been playing an indavertent game of artist telephone with Drew Shields and Luke Baker. Drew reinterpreted Luke’s own take on a bionicle, without knowing what it was based on. I wanted to push this further so that the design gets further and further from the source material until it’s unrecognisable as something even bionicle-inspired!

E eu sou... Peridot!

Mais ou menos um ano atrás eu fiz um desenho bem parecido com esse onde a Peri estava usando a armadura do Homem de Ferro de Guerra Infinita, mas agora nos temos Ultimato que, dentre muitas outras coisas, trouxe o Sr. Stark com uma nova armadura ao mesmo tempo que esse gremilinzinho apareceu com uma roupa nova, ai eu pensei: por que não?

Adorei fazer esse desenho e me surpreendi muito com o resultado, talvez faça mais no futuro.

About a year ago I did a drawing very similar to this one where Peri was wearing Iron Man’s armor from Infinity War, but now we have Endgame which, among many other things, brought Mr. Stark in a new suit at the same time this little green gremilin appeared with a new outfit, so I thought: why not?

I really enjoyed doing this and was surprised by the results, maybe I will do more in the future.

Depois de reassistir Moana eu fiquei muito inspirado e desenhei, não só o gancho/anzol do Maui, mas também essas outras variações baseadas no que eu encontrei no pinterest.

One more weapon for the colection (one of the last, considering the quantity of sheets that I have left).

After watching Moana I got very inspired and I drew not only Maui’s hook, but other variations based on what I saw on pinterest too.
