Steven Universe: The Movie
God, it took a lot, but even I couldn’t stay quiet after that trailer. Heartstone looks like she’s going to be absolutely, positively, completely and utterly crazy. Perfection incarnate. Not to mention everything else. But, from the start, the trailer starts off by telling us that Steven’s been dismantling the empire. Which, more than likely, means that he’s turning it into a more open society than actually dismantling it, but that now he’s tired and just wants to go home and relax. Which he does, for about two seconds. Then Heartstone appears and sticks a GIANT FUCKING INJECTOR INTO THE FUCKING GROUND. After that, she proceeds to 1930´s cartoon her way down said injector and beat the living shit out of everybody, while giving her best Disney Vilain laugh. After that, we get Peridot saying that the Earth gets a grand total of 48 hours (how original) until complete and utter destruction. After that, the scenes get a lot shorter and faster, but most show either fighting or “slice of life”, with special notice to Steven playing guitar with his dad, getting kissed by Connie and climbing the injector with bags under his eyes. All of this while Garnet sings a song about the truth.
It’s a lot to take in, but boy was it a ride. Focusing first on the story, I have some fears, the biggest of which being that it turns out to be a cliché “countdown to destruction“ film, down to the “Character wishes nothing bad happens. Something bad happens immediately after.” trope. Another thing that I’m afraid of is that Steven’s bags in the (apparent) climax, mean that he lost his Gem. They did that in the climax of “Change Your Mind“ and it feels a bit cheap to have that happen again. Not mention pointless, Pink is gone and it’s been shown that Steven will die without his Gem, so there’s no real danger: There will be no “Pink VS Steven“ dilemma and they won't kill Steven. There will be no emotion fear, nothing to make us sit on the edge of our seats.
Still staying with the plot part, I assume, although I have been wrong before, that the guitar scene will be in the beginning, alongside the Diamonds singing and every other nice thing. It’ll help establish a sense of joy before Heartstone arrives and with her a sense of dread. Garnet’s song, however, will probably be more towards the end of the middle, almost certainly after some big revelation about Heartstone.
Speaking of which, God does she look awesome. Her introduction in the trailer set the highest of expectations. Not a word, she hadn’t a single line, yet the pure madness emanated from her in a way all too similar to White Diamond’s introduction. She just jumps to the attack, no evil speech, no nothing. Coming back to the White Diamond comparison, Heartstone’s introduction is to White’s what a head is to a tail (coin lingo for ya), the same yet it’s opposite. Whilst White was still and talking, Heartstone is moving and silent. Yet both instil a sense that they’re in charge, that we shouldn’t mess with them. Everything from her design to her over the top mannerisms fit perfectly together, creating a character with immense potential. That’s what I want from her introduction in the film, nothing more, literally, just that. Bad comes and does this, perfectly executed, bad guy stuff. I want who she is, what she wants and why she wants it to be explained throughout the 90 minutes this film has.
But that’s just my opinion, love to see yours. See you next time (told there was a next time, didn’t I?).

Brand new episode!!!! All heil PINK LASANHA!!!!!!!!
So, what happened? Was it good? Let’s do this the usual way and analyze piece by piece:
We start off were “Legs From Here To Homeworld“ ended, almost no cuts in the action, which is good I do hope this happens in every single episode it helps with the emersion and allows for one very long binge-watch of the ark when one rewatches it. It’s been assumed that, now that we’re on Homeworld, we’de get new Gems and this episode does give us that, mainly, under the form of Pebbles (the most adorable and cute Gems in the entire show!!!!) tiny little Gems that make a bed and a chair...stool...elevated surface for putting your butt for Steven when he askes for them. These Pebbles are quite interesting as they actively avoid being seen, which leads me to assume that they’re supposed to. And and it’s interesting to see some parallels between Pink and Steven, the Pebbles only came out when Steven thanked them, it’s when they “recognised” him as Pink as if they were the only beings who have ever thanked them (I also loved that the parallels continue, more explicitly, later on).
Right after all of this Pearl enters the room, and the Pebbles hide, Steven and Pearl have a quick chat about White Diamond not listening and Homeworld’s opinion of Pearl. This whole event took about 30 seconds, and think it was a perfect choice, yes it had to be touched, but that wasn’t the focus of the episode, the focus was Steven talking to the Diamonds, this can wait or, better yet, be shown, not told, throughout the ark.
