Spoiler Alert: Old White Guy Running For Office Gives His Sh*tty Opinion That No One Asked For

There’s been a lot of long over due debate and discussion surrounding sexual assault and harassment against women finally being had as of late, some good, some bad, some indifferent, and some just out right stupid. In the wake of the Harvey Weinstein scandal people are finally beginning to realize that people in positions of power will use their power to abuse and exploit others, and quite frankly, people are f*cking sick and tired of it so they’ve been rightfully naming names to put a stop to this abuse once and for all!

Women are finally getting the courage to speak out against their abusers, and for once people are actually listening...but don’t get it twisted being believed is a whole other ball game it still took at least 5 women to share their stories together to take down Louis CK. Naturally, men learning about all their white heroes being the monsters women have long said they were is a traumatic experience, and a lot of men are sharing their utter shock and disbelief that men can be so sh*tty on social media (shocking I know). And since the bar is so low right now that people are literally praising the predators just for admitting they are in fact predators. 

But with all this sexual harassment and assault scandal overflowing our social media and news it can get hard to make heads or tails with what to do with all this new information. But don’t worry, there’s a white guy in Ohio running for governor who knew EXACTLY what to do with all these reports of sexual assault/harassment coming out, by posting on Facebook bragging about all the women he’s f*cked in his life! That’s right! A white guy named, Bill O’Neill who’s currently an Ohio Supreme Court Justice and actively campaigning for Governor of Ohio as a Democrat (hey dems remember when you said there was no litmus test to being a democrat? ya maybe rethink that one okay?) decided the best thing to say in the wake of all these reports of sexual misconduct is to publicly boast about the number of women he’s boned AND identified a couple of the women stopping short of saying their full names...

When it comes to sex crimes the last thing any one needs is for a dude on the internet to give their opinion, because news flash, it’s 99.99999% sh*tty, awful, irrelevant, and unsolicited, and Bill O’Neill proves all of that many times over in his now deleted Facebook post. In fact, O’Neill’s post was so sh*tty it caused his own campaign spokesman to quit announcing his resignation via Twitter. Caption hot take O’Neill tried to rebut his deleted post by writing a new post which only made things worse in which he defended Senator Franken, claiming groping a woman is just an “indiscretion” and then brought in Anita Hill’s name for no gad damn reason at all, right before ending it with “lighten up folks”. Oh, and obviously O’Neill bragged about his career accomplishments in the followup apology but not an apology post. 

Now, we as a society do have to figure out how to process and handle the various claims of sexual harassment, assault, and misconduct, and punishing each predator appropriately. We also do have to figure out if any persons are capable of redemption, which won’t be an easy thing to do and will probably take a long time before we can forgive and then move on in the same day/week/month/or year. But one thing is for sure, having sh*t for brains men like Bill O’Neill in their positions of incredible power is part of the problem and how we got to where we are in society. People and men like Bill O’Neill need to be replaced ASAP and preferably with a woman because until women get appropriate representation in all fields, business, govt, entertainment, etc., the abuse of women will only continue.

Trump Says The Saddest Part About Being President Is That He Can’t Be A Fascist Dictator Like His BFF Putin

After a brief moment of pure joy on Thursday evening when an American Hero deleted Trump’s twitter account, which lasted for roughly 11 minutes before Twitter CEO Jack restored it back to life, Trump gave an interview to some rightwing radio nut named Larry. 

Larry host’s some weird ultra conservative radio show that Trump most likely only learned about because Larry is also a frequent flyer guest on Fox & Friends which is Trump favorite show at the moment because they only talk about their love for Trump blah blah. So since Larry goes on Fox & Friends to sing his praise of Trump and loving him so much, Trump obviously agrees to come on Larry’s show so he can spew his word vomit salads pretending he has any clue on how interviews work or what words are. 

During the course of Larry’s “interview” (aka not asking any questions so Trump can feel better about himself) with Trump, Trump opened up with how he really feels about being “President*” and what frustrates him most. Shockingly, Trump tells Larry that the most frustrating and saddest part about the job of President is that our founding fathers created a system of checks & balances which prevent him from being the fascist dictator he would love to be right now. Trump says: 

“The saddest thing is because I’m President of the United States...[I] am not supposed to be involved in the FBI. I’m not supposed to be doing the kinds of things I would love to be doing and I’m very frustrated by it.”

