Iwo is my little criminal character for The Witcher ttrpg.  He is a resilient and sharp-witted 12-year-old boy, shaped by betrayal and survival. Sold by his own father as payment to a ruthless Witcher from the School of the Cat, Iwo's fate seemed sealed. But during the harsh journey to the Witcher stronghold, he seized a rare chance—killing his captor in a moment of drunken vulnerability. Alone  Iwo fled to the nearest city, where he carved out a new life among a gang of young criminals. Driven by a burning desire for vengeance, Iwo’s ultimate goal is to return home and confront the man who gave him away like property—his own father.

Mirthel is a shoemaker who, most of the time, doesn’t understand what Betty is babbling about but is always impressed by her abilities.
