8 MONTHS now and i can see some amazing results!! i have abs and the fat in my stomach is almost gone! I only lost like 2 kg though but thatās only because i am growing muscle...
i am so proud of myself for working hard for so long!! i hope i can inspire you to do the same, you are beautiful and strong!

after 2 months of exercising everyday Iām finally getting some results!! my abs are getting so defined and my thigh gap is getting bigger āØāØ
Iām probably gaining muscle and losing fat weight because my weight hasnāt changed much and thatās scary but Iām just gonna focus on the good part for now and try to restrict more to lose some weight:)

i just spent my afternoon making cookies at my dadās house and i only ate one so I could bring the rest to my momās house today and now I forgot to bring them.