Right after this short ordeal, Yellow Pearl (Who will be called YP and Yellow Diamond as Yellow when I talk about both) called Steven to join Yellow Diamond in her extraction chamber. And it’s on the way to said chamber that we get a very creepy scene: the walls are literally alive, they have faces, arms and are talking to each other, only to stop talking when they see Steven is watching them and blush when he talks to them. I really wanted an explanation and, at the very least, for Steven to have a normal reaction and freak out about it, like “Why the fuck are the walls Gems?“, not getting that was a wasted opportunity to show just how cruel the Diamonds are: "Fuck you, your only purposes will be giving me privacy and supporting the ceiling". After this, we get to the extraction chamber's doors, where we get one of the funniest scenes in the episode: Steven telling YP to call him Steven, then Just Steven then Lasanha, only to have Pearl tell him to stop that. I like how Pearl doesn't give two and a half fucks about her role and just tells Steven to stop it, it's in moments like this that the show only following Steven kind of backfires in my opinion, I would have loved to see YP, and later on BP, talk to Pearl, sometimes, although not the case, there are more important things than whatever the protagonist is doing and think the show sometimes looses some good scenes and dialogues because of this format and this was one of those times. Inside the chamber, Steven tells Yellow that her sauna is cool and Yellow replies by saying it's new, which is confirmed by the new sigil at the bottom. In here they talk about White, about how 2 and a half words a record and how it's not enough to try and save the corrupted Gems and about how White doesn't her own head anymore and how it's unfair that Steven got to talk to her because of one failed colony while Yellow has hundreds of successful ones and doesn't get the same right. After Yellow says this, Steven suggests that she just failed, which makes Yellow laugh and say that, because she/he was funny, Pink/Steven was almost worth the trouble, which at first sounded condescending for the sake of being condescending, but after the second and third viewing sounded more like a joke, a poor taste joke, but a joke nonetheless. Right after this Yellow has too go and check the latest Citrine production, much to Steven's dismay, but not before she, literally, decides to sweat it out... I like this scene because it shows that the Diamonds haven't learned anything and continue to treat "Pink" like they always have, I'm quite curious to see how much more Steven can take before he has one of those speeches about love and caring, I'm also curious about how much the Diamonds will let him talk... After all of this Yellow leaves and BP comes to tell Steven that Blue has summoned him. Steven, Pearl and BP all go to Blue, with Steven complaining that Yellow didn't give him enough time to discuss about White and that he knows that they're busy being dictators but he needs more time. I hated that the only mention to the Diamonds cruelty was a single, watered down, remark by Steven, the show better decide if it wants to go all in or if wants to be all rainbows and sunshine. I want to see Steven come to face with cruelty, to have to realise that talking won't be enough, this is not the way to go, you either show the Diamonds for what they are or have the cliché bad guy wasn't so bad storyline. Teasing that the Diamonds are cruel and showing it is simply put, a shity way to go. When they get to Blue Diamond, Steven goes along while BP and Pearl stay behind to do things I really wanted to see... Steven's conversation with Blue starts by looking a bit more hopeful, with Blue calling Steven by his name, but it quickly becomes apparent that it will, also, go nowhere, with the most useful information being that Pink leaving marked the start of Era Two, which was good because it was long theorised and that was a pretty good confirmation. Soon after Blue has to leave and all of the water in her pool went into a drain that had the shape of the old Homeworld sigil, which shows that blue never did move on, was, and is, stuck in the past. Back at Pink's room, we see Pearl talking to Steven and the latter asking what Pink did to get the other Diamond's attention. Turns out she threw massive balls, she also juggled (which should and did not surprise me). Pearl leaves to go and get something and Steven sings "Familiar", a beautiful song that shows that Pink's early story is identical to Steven's: they both craved for their family's attention and both their families thought they were immature, not ready and had other things to do. We also got to see Steven's sweat bring a Pebble to life, which leads me to believe that Pink created the Pebbles, food for thought. During the song said Pebbles make Steven a set of clothes that look identical to his mother's which he immediately puts on, not that he had much of a choice, the darn thing was made around him... Right after this Pearl arrives, notices what he's wearing, Steven says he dressed for the occasion and Pearl pulls Garnet, Amethyst and Connie from her Gems. The episode ends with everybody reunited and Steven deciding to have a ball in order to make a case for Earth. This was a good episode. Not perfect, not bad, just good. There was a lot of wasted potential: the Gem walls and Statues, the Diamonds cruelty and how the two connect. But it also had some very good things to it, like setting up how hard it will be talking to the Diamonds and how they still haven't changed. And it did make want to see next one even more. But that’s just my opinion, love to see yours. See you next time.

