Just watched this video from Psych2Go on youtube and wanna share this information from several psychology studies:
The average human has around 6200 thoughts per day. Out of thousands of thoughts each individual has per day, 80% were negative and 95% were repetitive. Also, 85% of what we worry about never happens, and if that's actually happening, 79% of the subjects found that either they could handle the difficulty better than they thought or that the difficulty taught them a lesson they felt was worth it.
It's important to overcome those negative thoughts. I'm still learning how to do that but I think some of the easy ways to do that is by journaling (written/spoken) and distracting myself with cognitive-based activities (for me it's learning a new language).
I hope this helps anyone who reads it.
Here's the full video:

FruitFact: Banana peel can be used as an acne treatment because it contains antibacterial activity against acne-causing bacteria Staphylococcus epidermidis and Propionibacterium acnes.
Rub the inside of the banana peel into the face. Replace the peel if the inside already turned black. Wait 30 minutes - 1 hour before rinsing with water. Do it every day.
Bonus: Antioxidant properties in the peel can slow the skin ageing process.
