Here is Dalys demonstrating the Satndard Cali Lift rep scheme we use. She is doing 12 reps with 5 pulses on the 12 the rep followed by a 5 second max squeeze. Typically we do 5-7 sets. NOTE: the goal is complete hip extension on EVERY rep. It may look like she's pausing at the top. BUT she isn't just holding the position, she is driving for every millimeter of hip extension that she can get. THAT is how you get strong hips ( there are 6 bands on each side) Also she uses 2 bands around her knees. She keeps her knees as wide as her feet during the ENTIRE set both up and down.