White Diamond
White Diamond has been set up to be the bad guy of the show, not in the traditional way, but because she is the polar opposite of our dearest Steven. Steven is kind, caring and extremely empathetic, so it reasons to believe that White Diamond is the opposite, uncaring and apathetic. With that in mind, I would like to present my thoughts on how White Diamond will be dealt with: I've seen many people say that it will be violent, dangerous, Yellow and Blue Diamond will be forced to fight their dearest Pink (Steven) because she dared to defy White Diamond not once, but twice! But I, however, think that that would be the easy way for the show to go, it would be far more interesting, from a story standpoint, to have White Diamond be "friendly" to Steven, calling him by that name, being "kind and understanding", letting him talk, but not listening. Steven's fight wouldn't be physical, but mental, he'd have to learn not to dive head first, not to act or speak as if everything will always go well, it would be a way to give Steven a new ark, one where he matures enough to realise that a space dictator probably won't do the right thing. It would also take the story in a far more intriguing direction, imagine Steven having to talk with White Diamond, trying to do the impossible, and convincing her to change, the suspense of having Steven alone with White Diamond for longer and longer periods of time, getting closer to convincing her with each conversation. Imagine Yellow and Blue learning and, slowly, understanding Steven, teaching him how to use his Diamond powers and how to deal with White. Having the next season being Steven talking to White Diamond, and succeeding, would be a good change of pace in my opinion. And a very different climax to the show overall. And that's what I think is going to, and should, happen next in the show, not a fight, but a battle of wits between two opposing forces.

White Diamond And Emotions 1
White Diamond is, so far, portrayed as someone without emotions, a being that acts without regret and that has joy in hurting others. But isn't that a contradiction? How can one with no emotion feel joy? With that, we have to accept one of two possible theories:
1-White has no emotions;
2-White has emotions.
If we follow the first option we get a White Diamond that does not care about anybody, including herself, she wouldn't have hopes and dreams, desires or any kind of motivation. She could wear a mask, as she appears to do, but not much else: with no emotions, she would never have any reason to create an empire, no reason to gain power or to be loved because she would have no desire whatsoever. If she had no emotions there would be no Gem Empire, no Gems, nothing, she wouldn't have any motivation to accomplish anything because there would be no desire or reward in doing so, she wouldn't feel lonely to justify creating more beings like her, she would just exist and nothing else.
So the second option must be true, right? But one might say that if she does have emotions she wouldn't be cruel. But that's not the case, even among humans there are cases of people who have emotions that function in different ways and that can be applied to White;
I've heard people say that she is emotionally detached and that is a real condition, it just doesn't fit what we've seen and know: "Emotional Detachment" is the avoidance of emotional connections, its most common occurrence is usually completely mundane and most people can and will experience it, the ability to avoid engaging the emotions of others, an example of this is simply dealing with an annoying co-worker, ever felt nothing when talking to one? But in extreme cases, "Emotional Detachment" can evolve into Depersonalization disorder, in this case, a person, usually due to interpersonal trauma such as childhood abuse, feels as if they are an outside observer of their own thoughts or body, or rather, they feel like they've lost control over their thoughts or actions. But neither ends of the spectrum fit White Diamond, a person who suffers from "Emotional Detachment" isn't cruel, they just have the tendency to shut down their emotions from time to time, so White can't suffer from it.
