I saw some people saying why Cale didn’t just use 'Embrace' on the other four statues instead of using 'Instant'.

The answer is: he can only use Embrace on a living being if it’s shocked or scared of him. Cale literally said this himself!

You could argue that he could have done it before the statues came to life—but there was very little time left!

If Cale had tried to approach the statues while using his ancient powers AND fighting his opponents, he would’ve either fainted, or all of the statues would’ve awakened by then!

So let me make it clear: the reason Cale didn’t use Embrace on those four statues is because—

1. He couldn't get net before all of those got awakened.

You can argue that Cale could have just done it before those statues came to life, but there was very little time left!

2. He couldn't 'Embrace' living beings unless they are shocked or scared by him.

I have a question.

If someone inherits Cale's ancient powers after his death, will they hear his voice—the last owner—or the voices of the original owners?

I'm confused because when Cale obtained the first half of the Annual Rings of Life, he heard the voice of young Jour. But Jour likely wasn't the original owner, so I thought maybe the power lets you hear the voice of the most recent previous owner.

However, when Cale got the second half of the Annual Rings of Life, instead of hearing the voice of the White Star—the last owner—he heard the voice of adult Jour.

Am I misunderstanding something, or did the author make a mistake? Or is there some hidden reasoning behind this?

Hello, I'll be frank. You feel like an AI art user...

Sorry for the late response. I am very busy because of my final exam.

I’ll answer honestly.

There was a time when I used AI-generated pictures and posted some of them on my TikTok and Instagram accounts.

BUT—

I always labeled them as AI-generated. I never claimed them as my own artwork. I mainly used them as profile pictures or backgrounds.

Now, you might be wondering: “If you’re an artist, why use AI images at all?”

Someone asked me that once too, and the truth is, I didn’t know generating AI pictures was wrong. I didn’t know that AI steals from other artists.

Back then, I thought AI created things on its own, like how robots in some movies seem to have free will and emotions. I assumed it was the same for AI, that it was original and independent.

I even used to believe it has real emotions. 😅

When I started posting on Tumblr, someone also said my art could be AI. Because my previous profile and background pictures were clearly AI generated. And while talking with that person about this topic, they said I shouldn't use AI for any reason as AI steals from other artists.

That shocked me. I genuinely didn’t know AI is a thief.

So I did my own research, and finally understood why so many people are against AI art. At first, I thought people only disliked AI because of users who claimed AI images as their own. So I thought if I labeled mine honestly, it would be okay.

Back to the topic.

After learning the truth, that Ai uses real artists’ work without consent— I stopped using them altogether. I also changed all my profile pictures and deleted the old AI-related posts on TikTok and Instagram.

Honestly, I don’t even use ChatGPT anymore. (The last time I did, it told me I had 20+ mental illnesses just because I said I preferred being alone and some other things. 😅)

One more thing—

I never use other people's work or ideas without permission or without crediting them. Because, I don't want to hurt others feelings. And as I believed that AI also has feelings too, there was no way that I would use it's work without crediting it.

Now that I know AI work is stolen from real artists who never consented, I won’t ever use AI images again.

I know you are thinking that I am lying. And I don't blame you. You don't know me. So there is no way for you to know whether I am telling the truth or not.

And I can't even prove myself by posting a SpeedPaint. Because the sketches of my art are traditional, and I can't show my hand because of religious belief, hence I can't make videos of me drawing.

Honestly, with everything happening in my personal life right now, I don’t have the energy to defend myself to others.

So in the end, it’s your choice.

Facts!

Idk what it is but something about the RokCale ship or even just their dynamic in general from the fanfics I've read that seems so enticing to me. I think it's the idea of someone seeing/knowing you at your (supposed) worst and still deciding to approach you, to believe you can be better (and that you are better than you think), and to love you. Or maybe it's the idea of someone who fundamentally very different from you and yet similar at the same time, who seems to know your heart like it's their own. Maybe it's the notion of being seen for what you are by some who gets it.