Trump further explains what he would love most more than anything in the world is to be able to throw Hillary Clinton in prison because that’s how his bff Putin is allowed to be President so why can’t Trump?? “It’s just not fair! How come Putin get’s to run his country however he wants without consequences and not Trump??” At this point in the interview COS Kelly immediately rushed in to give Trump his bottle to calm Trump’s temper tantrum down before he storms off to tweet out the “go ahead” to use nuclear weapons. Unfortunately COS Kelly didn’t get to Trump fast enough to stop him from throwing out a vague open threat during the interview saying: 

“As a president you’re not supposed to be involved in that process...[But] hopefully [they] are doing something. At some point maybe we’re all going to have it out.”

Trump followed up his Thursday interview on Friday morning via tweet storm continuing to threaten AG Jeff Sessions’s DOJ and Hillary Clinton before getting on Air Force One to start his 12 day trip overseas to visit several Asian Countries. If there’s one thing Trump wants to make painfully clear and obvious to the entire world is that Trump wants to be the authoritarian dictator that Putin and his puppets promised Trump could be if he went along with Putin’s plan of destroying America’s democracy.

After 3 Massive Hurricanes & The Deadliest Mass Shooting In U.S. History Trump Does What America Needs By Letting Employers Ban Employees From Getting Birth Control Pills Insurance Coverage

After Hurricane Harvey, and Irma which devastated Texas & Florida, Donald Trump knew that this wasn’t going to be the end of natural disasters in a short period of time. Trump also knew that this wasn’t the only hurricane which will leave millions of Americans without shelter, food, and drinking water that was about to hit America. What Trump did know, is that the worst that was yet to come to destroy American land wasn’t really land that America considered “America” even though all Puerto Ricans have full American passports and could freely move between the island and mainland whenever they please. 

See none of that mattered to Trump the days before and many days after Hurricane Maria devastated Puerto Rico, because well Trump had a better idea of stoking a race war over the face that Colin Kaepernick former Quarter Back of the San Frisco 49ers didn’t want to see people of color get abused and murdered in America. 

See, Trump could have listened to the original point of Kaepernick’s protest of kneeling during the national anthem or Trump could have down the easiest more which was stoke a race debate which blames anyone who associates with Kaerpnick as the enemy. Clearly, the easier way out with Trump is probably the best. 

Bet, fret do you not, but even though in the midst of all this “fake news” of Trump literally ignoring victims of Hurricane Marie on the island of Puerto Rico, and ignoring victims of the Las Vegas massacre by saying visiting the hostipal where victims recover a “wonderful thing.” Don’t you worry, because in the midst of all this fake compassion, Trump is focused on what his supporters wanted most during these trying times which is obviously stricter limitations and employers exemptions from insurance covered birth control prescriptions. 

Everyone knows that when you’re talking about rebuilding and strengthening whole communities that have been under sieged by gross Obama ideas of “affordable healthcare,” the first thing a sitting president will do when visiting an island of 3.5 million Americans without power is to limit their ability to get employer based birth control bills OBVIS!

So, after less than 5 days in the wake of the Las Vegas massacre we, as a nation are no where closer to affordable health care, but we are a lot close to more Americans saying, “Less whores more guns,”  thanks to the Trump Administration rescinding the contraceptive coverage mandate. Trump Can’t Think Of Anything Worse Than Disrespecting The American Flag

During a campaign speech for Senator Luther Strange in Alabama Friday night, Trump completely forgot he was supposed to be helping re-elect Luther Strange and that he is already a senator in the middle of his speech. After telling the entire crowd that he actually has no clue who Luther Strange is, he quickly launched right into his favorite talking points of literally saying anything that is in his head at that exact very moment. 

And at that moment Trump told the excited crowd how much he loves the American flag and that he can’t imagine how anyone could not love the flag too, very specifically he said he didn’t like how NFL players could have the audacity to silently protest the National Anthem by kneeling right before kick off happens. He went on further saying how much he wished these poor, defenseless NFL team owners could tell the big scary football players peacefully exercising their constitutional rights that there’s not place in the world for their atrocious acts of violence against the American Flag.

After 7 Years & 70 Failed Repeal Attempts, Senate Republicans Rush To Do What Literally No One In America Wants: Try Repeal & Replace Obamacare AGAIN!