After concluding that White doesn't suffer from "Emotional Detachment" we have a long road until we can actually figure out what she does have and to start down that path we must realize what makes someone hurt another, the lack of empathy, the ability to understand and share the feelings of another. With that in mind, I started to consider the possibility of White suffering from "Empathy Deficit Disorder", the lack of empathy, but I once again ended at a dead end: someone who lacks empathy doesn't necessarily think of themselves higher than others nor do they want to hurt others, they just can't feel empathy, they can't put themselves in someone else's shoes. If you suffer from EED you won't, for example, be able to feel sad for someone who lost their mother. However, you would feel sad if you lost your own. So we need another disorder, one that fits more than one symptom. A disorder such as "Narcissistic personality disorder" (NPD), a personality disorder characterized by a long-term pattern of abnormal behaviour characterized by exaggerated feelings of self-importance, an excessive need for admiration, and a lack of empathy. People of with this disorder feel superior to everyone else, they feel the need to be praised, they feel like their entitled to power and will even use the people around them to get it. Moreover, extreme cases of Narcissistic personality disorder can lead a person to become violent using both mental and physical abuse to guaranty that people stay with them and to reinforce their feeling of superiority.
So, do I think White suffers from "Narcissistic personality disorder"? Maybe, we still don't have enough information on White for me to say for sure, but I am inclined to say no: people who suffer from NPD don't have the habit of hiding, of putting on a mask, they feel superior and they want you to know it. There is one condition, however, in which people who suffer from it are known to put on masks, to be cruel for the sake of being cruel, to manipulate and lie in order to put themselves in a position of power, and that condition is "Psychopathy", a disorder characterized by persistent antisocial behaviour, impaired empathy and remorse, and bold, disinhibited, and egotistical traits. People who suffer from this condition tend to be manipulative and have no remorse which, in conjunction with their lack of empathy, can lead to violent outbursts a cruel and amoral behaviour and, as I said before, Psychopaths tend to hide their true nature in order to get what they want, be it a normal life or power and respect. And this fits White Diamond far more than any other disorder. Even though "Sociopathy" and "Psychopathy" are usually used as synonyms this isn't the case, sociopaths act on impulse, for example, whilst psychopaths premeditate their actions, so I don't believe that White'a sociopath, just a plain old psychopath.
Full disclaimer I'm not a psychologist nor a psychiatrist. All of this information is based on research and research only.
But I do think that White might be an actual psychopath, it makes sense based on what I've researched and It also makes sense storywise, a psychopath is basically a bizarro-Steven and having that be the ultimate enemy of the show would be amazing.
But that’s just my opinion, love to see yours. See you next time.

White Diamond
White Diamond, the apparent leader of Homeworld and a being so strong the even the other Diamonds fear her, but what makes her so terrifying that it only took her three minutes to creep everybody who watched her premiere episode? That's what I'm going to try to figure out today.
The first thing that came to mind when considering this was her disconnection from the events that transpired, she seemed not to care that Pink Diamond was alive, she acted as if everything was like it always was, not emoting in the proper way to the scenario. This emotional disconnection is out of place for Humans, making White ever more so terrifying to us.
The second thing that came to mind was the absolute control of her conversation with Steven, not caring for what he had to say acting solely by her will and script. This demonstration of power is terrifying in how simple it is and when we consider what was said earlier about her, we start to fear for Steven's life, making the conversation between White Diamond and Steven terrifying from beginning to end.
The third and last, thing that came to mind was the implication of her power, the fear of her name and temper, the broken planet in which she lives and her Pearl, capable of silencing an entire world. They never show us this power which makes her true potential a mystery which we wish never to solve.
But that's just my opinion, love to see yours. See you next time.

White Pearl
Many Gems have been introduced as of lately, we went from three Gems every two seasons to three per season. And now that the Crystal Gems are on Homeworld, we should be seeing new Gems almost every episode. So who in their right mind would think that, in the same episode as White Diamond's debut, one of the most memorable and creepy characters would have been her Pearl?
White Pearl is an amazing character, her design is phenomenal, clearly designed to evoke curiosity and a general feeling of unease. Her clothing and Gem placement being near identical to Pink Diamond's makes it obvious that something is off, which is further confirmed by the cracks on her right eye, something rather curious as we know that a Gem's physical body does not leave scars on deformations of any type unless the Gemstone itself is damaged.
