Oh hey, look at that, for once you all get a visual of one of the dragons in this Au and its not a seeker (they're next, and he is technically half seeker so...)
So I read a lovely fan fiction and my MASTERPIECE Tracks arrived a few days so lets talk about him! (Mostly for those who have no idea who this is!)
In the show, Tracks is an Autobot. However he is pretty much forgotten about in every version except TFA, where he gets a little cameo then its back to the main cast. I know he is in the comics but Idk for how long. Anyway, despite being an autobot, he actually has the ability to fly, and was the only one besides Powerglide and Cosmos who could do so before the Aerialbots and Swoop (this could be incorrect but I'm going based on memory here!)
He is very narcissistic, in a Knockout type of way (for those who know TFP.) He also has a human companion, a boy named Raoul.
Well, I was reading a very good fanfic last night by @youareunbearable (sorry for the tag, I hope you don't mind ':) ) and it gave me a good idea for his dragon form, on top of some other little things (because I really like her take on the characters!)
So this is Tracks, he is a hybrid between a Vosian Dreadwing (the seekers cousin species) and a Veltiron Driftwing (aka what Blurr and Knockout both are. Hot Rod is actually one of these as well)
He wasn't supposed to happen, and thus is kinda kept on the dl. His little brother (because I couldn't not with their personalities) is Knockout. Needlenose is also his brother, just older. Aka he has 2 half siblings, one canon and one I think would be funny. Needle is from his father, who was the Dreadwing. Knockout is from his mother, who was the Driftwing. He is the only one between his parents, and while he knows he is related to both, he is only one allowed to know, due to the fact that his mother was an accident on his fathers end. His stepmother (his fathers Conjunx/wife/ Needles mother) raised him, but didn't like him. He was kinda living proof that her husband cheated on her...
Anyway! Due to his hybrid genes, he does have wings, and not some tiny things that are good for drifting and speed, no like, he has LEGIT wings. Knockout looked up to him for awhile, because of it, but eventually got a bit to obsessed and clingy and Tracks really wasn't sure how to handle it so he just didn't. (Aka why Knockout is a 'Con Medic :) )
His wings are thinner than the Dreadwings looking more like an Swallow-tailed Kite vs their Bald Eagle. So, still built for speed just a bit thinner over all. However, while he had the feathering and build of the Dreadwings (he looks more Seeker than Dreadwing but that's fine), he doesn't have the facial or scale shape of them. Instead he looks more feline like, and is a lot thinner than the Dreadwings, built more streamline. He has a long thin tail that feathers as the ends, and unlike the Vosian side, who have retractable claws, he does not.
(Edited in: He stands at 11ft tall on all 4's and has a 20ft wingspan.)
Anywho, heres ya boy. Looking like a pissed off cat.
There is actually a project I'm working on on Ao3 thats apart of the "Seeking Scales" universe thats about him and Raoul titled "Everything I Wanted" if anyone wants to read it :,)
Or if you wanted to read the one that gave me some of my ideas:

Since the seekers were supposed to posted yesterday, HAVE TODAYS SCRAPS: Perceptor and Knockout!
Were starting with Knockout.
Since this AU is multicanon (aka I pull from many many many different versions for my au)
Knockout started off as a Demon, he fully switch hed species because...well...feathers were in at the time. He is well practiced in human medicines and customs, in a streamer, is frequently thirsted after by human women, drives a Jaguar, and ya know...practices his medical stuff as a mortician because cadavers.
Anyway. He also has a doctorate in basic scientific principals, thus...he works with sciency stuff too. There is a Breakdown in this AU, and he is alive, however, he rogues off because he doesnt feel like dealing with either group, and in turn, pretty much abandons Knock out. Eventually Knock Out gets tired of pruning his own feathers and leaves, going back to being a demon. He does however have many lover-lile quarrels with Starscream once he leaves. Which, they are made fun of for because...no one knows Wtf they are sexuality wise. The real reason: the two share one angelic braincell. And Knockout cant keep his mouth shut.