Since March 23, 2010, Republicans have pissed, moaned, and cried to any camera, journalist, or reporter within ear shot at the galling act of passing the Affordable Care Act (aka “Obamacare”) which gave millions of Americans health insurance for the first time. The pure fact that since 3/23/10, poor people and their children can get health care coverage at affordable prices, as well as protects millions more from discriminatory and predatory prices, is just the most disturbing and deplorable fact to all Republicans that truly hurts them in their core. This is why, Republicans have fought tirelessly to overturn such a grotesque bill because only criminals would want all Americans to have access to healthcare treatment and coverage regardless of their financial status or “preexisting conditions.” 

But wait, didn’t the Republicans say they were done with repealing Obamacare after their epic failure at 2am in July 2017? And, yes, yes they did say they were moving on from repealing and replacing Obamacare and going to focus on cutting taxes from Trump’s swamp monsters; But then someone remembered they still had reconciliation open until midnight September 30th and that Republicans technically hold the majority in both the Senate and House so why not give it one last college try huh?? I mean what’s the worst that can happen if Senate Republicans give one last last last try at passing a bill which will finally repeal & “replace” Obamacare that they’ve dreamed of for the past 7 years? Which was what Lindsey Graham and Bill Cassidy said to each other during their secret southern bell boys tea party meeting over the August break, which then led to our current new healthcare bill proposal called, “Graham Cassidy Bill” the GOP is trying to pass by the Sept 30th deadline next week. 

Now it should be noted that since March 23, 2010, Republicans in Congress have failed approximately 70 times on voting to repeal & replace Obamacare. But the biggest difference between all their repeal attempts in 2017 and every vote prior to Jan 20th, 2017, is that this year is the first time Republicans have actually drafted legislation which spells out exactly how they imagine Repeal & Replace looks like. Of course, to no ones surprise that dystopia sans Obamacare future both House and Senate Republicans drafted was nothing short of being offensively hideous and at their best draft had roughly 17% support from all American voters. 

So now you’re probably thinking, “Certainly there’s no way Republicans would write something more ghastly than all the shit burger bills that failed back in July to try to pass now in the 11th hour without any public input, right?” 

Sorry to have to be the one to break this to you, but Republicans only know how to make health care bills more appalling than the last bill draft. This latest “Graham Cassidy” bill has been cited as the worst of the worst of all the healthcare drafts written by Republicans this year. This bill is so horrifying that the Republicans are trying to vote on the Bill without having a complete CBO score report done on the Bill’s impact and total costs. This is because the CBO said it would take longer than the Sept 30th deadline to do all the math on this vomit monster bill.

 This means that Senate Republicans are openly admitting they don’t actually give a shit about health care or heath care policy, all they care about is destroying a law that our first black President was able to get passed into law. This 7 year vendetta Republicans had held so closely to where a living human would have a heart, is solely based on the fact a black man was President and nothing else. 

We know this to be true, because if any part of repeal & replace Obamacare was actually about healthcare and making sure everyone in America gets quality, adequate and affordable medical treatment then America wouldn’t have FOR PROFIT health insurance industry in the first place. And not only would America not have for profit insurance, there wouldn’t be for profit private hospitals, or the term “out of network costs,” or have laws that prohibited and/or restrict medical services of any kind, or allow pharmaceutical companies to have exclusive patented rights to life saving medications or vaccines. 

But alas, we do have all those things in America, and not a single word said by any Republican ever has been said expressing the belief of wanting to eliminate any or all of those things in our healthcare system in effort to truly change healthcare for the better for the American people. Nope, none of them have said anything remotely close to that, what they have said is “Obamacare is a failure” and “Obamacare is in a death spiral” and of course one of their faves to say, “People are suffering because of Obamacare.” 

Of course, anyone with a basic understanding of words and the ability to read can easily factcheck on Google that everything the Republicans have said about Obamacare over the past 7 years to today is a flat out lie to say the least. But in 2017 in Trump’s America, facts don’t matter and as long as Republicans have their right wing propaganda media vomit machine called Fox News, they can continue to spew lies upon lies about the ACA and Obamacare in effort to manipulate their constituents to believe anything they say. 

