best lentil soup with coconut milk, totally vegan

My cooking videos are a bit longer because I want that you have the time to cook with me and do each single step at your home to get the healty tasty vegan meal.

recipe:

800 ml water 1 bunch springnoions 1 cm ginger

cooking steps: wash all the vegetables and cut them into small pieces place the onions with some oil into the pan for 1 min add springonions, garlic, ginger if all is a bit brown, never black, don't let your food burn add the pumpkin cubes, the capsicum and let it cook for max. 5 min always turn the food, so that nothing burns take 800ml hot water, put the vegetable cube in, stirr and add to the pan let all cook for 10min almost at the end add the 250ml coconut milk now take a mixer, if you have a hand mixer even better, but I used my glass mixer always add a bit into the mixer till it's complete liquid and add it to another pot keep on going till all is soup at the end add salt, a bit sugar and pepper I hope your soup will taste as good as mine, let me know.