Her pose is also very unsettling, she never moves a body part, hovering instead of walking and her voice also triggered feelings of dread inside of me, kudos to Christine Ebersole for her job not only with White Pearl but also with White Diamond, two very hard characters, their lack of emotion whilst attempting to imitate it must be very hard to do with only your voice.
And with such an interesting character come many theories and ideas. However, she's been on screen for less time than White Diamond and has said far less than her, so any theory is more speculation than anything as we don't have any proof so far. But it's my belief that White Diamond is the one responsible for What White Pearl is now, it's known that White's relationship with her Pearl is an abusive one, we also know that White is different than every other Gem, including the other Diamonds. We can deduce that White is more powerful than Blue and Yellow, not stronger but more powerful, as when faced with the possibility of her getting angry, everybody panicked, including them. This unease that the Diamonds have with White carries on to her Pearl, which implies one of two things, either the Diamonds are afraid of a Pearl or they're afraid of what happened to her. Being that the latter is far more likely it's also safe to assume that whoever did that to Pearl must be stronger than Blue and Yellow, so the only candidate is White Diamond. The fact White Pearl and White Diamond share a voice actress also helps this theory. White having altered her Pearl in some way also comes to explain her behaviour and lack of movement and the cracks on her eye. Of course, all of this is based on the assumption that White Pearl was forcefully altered, she might have just been defective, which is unlikely as I dought that White Diamond would keep a defective Gem, or forced to act like that due to aeons of abuse. As I said before, all we can do now is speculate and that allows for personal believes and ideas, and I believe with all my being that White Pearl was altered by White Diamond, the reasons for which are said above.
As for another aspect of White Pearl, her clothing. The similarities between White Pearl's clothes and Pink Diamond's is undeniable, which has led to the theory that White Pearl was originally Pink Pearl, which is a rather interesting theory, which, when matched with the theory that CG Pearl was White Diamond's Pearl before she was Pink's, leads to the idea that White and Pink swapped Pearls somewhere down the line, an amazing concept, and one that might very well be true, but one that has no evidence except both Pearls Gem placement and White Pearls clothing.
White Pearl is an amazing character, one that is the embodiment of the mystery that show is known for and can't wait to see more of her and what she has in store for the rest of the show.
But that’s just my opinion, love to see yours! See you next time.

White Diamond’s Speech
Today I’m going to talk in more detail, about White Diamond. Or Rather, I going to analyze her speech in the short time we saw her.
The very first thing she says is “Pink! There you are.“ and right off the bat we have something rather interesting, focusing only on what she said, it doesn’t sound normal for someone who found out that a relative was not dead, in fact, this line leads me to believe that White already knew that Pink was alive. And the way she said it early similar to a mother whose child is hiding somewhere and she already saw her/him, which further promotes the idea that White knew all along that Pink was alive.
The second thing White says is “Hello Starlight, you certainly gave everyone a scare, they're all just thrilled to see you safe and sound.“, in the first part of this sentence, White calls Pink “(...)Starlight(...)” and it’s interesting to see that White gave Pink a nickname and that’s because, and spoiler alert, due to certain information White is going to be cruel and have a physically abusive relationship with her Pearl, something that I find to be unusual, even in Gem culture, so why give Pink a nickname, maybe she actually liked Pink, but it’s more likely that it’s just a form to control her, to abuse her. You see the two best ways to control the outcome is to either control the environment or to get the individual to consider your ideas their own. And to do either, you must have a close connection to everybody involved, in the first case so no one suspects you, in the second one because it allows you to know the person, know how they tick, no how to get to get them to do what you want, and, most importantly, it leads them to trust you, which not only makes it easier to control them, but it also makes them more likely to refuse people when they try to call them out for your actions. And I think this is what White did with Pink, she manipulated her. White's tone when saying this is also odd, she's calm instead of the more logical anger or happiness, almost like not only knew that Pink wasn't dead but she also didn't care enough to stop doing something that she always did. The second part of this sentence, "(...)you certainly gave everyone a scare(...)", sounds like she's toying with Pink, like a mother playfully agreeing with her infant child, and when in conjunction with the last part of this sentence, "(...)they're all just thrilled to see you safe and sound.", it almost sounds like White is trying to say "You didn't trick me and now I told everyone.". And if we all parts of the sentence taking their meaning into consideration, we'll see that what White was trying to say was "You tried to escape, you failed. Now you've trapped yourself even further, and this time by your own doing"
