This accidentally happened to me, though not on the same level as major organized crime lol.

Someone on Twitter made a tweet basically like "You can pinpoint the EXACT movie where Disney movie musicals lost their magic"... and everyone in the replies had different answers 💀 So me, thinking that was hilarious, thought to myself "I'll make a cute little commentary video about where I think the moment was." - 30 interviews, podcasts, books and behind the scenes DVD material later, I uncovered some legitimately shocking treatment of the songwriters behind the scenes. I WAS made an investigative journalist against my will, and it broke my heart 😔😔😔

tbh i think the funniest phenomena that’s been happening in the last couple years is “youtuber, having gone too deep into the research hole, has been made an investigative journalist against their will”

Fox blackmails Neo into breaking an arranged marriage + she blackmails him to elevate her station.

Trivia Vanille is a lady in Vale’s court, & has been locked up by her parents to hide her muteness. The one exception is that her parents allow her to visit with Weiss Schnee, the future Empress of Atlas. Their parents are friends, and even though they are lower in the court structure, the Vanille’s are valuable to the Schnees.

A party is being held in Vale’s court, and since Weiss wants her there, Trivia is finally allowed to go. This is because it’s the engagement party for Fox Alistair, Prince of Vacuo, and Weiss.

Fox Alistair travels to Vale to attend the party, but he is robbed by gentleman thieves calling themselves “Neopolitan” and “Roman Torchwick”. But in a shocking turn of events, Fox realizes when he gets to the palace that Lady Vanille has the same mental signature as Neopolitan.

Ready to find the truth, he follows Trivia into the night. He finds out she is Neopolitan and they fight. But during the fight, Neo breaks Fox’s mask and finds out he’s blind. Fox has been hiding his blindness for the sake of the arranged political marriage with Weiss Schnee.

So now they blackmail each other. Trivia wants to elevate her station and get away from her parents. Fox wants to break the arranged marriage with Weiss Schnee. The solution? Trivia and Fox pretend to be madly in love to stall the wedding until they can both figure out what to do about their problems.

But maybe, just maybe, these enemies will fall in love!

Fox may not be able to beat Neo in a real fight... but he always wins against her in their virtual fights!

(Yes, Fox is playing as Ruby lol. You can imagine the baggage around that decision 😂)

Oshi No Ko inspired redraw - but obviously not the anime plot!

Fox's agency is hiding his blindness. Cinder is 'Neo's' true singing voice.

I know Fox looks like a Miraculous Ladybug character but that's just his stage outfit lol.

Neo's parents force her to be an idol, using her semblance for fancy effects/costume changes that dazzle the fans. But as she's mute, Cinder is singing behind the scenes. She is pretending to be the one singing through lip sticking and her illusions making it look convincing. Meanwhile, Fox's agency is hiding the fact that he's blind with a Fox mask / aesthetic.

Fox meets 'Trivia' in a chance meeting, but she doesn't recognize him as Fox Alistair and he doesn't know she's 'Neo'.

The idea is that in this image though, that they are still as they appear at the beginning of the story. Instead of Neopolitan, Neo performs entirely as her Neo persona. And it's the same with Fox always performing with the mask. In the Oshi No Ko music video, there are ‘two Ai’s’ and ever since seeing those I thought of Neo. Obviously it doesn’t follow the Oshi No Ko plot at all, they more exist in the Oshi No Ko Universe with the magical star power!

Through Fox and Neo’s friendship, they'll reveal their true selves to the world someday!

An Amnesia AU for Dessert Oasis Week 2023! However, in this case it’s everyone else who forgets.

After RWBY Volume 9, Neo returns to Remnant with a newfound purpose, remembering that Roman told her she could be “anything she wanted, even a Huntress.” before they ran away together. She trains at Shade Academy after beating Headmaster Theodore in a fight to prove that she was strong enough to stay (though, he may have let her win). Neo eventually falls in with Team CFVY and ends up being romantically involved with Fox, becoming team CFVYN (Caffeine). At some point, Velvet is a candidate for receiving the Summer Maiden powers. Neo, wanting to protect Team CFVY, knowing the only way to rival Cinder is to have those powers and that Cinder will surely kill Velvet, convinces Theodore to pick her instead.

The Relic of Destruction in this AU works on Equivalent Exchange - to use it, you must offer something of equal value to what you want to destroy. Since Neo is a maiden, she is considered ‘equal’ to Cinder, and can use the relic to destroy her. But as a result, Cinder and Neo are both wiped from existence, the only person who remembers her being Fox since he was present when the relic was used. As a result, he grieves alone, and no one knows what Neo did for all of them.
