with Wotan or someone else who she shouldn’t go to. And we all know Artemis is a person that if she says she’s going to do something, she is going to do it, so I definitely believe that she would have gone and done something stupid had M’Gann and Zatanna not done what they did. Also, in their point of view Wally is gonna and not coming back so they did what they did to help a friend who was hurting bad. Yes Wally could come back next season but they don’t know that. We as viewers don’t know that, all we can do is speculate. And yes, I understand how it was morally wrong to do, but I also see it as a morally right thing to do to help a friend in need. There is honestly no right or wrong answer for this, but at the moment, I think that Zatanna and M’Gann did way more good then bad in this situation. If we all had the ability to stop a close friend we love from hurting we would use that ability to help because that’s what friends do, and Zatanna and M’Gann were just friends in that moment. And that’s my honest take on it.
