Love to see this classy update for Creekside Smooth! 😎 I've always liked the original and now it's better! 😊

Renovation of the Maxis lot Creekside Smooth for the theme of "Music" of the Joyful January challenge (Day 4)! I renovated this lot once already but forgot to save it to my Gallery so it got lost forever... I have this now to place in Willow Creek when I want to :)

I tried to match the cozy vibes of the original and only make changes where it truly needed hence I stuck to keeping it Base Game. I think the result turned out to be a nice place to bring a date to impress to or bring your Sim to impress others with their music skills to. Hope you can make good use of it in your own game!

You can find this lot on The Gallery as a Lounge and was built to replace The Blue Velvet in Willow Creek but it fits well on any 30x20 lot where a shorter side faces the road (like another lot from Willow Creek, Hallow Slough, for example). My ID is the same as here, lilacacia.

I suppose because she's one of very few sims Mortimer Goth has met, wherever he goes Bernice Robles gets dragged along by the game too so here at Municipal Muses museum she had to spend an afternoon looking sad in the rain while very pregnant. Sorry Bernice!

I just love these sims, and I'm excited to see what happens to them this year! Even though I have plans for what I want for them, I love seeing how they find their own way just as much. They're clumsy, sometimes mean, too generous, so moody. Oh so complicated little pixel people. Here's my promise to continue to give you all fun stories to enjoy. last movie: Medusa Deluxe, murder mystery at a hairdressing competition, doesn't totally work but pretty fun

last book: Outrageous! The Story of Section 28 and Britain's Battle for LGBT Education by Paul Baker. Not a very good book, a bit too superficial but I was interested because I grew up in the shadow of Section 28 which was a clause of a government act banning the 'promotion of homosexuality' in schools (it was repealed in 2003).

sweet/spicy/savory: probably savory I think.

last googled: 小王XIAOWANG

current obsession: it's not much of an obsession but I'm slowly working my way through all Jane Austen's novels and really enjoying them, turns out they're world famous classics for a reason 🤔😁

looking forward to: if this sims related then I don't know, it's hard to play the game at the moment as it crashes all the time which I think might be more due to my ancient creaky old PC than EA nonsense strangely enough...