The third think White says is "As for this latest little game of yours, thank the stars it's over. Did you have fun? Did you get everything out of your system?". And the first part of this sentence, "As for this latest little game of yours, thank the stars it's over.", is rather chilling, because it implies that, to White, everything was just a game, the rebellion, the 5000+ years of grief, everything. Which implies that white is old and powerful. Also, when White says "(...)thank the stars it's over.", her voice is almost synthetic like a robot would sound like. The second part of the sentence, "Did you have fun? Did you get everything out of your system?", only comes to confirm that White abused Pink, because it's a threat in disguise "Do not do this again". You see, in an abusive relationship, which is something I have no experience with and, therefore, can wrong about (and if you do have the experience and that's the case, I'm terribly sorry), when the abused tries to stand up to the abuser the latter tends to try and "put them in their place" by treating them worse, often times with violence, until they pass the message "do this again, and it will get worse". And I think this is what's going to happen next, White will show Pink (Steven) that she shouldn't have done what she did. So what White actually meant was "It's over and you better not do anything like this again, or else"
The last sentence White says is "Good, good. Everybody is so relieved. Welcome home Pink". The first part of this sentence, "Good, good.", comes to show that White doesn't care about Pink, as she doesn't even let Steven talk before acting like he agreed with her. The second part of this sentence, "Everybody is so relieved.", doesn't, in my opinion, have any significance. But the last part, however, I find weird: when White says "Welcome home Pink", it's the only time when she sounds, warm, not a motherly warm nor the warmth of someone who cares about you. And that's what makes it so weird, this warmth does not seem to fit the rest of the speech unless White's warmth comes not from having Pink back but from having her toy back. But that's pure speculation.
White's speech was amazing, it truly was. It simultaneously set up her character whilst keeping the mystery that is WhiteDiamond.
But that’s just my opinion, love to see yours! See you next time

White Diamond
The big bad, the one the only WHITE DIAMOND! And her creepy ass Pearl...
White Diamond, in the few, spectacular, minutes we saw her, appears to be what this show needs, a villain with close to no emotion, if none at all, we needed someone Steven can’t talk out of being bad, and I know that in this show everybody has a story, a reason behind the madness, and I don’t think White is any different, and I also don’t think anybody is inherently bad nor is anyone inherently good, we are the results of our choices and what is good to somebody is always bad to somebody else. But White Diamond appears to be someone who knows her actions are bad and she either doesn't care or she feels good by doing them, the opposite of Steven. The way she talks is just weird her tone is calm and happy but in a weird way like she’s imitating something she doesn’t have, much like someone with “ Congenital insensitivity to pain ”, a disease that makes us unable to feels pain, tends to fake it by pushing towards the stimulus not pull away from it, White appears to be imitating emotions almost perfectly but not quite, leading to an unnerving feeling whenever she’s talking, to further confirm that she doesn’t have emotions her voice is almost machine sounding in certain parts of her dialog. She also appears to be very, very smart, the way she talked may have led me, and many others by this point, to believe she has no emotions, but what she said leads me to believe that she knew what Pink did.
I loved White Diamond, and I can’t wait to see what comes next. Everything was, so far, perfect, I loved that lightbulb and that’s what I shall call whenever making fun of her, fight me.
I think White is, by all means, a monster, she doesn’t care about anything, the way she dismisses Steven without hearing what he has to say is proof of that If the shattering of Pink Diamond affected her, assuming she didn’t know, it was only because a Diamond was shattered and that’s bad for their reputation. With that in mind, I think it will be the show’s next big challenge to either convince White to help them by sacrificing something or to make her have a change of heart, I like the first one most but the second one seems more likely in the long run. I also think the next season, and maybe the one afterwards, should there be one, will be on Homeworld, the first part of this adventure is going to be Steven finding the Gems and only then will we get answers about White Diamond, yet I have the feeling that she’ll also be the type of Gem that will talk to Steven whenever he pleases, as long as he stays in line.