As of today, a poll done by Public Policy has public approval for the Graham Cassidy bill around 24% which is similar to Spineless Paul Ryan’s bill approval and the failed 13 white man Senate bill BCRA bill approval rating. The only thing more repugnant than a Republican health care bill is a Republican tax plan proposal which is currently polling roughly around the same 24% approval. 

So after 7 years, with roughly 70 failed voting attempts to repeal & replace Obamacare, and 3 separately drafted healthcare bills that humiliatingly failed to get 50 votes while all of America was watching, Senate Republicans are trying to do what literally no one in America or the entire health industry wants them to do: vote to pass the Graham Cassidy bill. Because when it comes to the Republican party they rather kill everyone in America just to spite the first black President, Barack Obama. Oh and the GOP couldn't care less about poor people or any person of color so repeal & replace Obamacare just conveniently gets rid of those people at the same time which is like SCORE for Republicans in the end.

Trump DOJ Files Supreme Court Brief Arguing That All American Business Owners Should Be Able To Put Discrimination First Over Profits

Now you might have already forgotten the 2012 wedding cake controversy that rocked the nation because…well all hell is breaking loose and the world is literally on fire or under water at the moment but surprise! Its back baby!

Just for a little refresher for all those who may have had to move this story out of their head to make room for all constant dumpster fires the Trump WH is making: This goes back to July of 2012 when a same sex couple planning their wedding went to Masterpiece Cakeshop in Colorado in hopes to order a wedding cake, but instead got a big bowl of discrimination thrown in their faces. The cake shop owner, Jack Phillips, told the couple he does not make wedding cakes for same sex couples because it’s against his “deeply held religious beliefs.” However he could make any other baked good just not a “wedding cake” since the Bible explicitly says - “Wedding cakes must be between a man and a woman; cookies, cupcakes, bunt cakes, are gay as hell though. Romans 1″

Now, sure maybe someone out there is thinking “but wait same sex marriage wasn’t legal in Colorado in 2012″ and yes that is correct, however, Colorado did have a little thing called anti discrimination laws that prohibited businesses from discriminating against or refusing service to any person for any race, sex, color, creed, marital status, sexual orientation, or religion. So the couple filed a complaint against the bake shop citing discrimination for refusing service because they are a same sex couple that same year in 2012. After the couple filed their complaint the Colorado Civil Rights Division found that Jack Phillips did violate state law of discrimination, this ruling was then upheld by 3 other legal proceedings including the Colorado Court of Appeals. Of course, cry baby baker Phillips would rather go broke and homeless before ever making a cake for a same sex wedding, he kept appealing the courts decision and when the Colorado Supreme Court rejected his male tears argument he appealed directly to US Supreme Court. 

So now that SCOTUS is set to hear oral arguments this fall, Trump’s racist keebler elf pet, AG Jeff Sessions, made sure his DOJ took a strong stance when it comes to discrimination by filing a brief Thursday evening. In the DOJ’s brief, they made clear that when it comes to discriminating in America you better be a white christian male or else don’t even think about it! The DOJ goes on to argue that by prohibiting Jack Phillips from discriminating against same sex couples the Courts are denying Phillips his right to be publicly racist and forcing him to take on potentially so much extra new business that would result in his cake shop being more profitable. The DOJ brief further argues that, “anti discrimination laws” are well intentioned, but some clearly cross the line by prohibiting discrimination on any level; and well that is just crossing the line for many good white men like Phillips who believe in their heart they are allowed to discriminate as long as they blame it on God. The DOJ also made claims that wedding cakes aren’t just a similar baked good with icing and decorative designs which can vary depending on the said event. No no, a wedding cake is so much more than that the DOJ argues, saying that wedding cakes have the power to make the baker to hallucinate so intensely they feel as thought they are part of every and any event they’ve baked a wedding cake for. Therefore, by not allowing Phillips to discriminate against same sex couples, he would be forced to have an LSD style trip which would ultimately end up with him feeling like he was actively part of the wedding ceremony. THE HORROR! 

The Supreme Court isn’t back in session until the first Monday in October so we still got some time before they make their ruling on whether or not legal discrimination is A-Okay with them. Until then Trump’s DOJ will get hard to work investigating discrimination against white people in college admissions with zero understanding of irony or hypocrisy. So in the meantime, I shall suggest that to any college admissions office who gets investigated by AG Sessions just politely explain to the little evil elf that the college has deeply held religious beliefs when it comes to their admissions practices and that the Bible allows to give preference to students of color first over white people. I mean the DOJ made it very clear that you can’t argue against God when it comes to discrimination.

