I fail at posting here but here’s an update.
Down to 181lbs. That’s 32lbs down from my starting.
Going to the gym 5-6 times a week.
Doing Grit classes 2 of those days.
Yoga every other week.
Dancefit when I’m available
And the normal gym routines. Weights, cardio etc.