And her Pearl, loving the Leia hair and how she, a mear Pearl, shut up and entire mob of Gems and made Blue and Yellow Diamond back away in discomfort, having in count Homeworlds view on Pearl, I’ll take the leap that it wasn’t her that had this effect, but rather happened to her, or rather, what White did to her, even if you don’t think she was Pink’s original Pearl, light doesn’t crack and Gems can’t have scars or any physical marking on their bodies, not to mention that I don’t think White would keep a defective Gem, much less a defective Pearl, her eye White did it, her voice, White did it, her not moving, White.Did.It. It’s going to be interesting to see what Steven will do about that, I seriously doubt that he could ever begin to dream of overpowering White Diamond, but then again his powers are emotion whilst White’s powers will probably be logical, so Steven might be able not to reverse it, but to find a way around it, not mention that he now has Blue and Yellow on his side and that he can pull anything out of his ass when the plot calls for it...
But this is pure speculation at this point when more information comes, we'll be able to see more of what’s to come and what to expect from who.
But that’s just my opinion, love to see yours! See you next time.
P.S.
This is my 100th post and with that, I would like to thank everybody who read this so far, everybody who has read my posts and everybody who is following me. And a special call out to those who read read read.

Now We're Only Falling Apart
This episode wasn’t all bad, just one flaw, but I’ll get there later, this episode took place directly after the events of “A Single Pale Rose”, or at very least their only a few minutes apart, which I loved: We start off with Garnet unfusing, as was shown in the promos, and Sapphire lashing out on Ruby because she thinks, or rather claims, that Garnet is a lie because their relationship is a lie, because Pink lied, so their love must have been a lie... Yea makes a whole lot of sense, doesn’t it? Moving on, we then get to see Sapphire running off a good old Pearl and Steven running after her, finding her first try next to Rose’s fountain, after talking for a bit we get a flashback, right after we get confirmation that Pearl was, indeed a gift, a smaller theory yes, but a nice nod nonetheless, but I digress, in this flashback we see Pink sad and bored out of her mind, she tries talking to Pearl and gets rather sad, or rather, uncomfortable when Pearl act like, well, a Pearl. After checking on the kindergarten Pink gets sad that she can’t see the new Gems emerge and then, AND THEN, we see that “Rose Quartz” wasn’t even created by Pink, but rather by Pearl. Shenanigans occur and we get to see Pink falling in love with Earth and all of that. Then Spahyre realizes the obvious and goes running to Ruby to tell that she loves her, only to find that she’s gone.
Storywise it’s a good episode, I wanted to see how it ended, Sapphire's lashing out was illogical a bit extream, but well within what would be expected, she was questioning everything Pink ever told her and Garnet was one of them, I don’t necessarily love it, but I also don't hate it, I think that running away is more of a Ruby thing and I also think that it would have been far better if Saphyre had stayed, everybody listened to Pearl’s story and then Ruby decided she needed time to think this over, but that’s more me being picky than an actual flaw. The real problem is the neverending attempt to justify Pink: “Pink Diamond tried and failed, so Rose Quartz was necessary!”, yea cut the shit, they’re trying to make Pink good, correcting all her flaws, if you've seen more than one of my posts you’ll know that I always said that Pink Diamond should have been shattered by Rose Quartz, Rose needed flaws, big flaws, she couldn’t be perfect Steven needed to be better than her. Yet every time we see Pink we get justifications, we have the same fucking problem, they’re trying to make her perfect, and I hate that, let her be bad, let bad be used for good, the best characters have flaws, flaws make us us, the only flaw they’re giving Pink is an inconsistent personality, why the fuck would Pink not like Pearl acting like a Pearl if Garnet made her think about other Gems? And if already did why say it was Garnet?
I like this show, I really do, but the way this thing is going... the good is still more than the bad, but man is there a lot more bad. I do hope we get to see White Diamond, and I hope that White is what this show needs, cold, uncaring, the opposite of Steven. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still an amazing show, but to see good we must also see bad, they can’t exist without each other, this amazing show has it’s fair share of flaws and that’s good. It’s not the first time something like this happened and I know that, like last time, this amazing show will come back to the level in which it once stood. Maybe I’m just pissed with the whole Pink Diamond is Rose Quartz thing, but I don’t think that that makes my point any less true.