DOJ Takes A Mulligan To Put Woman Who Laughed At Jeff Sessions Back On Trial

Desiree Fairooz was arrested in January during keebler man, Jeff Sessions confirmation hearing for Attorney General for laughing. Yes, laughing, she was ultimately found guilty in District Court in D.C., for disorderly conduct and demonstrating inside the capital, in which the DOJ argued was solely caused by Fairooz’s laughter. Judge Morin, who was overseeing the trial called BS after the jury return the guilty verdict on both counts and threw out the jury verdict as well as rejected the DOJ’s argument that her laughing was the real criminal act then ordering a new trial. 

Now, in a time with real laws and bigger crimes to fry, the federal Department of Justice wouldn’t have made such a bananas argument that her laughter caused the disruption and most likely would have eventually dropped the charges realizing how much of a waste of time and resources it is. But luckily, it’s 2017 and we don’t live in normal times and everyone knows keebler elves never forget when their feelings get really hurt. Which means, Fairooz gets to prepare to go back to trial because AG Sessions takes crime the most serious and no criminal is going to walk free on his watch, even if that means going back to trial over and over again until we get it right!

When asked for a comment, on why the DOJ would waste such a large amount of tax payer dollars, time, and DOJ resources to prosecute such a petty, frivolous case, Sessions responded with:

   “Bullying is  seriously hurtful, and people must realize how much damage came be done when you hurt someone’s feelings...” 

At which point Sessions begun to tear up and refuse to comment further. Clearly  exposing how sensitive elves can truly be as well as being insanely racist and evil. Fairooz is set to go back to trial on November 13-14 just in time to look her up for the holidays!

As Texas Braces For Impending Doom Trump Offers Relief By Initiating Official Transgender Military Ban

As the biggest storm to hit the US in 12 years is literally hours away from it’s devastating landfall destruction, starting in the Texas coast of the Gulf of Mexico, millions of Americans are scrambling to evacuate as well as looking towards their elected officials for some semblance of comfort and leadership. 

One elected official is seizing this truly scary moment for millions of Americans to show them true leadership, by giving them the exact comfort and relief they need, by announcing an official directive banning transgender individuals from serving in the military. As well as discontinuing any and all healthcare coverage payments for active transgender soldiers currently serving. 

The loud sighs of relief and tearful screams of “HALLELUJAH” coming from the millions of residents living directly in the path of Harvey’s death and destruction could only be described as a second breaking of the sound barrier. Residents all across the Gulf coast cried tears of joy while hugging family members after finding out the 45th President answered their prays by banning courageous transgender persons from being able to serve in the US military including the National Guard. Because when you’re literally struggling to stay afloat after your home is washed away under 12+ feet of water, while 125-150mph winds are blasting away everything you’ve ever known why on Jesus’s good Earth would you ever want an unidentifiable transgender person to come in with the National Guard to offer rescue and safety? 

Luckily, here in America there is a person elected to the highest office of the land, who knew the exact issue Americans fear most during those few moments before overwhelming destruction barrels in taking everything away from you, to tackle first. That person is Trump and that fear is transgender in the military of course because what else matters in a time exactly like this?

Hurt is unexplainable, grief is unexplainable, sadness is unexplainable. They are unexplainable because they are all feelings therefore you have to feel them as they happen to understand them in their entirety. The biggest downfall of understanding as they unfold is unknowing what to fully anticipate. 

My life turned upset down over a year ago and to be honest I have no idea if I am standing right side up, sideways, or still upside down as I write this today. That is how much feelings can destroy your life. You can have no clue what you are feeling at any given time, on any give day, especially when trauma happens. 

I want to say I’ll be okay, because I know deep down I have all the support of stable family and friends for me to be okay in the end. But the scary part is that my dark feelings don’t want me to be okay and to tell my strong support system it wasn’t enough and end it all. I don’t want that to be the end, I truly don’t, but then again days get darker and scarier as each day passes. 

