You're art is so amazing and cute and just UGH! Really wonderful and i live seeing it on my feed. Can I ask how you get that like... TV static, fuzzy look to it?? Is it the brush?? Is it a filter???????? I'm dying to know.

hii!!! thank you so much!!! It's very easy to make! I use clip studio paint, but it works the same in pretty much every program. First I duplicate the lineart layer, turn it reddish brown (depending on your vibe) and add a mild gaussian blur effect to it.

Above all your layers, i add a noise filter and an overlay at about 30% opacity in the colour of your choice. Then after I'm done with the whole drawing, i save it as a png and open it anew. Duplicate the whole image layer and blur it slightly!!
