Reintroduction ??

Hi Friends! 🌼🌿 Just wanted to reintroduce myself since it's been a long while. I'm Khandii - a Pyrography & Fiber Artist. I enjoy drawing & painting as well ♥️ I prefer to only draw animals - I can draw people, I just would rather not ✨ I create full time and sell mostly in person at conventions and events. If any of you have any questions , please feel free to ask 🪴

Starprance

They say the elders once spoke of a creature born from stardust and soft night winds — a guardian who wandered the quiet edges of the world. Starprance, they called it, in voices barely above a breath, as if the name itself might vanish into the dark.

It was a bedtime tale, told in hushed tones to children with heavy eyes. "When you're lost," they’d whisper, "look for the shimmer in the trees — the golden dust that dances like fireflies. That’s where Starprance runs."

Some elders claimed they'd seen it — a flicker of silver hooves in a clearing, or a charm made from a strand of its fallen hair, wound tight with moss and a silent rune. One, an old woodcarver with moon-colored eyes, swore it once bowed to him when he was no older than his walking stick is now.

And if you're lucky enough to catch a glimpse?

The forest hushes. The world exhales. Light pools around your feet like moonlight under water, and in that moment, something inside you softens. A forgotten hope stirs. A grief uncoils. You remember how it feels to belong to something vast and kind.

When Starprance vanishes again — as it always does — you're not quite the same. Not entirely. Some part of you keeps listening for hooves in the night, for golden flecks in the leaves. For the story that once seemed too beautiful to be true… until you saw it with your own eyes.

OH YEAH, I’m super addicted to pokemon go right now. Super not happy about the update - the radius is awful for gyms and poke stops. I literally get a warning on the app itself EVERY DAY saying its too dangerous outside with the weather condition. Like are you kidding me. So you’re going to WARN me to not go outside for my health, and then I have to go outside if i want to play the game, get my pokemon into gyms and spin stops. Literally so frustrated.

For the succulents you wanted help with, some of the leaves make it seem like you’ve been overwatering. You might also be overfertilizing, the leaf damage happens to some of mine when I overdo it too.

I had to add my own little touch - you kidding me 😂 UGGGHHH little Pokémon figurines with the succulents are SO DAMN CUTE. I have the Vileplume and Venusaur with the mint, and the Rhydon in the little succulent patch ✨ 🪴

Getting back into gardening, now that I can actually walk around and do the work! Phoenix does really good out in the garden, too. I’ll put him in his jumper and he will enjoy being outside in the shade while I tend to the garden. Being out there really helps empty my anxiety-filled head. I have too many thoughts that want to get processed all at once and I get overloaded too quickly. It’s beginning to effect my relationships around me in a negative way - so for now this is my outlet.

Succulent Help!

I’m not sure what i am doing wrong for these friends, but the picture on the left is when i first brought the succulent home, and the right is yesterday. The meaty petals are wilting and falling off. I bought succulent food and have been using that as directed soooooo any tips, tumblr?