I just want to know what I’m doing is okay, it’s what is supposed to happen, however that affirmation will never come. Life was never supposed to be this way, I was never supposed to be without you, I truly felt you were never going anywhere. Yet, here were are, without you and now I feel as though I’m without a major organ or limb without you. I know for many, over a year later I should be moving on but I’m not, I keep getting drawn into what I did wrong, what I didn’t do at all. What hurts the most is knowing that you can’t ever know how much I hurt without you. 

I hate you and love you still at the same time. I want to join and live in spite of you at the same time. I want to live for you so you can live on with purpose. But at the end of the day I just want you, you live in person here today in front of me so I can say all the nasty things I want to say to you then hug you like I will never see you again. 

The biggest gift that life has given me is the amazing memories I hold dear of knowing you and I’m blessed to call your family my own. That being said I’m still f*cking angry as hell and I want so badly to be able to tell you that face to face. Sadly, I’ll never get that, I’ll probably never get the closer I need and part of me will forever hurt but the only wait to get past it is live how I hope you’d want me to live....

After a long anticipated week, Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin finally had their meeting. Sure, it was only scheduled for 30-40 minutes and went longer than 2 hours but to their credit how was either leader supposed to know how difficult and complicated health care legislation truly is? 

Soon after the 2 plus hour meeting ended, Russian officials told the press that Trump accepted Putin’s assurance that Russia didn’t meddle in the 2016 elections, ya know how you always accept a murder’s suspects assurance of innocence right off the bat? 

Only 4 members were invited into this meeting Trump, Rex Tillerson, Putin, and that Russian spy that I can’t pronounce or spell his name properly but Mueller knows exactly who he is, plus obviously the translators. After which, Russian spy told the press the real account of what was said then Tillerson waited an embarrassingly long time to deny any of the allegations. 

At the end of the day we can come to 2 conclusions, 1st being we all witnessed the awkward moment where Trump learned he’s not actually friends with his boss. And the 2nd, Trump is taking Putin’s side over his own country’s intelligence agencies aka IMPEACH TRUMP NOW!

I Turned 29 But My Friend Didn’t...

I turned 29 but my friend didn’t.

I get to set my clock back again for day light savings time but my friend doesn’t.

I get to celebrate halloween if I want too but my friend doesn’t. 

I get to watch the 1st woman candidate get elected as president but my friend doesn’t. 

I get to wake up every morning and complain about having a job but my friend doesn’t.

I get to wake up every day and check the weather by my friend doesn’t. 

I get to complain about the price of gas regardless of it going up or down by my friend doesn’t. 

Today, I am allowed to celebrate turning 29 years old and more than one friend will never get that privilege. There will never be a one size fits all for treating addiction but what there will be is a more human way of looking at the disease of addiction. 

Addiction doesn’t care who you are, your economic status, your upbringing, your race, your gender, your income, or anything you’ve ever done in life. What addiction does care about is control, power, and deceit, if it gets one then it will control all.

I turned 29 but my friend didn’t....

Stop Hate #Orlando

I am beyond angry, as everyone should be. I am angry at the fact that over this past week 2 different men decided that they were of more value to the world than the lives of other human beings. Those two men on separate occasions had access to guns and was able murder others because they wanted to, for no other reason than the fact that they were angry and felt slighted. The first man took the life of a 22 year singer and the 2nd man took the lives of at least 50 people and 53 others seriously wounded. The 2nd man has committed the worst mass shooting in US history and attacked LGBTQ people because we allow a society to be full of hate. 

This horrific shooting happened because we let it happen and congress let it happen, more specifically the christian right republicans are murdering innocent people while claiming “religious freedom” and then turning around and demonizing Muslims for their religion. The GOP has been arguing bullshit bills to essentially make transgender people criminals and we’re shocked that some one acted with such fervent violence against those marginalized people the GOP has been attacking the entire time? 

The clear problem is hatred, and that is the hatred the republicans have built their entire party base out of and how they let a monster like Donald Trump become their nominee. It’s people like Donald Trump, Mike Huckabee, Ted Cruz and anyone involved in the “investigations of Planned Parenthood” who are to blame for such violence. It is their violent rhetoric and hateful fear mongering that allows people like all of the mass shooters to justify their actions. The only way to change the violence is to change how we allow republicans to act in congress or in state houses or on Fox News. Taking away their power and authority to speak in such a national platform is the only way to destroy this hate that is murdering our families and friends.

