☕ I have to take disgustingly long breaks - but most of the time, its because I have kiddos to have or take care of. By the time I come back, I've lost interest, or have to start again as I am otherwise lost.

On good nights, I can stay up late and maybe get 4-5 hours of play in, and hundreds of screenshots to edit and touch up. I have lots of stuff to post, which keeps the story fresh if I maintain my queue. If I don't? That's when you get new legacies and stories starting up.

I figure - Sims is sorta, self care for me. When it starts to feel stressful or I am getting mad at it, I stop playing it until I am feeling motivated to play it again. I feel like, listening to my body and matching it with my schedule gives me the time I need to really appreciate the time and stories I create when I get back to them.

Color generator

I've actually been trying to find more purple pieces for my closet, and these are some beautiful shades💜 the colors amethyst smoke & blossom are *chefs kiss*🌸

Green is the best, I love every shade of green! The lightest shade actually resembles my walls' color, and I live in a place surrounded by pine trees and spruceses too🌲 I'm glad it pulled for these more evergreen forest colors. Whenever something tries to put a color to my name, I get olive green, which is beautiful it's just refreshing to get something else for once💚

We're like nearing the end of the first month and time really does fly? I hope everyone sticks to their resolutions, especially if it feels it makes you better. Work on yourself for yourself! Even if you slipped up and stopped you can get right back to it! You don't have to wait a year to develop good habits! Like one good habit I've had is finding new simblrs to adore with appreciation and here's 5 more for this week!

@kissalopa ~ A gameplay legacy that's colorful and cute and look if you do gameplay with colorful pictures I am completely into it! So I'm already into this simblr!

@akitasimblr ~ The second time and one of my favorite simblrs! The posts are creative, bright, positive, light hearted, heart warming, and she has a sim that makes all of the Maria's in the world proud! I cannot say enough good things about this simblr really!

@rachelpedd ~ I consider myself an average at best decorator and when it comes to making lots? LOL...I just try not to. But this simlbr? Ahh chef's kiss! I just love pretty lots to move my sims into and here you will find many to do just that!

@narasimblr ~ Her simblr is very new to me but it took one look for me to know its all quality! Really pretty pictures and good writing and so really those two things will always get me!

@limeysims ~ Last but not least this week another simblr new to me and one I am sure I will love following! Gameplay with cute bright pictures and fun posts always make me smiles, especially hers! I had a lot of fun checking out this simblr for the first time this past week!

Well, January is almost done, how sad! It does mean February, a VASTLY superior month (WOO LETS GO PISCES!) is coming up though but we still have some of January to get through. Let's bundle up and make it through winter!

What's your Resolution for your Simblr?

i do have the wish to start posting the harper twice legacy again, but i am always worried it gets too confusing (after all i already have 3 gameplays going on)... maybe my resolution can be: stop worrying about that and do as i wish 😉

What do you want from the Sims Franchise?

i want a special reference on the sim panel for sims who are born twins/triplets (and maybe some special modlets for twins/triplets). but yeah, i really want that.

Any other New Years Resolutions?

adopt a dog! a few more months to make sure my health is stable and i am back to a normal routine, and i am adopting a new "akita" for my life.

Currently working on - Getting back into a routine. Getting into a routine is hard for me but once I’m in one I’m solid. However getting out of one is as easy as 1,2,3 and that’s what I need to work on. I blame the holiday season and my ability to want to do 5 things at once 🙃😖

⭐ What's your Resolution for your Simblr?

I have a whole list of small article ideas/tips for gameplay etc waiting for me to finally start on it! I want to share more about how I make my game more realistic and alive. A month ago I have shared my very first build on the gallery and would like to work more on my own builds and sharing them 😊

⭐ What do you want from the Sims Franchise?

I'm still on team cars after all those years 😅 My other biggest wishes are: hotels, more hobbies, bands, better romance attraction system. And because I'm a family player I always look forward to all the stuff for other stages than YA/A!

⭐ Any other New Years Resolutions?

I haven't even really thought about it that much 🙈 My biggest goals are to get my drivers license (almost there) and start my education to become a dog trainer/behaviorist!

What's your Resolution for your Simblr?

Hmm, I would say work on all my main sims profiles/intros though at one point I want to build up an entire post apocalyptic world build. Probably in Evergreen Harbor.

What do you want from the Sims Franchise?

Fairies, Cemetery lot types, Mermaid and Alien revamps so they are more on par with the other occult sims, an American swamp world, a Caribbean Latino based world, pet revamps (because I feel like our furry friends need more love yeah?) MORE elder content (gameplay and CAS, I need more balding hairstyles gdi) Furniture and clothes from like the 60's-80's

probably a lot more but those are the ones I can think of for now

Any other New Years Resolutions?

Just continue to improve my art/draw more and I'm looking to bring another cat into our household, it feels so empty now after we lost our other cat in October and I think our dog is sad that his friend isn't around. Probably going to wait until spring or summer though...