But that’s just my opinion, love to see yours! See you next time.

New Icon
So recently I decided to change the image of the blog, so, with that intent, I decided to change the icon, after over a year of using it, so I drew a new one:
I got rid of Pearl’s gemstone, from Steven Universe (because why would it be there?). I also changed the two cartoonish big swords into two longswords and added colour. I also considered a white background and no colour, but this one was my favourite, hope you like it!

Heart Of The Crystal Gems
Hy, so I, yea, I... I once again let myself go the time between posts, but in my defence, I did have exams to study for, and now I have grades to panic about, and the event only starts in like 3 hours according to the wiki page soooooo...
DIAMONDS ATTACKING EARTH!!!! POSSIBLE DIAMOND FUSION!!! SUGAR I FORGIVE YOU FOR THE ROSE IS PINK DIAMOND SHIT!!!!!!
Now that that’s out my system, yea today I’m going to talk about the event “Heart Of The Crystal Gems“. First, the 2nd promo, which I only saw like 10 times in a row, this promo obviously refers to episodes later in the event, if not to the very last one, the only clue needed is Alexandrite, they must have found Saphyre by that point, like 100% sure on that claim, I also think that we’re getting an Alexandrite Vs. Green Diamond fight, but that’s my personal opinion, I’ve had it since the promo came out and the bingo card only helped solidify it. Now here come some spoilers, if you don’t want any skip the rest of the chapter, but if you stayed and remember, or saw, the leaks that were super out of context at the time, more specifically the part were Steven is in Blue Diamond’s hand, it kind of fits in with what we have now, Blue and Yellow on Earth and an evasion would more than certainly destroy the temple, in the leak we can also see a blue chunk of something and that may very well be part of Blue’s Arm ship, so I’m going to say that that either happens in these next 5 episodes or that the last episode of the even will be a cliffhanger for the episode that includes said seen.
This promo also shows us that a corrupted Gem gets loose inside the temple and there’s a good chance that the Diamond landing did that. The ice thing was definitely Pearl V Saphyre: Dawn of the failed attempt to make us think that that’s the worse but we already saw the promo dipshits. And Connie getting Pink’s sword might be because that’s the only way of poofing a Diamond.
Now the first promo was the simple one, the one that we thought bleu our minds. This one probably refers to the first to episodes, the first being the Saphyre ran away and Ruby goes “Fuck her“, the second one is looking for and finding Saphyre, the third one is the Ruby and Saphyre wedding with the last few minutes being them seeing the Diamond Ships, the fourth episode will be evacuating Beach City and the last one will have a 5 minute fight with the rest of the time being talking about love and respect or some shit like that. Going back to the promo, again spoilers, so do the same thing as before, in the leak we get to see some cowboy like thing going on, which will probably be in episode two and the fact Amethyst was shapeshifted into a horse only comes to prove that it will probably happen during the event.
And while I was writing this shit we got a new promo in which we see a new Pink Diamond flashback, to be frank (Frank must have been a real nice guy if so many people want to be him) I can’t make much of it, but I do place it later in the event as, how this post implies, I think Diamond related stuff will only come later on.
But that’s just my opinion, love to see yours! See you next time.

Cry
A tear of gold
my love will show
because with trust sold
what else can grow?
Because even my tears must glow
even in my sadness I must shine.
How may I grow
if I must always smile?
When I suffer, and only then,
do I feel human,
I feel like them.
But if I can’t smile, who can?
When did I become a beacon?
When did they forget,
that more than a human I cannot become,
that I feel nothing but regret?
I used to be mortal
now I am hope.
But this fake glow burns
this fight is a curse.
Yet I stand tall.
I am your light.
So when you fall,
I’ll show you the way, burning bright.
To be human is to cry
that’s why I don’t
because when you lose the sky
I must help you stand high.
This fake glow burns,
yet I will take it,
because when evil returns,
I will face it.
So stay calm and move on.
So stay calm and carry on.
Because I have your back,
because I’ll keep you on track.