Idaho Sheriff Publicly Admits He Doesn’t Understand What Consent Means

An Idaho State lawmaker Melissa Wintrow proposed the bill, HB 528 which would require law enforcement to stop victim blaming and slut shaming survivors of sexual assault and rape by requiring all rape kits to be sent for DNA testing for evidence. Rep. Wintrow, a democrat (obviously) is tired of police not doing their job of investigating and prosecuting sexual predators by not getting rape kits tested for forensic evidence. 

So how does a local county police sheriff react to this common sense bill? By accusing victims of sexual assault and rape of being all liars! Well, I’m sure some he thinks are good non lying victims. Sheriff Craig Rowland of Bingham County went on local news station KIDK and said these sh*tty words:

“They need to let us decide if we’re going to send the kit and when we send the kits in. Because the majority of our rapes— not to say that we don’t have rapes, we do—but the majority of our rapes that are called in, are actually consensual sex.” 

Sheriff Rowland went on further by making up an example of a “17 year old girl having consensual sex with her boyfriend but then tells the cops its rape so she doesn’t have to tell her parents she had sex.” Yeah, apparently in Sheriff Rowland’s mind, a 17 year old girl committing a crime of false reporting is SO much more probable than the crime of rape ever happening to a female. 

Sheriff Rowland also described “consensual” sex of “having things go too far and someone getting scared.” Funny thing, Sheriff Rowlands description of “consensual” sex is actually the exact opposite of consent. Ya know, what is commonly referred to the crime of rape that criminal offense punishable by prison sentence and also what your entire job position is dedicated to preventing by enforcing the laws?

Money More Important Than Preventing Rape

In sadly, a very typical turn of events a NY Supreme Court Judge denied singer/songwriter, Kesha’s request to nullify her contract forcing her to continue working under the supervision of the man who has abused her. 

The court cited that granting a victim of sexual abuse’s request to cancel her contract would cause Sony to “suffer from irreparable damages.” The Judge also claimed that granting such a request would “undermine the state’s governing contract laws” and “the court couldn’t do that” the Judge said in court. 

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Shirely Kornreich decided that after review of all the facts and evidence presented and oral arguments heard from both side, was that money mattered more than a victim of sexual abuse. For Justice Kornreich, this case boiled down to the idea that a written contract on paper is sanctimoniously bound with no way of ever releasing it’s jaws of life grip (with little understanding and reality of the existence of paper shredders). It also was an issue of suffering, and Justice Kornreich has little tolerance to see anyone suffer which is why she rejected Kesha’s request because her music makes far too much money for the Sony corporation to profit from, completely ignoring the fact that Kesha has not been legally allowed to work since the lawsuit was filed in court adding zero new income to Sony’s precious bottom line. So, in issuing her ruling Justice Kornreich made it clear that she could give a damn about sexual assault or the fact it is a crime which she used to prosecute once upon a time. 

The lesson that everyone can learn from all this is that no matter what happens in life, no one gives a damn about victims of sexual assault and abuse. This won’t change until we force this change.

Apple Refusing Court Order Is The Deregulation That GOP Has Long Fought For

This week Apple, Inc., has publicly refused to comply with a court order to create a software program to unlock an iPhone which belonged to one of the San Bernardino shooters. This of course has sparked beautifully ironic outrage  conservative political pundits and GOP Presidential candidates. 

Donald Trump said on Fox and Friends that he “100% agrees with the courts.” Presidential candidates, Ted Cruz, John Kasich, Marco Rubio, and Ben Carson have all made comments in favor of the FBI with forcing Apple to create a hacking software. Now the presidential candidates are not alone, several members of congress have sided with the FBI on this issue. 

Now I know emotions are high on both sides of the aisle here because this situation involves fear mongering and convincing the masses that America is constantly under attack. But I just can’t help noticing the glaring hypocrisy coming from conservatives who agree with the FBI. 

Since the days of our lord and savior, Ronald Reagan was in office the GOP has been running on the same platforms and jibber jabber Reagan first made beauty queen pretty. These platforms and polices have included: deregulating business, increasing law enforcement and military defense, cutting taxes, corporate welfare subsidies, eliminating social programs, destroying the environment, incarcerating black and brown people, and lamenting about big government. 

The GOP has also made a legislative career out of weakening regulatory agencies to make corporate oversight disappear and creating state and federal bills to give corporations and business more rights and protections than it’s constituents have. OH, and the GOP were the ones who speared headed the landmark Citizens United ruling which declared CORPORATIONS ARE PEOPLE TOO! 

So all this work of the GOP and their conservative lobbyists to give big business all the gold, diamonds, and jewels they’ve asked for is finally paying off because Apple, Inc., told a federal court order to go f*ck itself! This calls for a huge celebration for the republicans and their conservative supporters! All these years of hearing the republican party yell and scream about how government only hurts businesses and how all these regulations prohibit innovation of job creators. Well, now the GOP can rest easy knowing that a company has finally decided to take on big government and protect constitutional rights and freedoms. 

The Apple vs FBI case has everything the GOP wants: businesses ignoring federal government and constitutional rights. It’s a republican wet dream, your precious leader Ronald Reagan would be so proud of all of you.

The Classic Story of “Trip N’Rape”

A British Court found a Saudi millionaire innocent of rape charges earlier this week after he explained to the court he tripped and fell on the 18 year old girl sleeping on his couch with his penis accidentally entering her vagina. The jury deliberated for only 30 minutes before handing over their verdict of innocent for the 46 year old millionaire, Ehsan Abdulaziz. 

Abdulaziz eloquently told the court that he had sex with the victim’s 24 year old friend earlier that evening which is why his penis was poking out of his shorts at the time he tripped. He further explained how he is a fragile person because he could have gotten seriously injured if he hadn’t fallen onto the victim sleeping on the couch and struck the small coffee table in front of the couch instead. As for how his semen was found inside her vagina, well, Abdulaziz had a really simple excuse for that, it’s one of those “you’re gonna laugh when you hear what happened” kind of stories. Abdulaziz said he must have had his own semen on his hand leftover from when he had sex with the victim’s friend, so when he fell the semen on his hand fell off him and inside her vagina. 

This is really your classic “Trip N’ Rape” case, it’s a story all too common for many to hear, which makes sense that this jury only needed 30 minutes to agree on his innocence. 

Tripping is an embarrassing and humiliating experience in which everyone can relate to, it happens everyday and it will happen to everyone more than once in their lifetime. When a person trips then starts to fall, it is human instinct to react to defend ones self from injury. Most common reactions are putting your hands and arms out to grab hold of anything within reach to regain balance or to protect your face and/or head from hitting the ground. 

But what you may not know is there is another very common reaction a person may have in a trip and fall incident. This is predominately a reflex in the male gender, although not impossible for women to have this reflex as well. What happens is when a male trips on and/or over something forcing a loss of balance, a natural testosterone reaction in the body instinctually kicks in immediately causing the penis to erect itself and forcefully push itself out of any clothing a male is wearing. Then as the male is falling the now exposed erect penis gravitates towards any hole opening it can get in, it doesn’t matter how big or small, obstructed, open, closed, public, private, or consensual the hole is. The falling erect penis will always find a hole to land in, it’s just a common, natural human instinct to have. 

So in reality, this is a huge win for justice for the Abdulaziz case.

Refugees Don’t Kill Americans, Americans kill Americans

Pro gun talking points to defend Syrian refugees:

“The U.S. Constitution protects the rights to refugee immigration.” (The Refugee Act of 1980 guarantees this constitutional right)

“Not accepting Syrian refugees in the US would not have stopped 9/11.” (The Syrian refugee crisis is largely in part due to climate change, oh and the fact they are trying to escape terrorism entirely)

“Refugees don’t kill Americans, Americans kill Americans.” (More American lives have been killed by white supremacists than terrorists. Plus with approximately 92 gun fatalities daily, we’ll kill ourselves in no time fast)

“But, Mental Health!” (Yes, agreed we need more mental health services to fix the racist problem conservatives have towards brown/black people)

“The only way to stop a bad refugee is with a good refugee.” (so by that logic we should accept all the refugees to make sure we have the perfect good to bad ratio)

AND SAVE THE BEST FOR LAST

“This will only hurt law abiding refugees.” (well this is probably the most accurate a conservative talking point could get, bravo! now turn off Fox News so you can start working on better mental health)