Now Perceptor, Aka Perce. Perce is a 6'4 demon who is completely blind and has a very long tail. However, despite being completely blind, he can see better than literally every demon that has existed almost ever. How you ask? Simple. He pulls a toph, using the ground around him to sense movements. The best part, because he is a celestial, he can amplify his own outputs thus gaining inputs from much much farther away. Soundwave uses the same technique despite, ya know, not being blind. Perce was the demons scientist and sniper during the celestial war, and he still retains his training for both. Wheeljack, having been a warrior with pyrotechnic and some scientific training, and a human named Urma (don't let his name fool you, he is a guy), also help Perce around. Perce however, is...less than pleased having to be borderline babysat. Urma introduces him to people as Dr. Frankenstein which he rebuttles every time. And he is right, he isnt a mad scientist. Not at all. But he is a blind man working with dangerous chemicals. Meaning despite the fact he can sense objects, he can not read. Or so they think. He has solved that by Braille coding all of his flasks, they just don't realize that.
Perceptor has more salt in his personality than the ocean has in its waters. Which is why when Knock Out comes back, he happily takes him and keeps him trapped and locked up with him in the lab.
The other one that I didn't mention up top that I wanted to talk about is Dead End. However most of his personality is pulled from his Cyberverse version because I think its funny. Dead End is an angel, and despite being an angel thru and thru, he does find Perce...interesting. And he prefers the demons company, especially over most other angels. Especially Astrotrain. Astrotrain pisses him off.
Next post will probably be on Astro and Blitz. Just a fair warning :)

Back at it again because I have no life I have a Seeker headcanon:
Ok, so, mentioned in the first post, Thundercracker and Skywarp are fallen, Starscream isn't at first but lated does. This is mostly a head anon about the first two.
Reason for falling: They were "Insubordinate."
A.k.a. One of them did something that almost got him killed and the other quickly git them both to safety. They deserted.
A.k.a. Thundercracker got shot by an energy blast from Ole Megs and Skywarp, in a moment of desperation, warped him somewhere safer. Megatron then punished Skywarp by crippling his wing and one of his eyes. But he could still teleport so...didn't really have the intended effect. Instead he got himself free and left to go find TC.
So, they both are cast as Fallen, and as far as Starscream is told, they were both killed, which hurt, but he couldn't do anything about it because he cant perform necromancy...he knows how...he just finds it...unfruitful.
Anyway, so, they reside on Earth for awhile, hiding out, protecting each other, trying to avoid being spotted by Angels, Demons, or humans. They inevitably fail. Well...Skywarp fails and because TC is still to injured to care for himself with out Warp, Warp panics and ends up giving his location to the Demons who caught him, Jazz and Mirage.
Which was not an easy task mind you. When you are hunting an angel that can not only teleport but that has the ability to just phase threw walls, it can get tricky. Jazz had been hunting websites when he found out they fell (thanks to Starscream who had fallen himself by the time they start looking) and began looking for things that could have been a crippled Angel or his injured sibling. Instead he found a conspiracy page dedicated to a creature known as the "Violet Death" known for leaving a black and purple feather at the sight of its victims, and it would only take people who would pass shortly anyways. Terminally ill, elderly, etc. Easy prey for an injured angel to get a meal.
Eventually they trapped Skywarp, who was weak and desperate, to a slope, where there was no way he could fly away, and no where left for him to run, which was his only route of transport besides his teleporting, which they hoped he was to exhausted to attempt, and he was. So they had Cliffjumper knock him unconscious to see the extent of his injuries which was...extensive.
Good news though is when he comes to again they've helped TC and he is already up and moving about, actually having been found by Starscream and brought back, not that Star cared, he just wanted the credit for his saving he missed his brother.
Both end up in pacts as well, well, all 3 do.
Warp ends up with a young amputee veteran named Rick, who's company he massively enjoys because Rick is a hell of a lot smarter than he is and can explain things to him like TC.
TC ends up with a woman named Miranda and her dog: Baxter (yea, I wasn't missing that opportunity.) He drives her crazy because he is irrationally loud for no reason but at least her dog is friendly.
And then there is Starscream, who (because again I wasn't missing an oppprtunity) ends up with a young woman named Alexa and her brother Alexander, who is a mechanical genius.
Not mentioned before and probably not the right post to mention it, but Demons are Warm blooded creatures, Angels not so much. So being on Earth can be dangerous for them since they cant create their own heat. This is learned when Starscream is captured after falling because he complains of being cold and refuses to give any info till his wing is looked at and he is warmed up. They don't believe him, so he freezes till he is shaking and chattering (its like...60掳F, they can't figure out why he is so cold till it dawns on them he is a room with almost 0 light and he no longer can create his own because his Halo is broken. So...once that is learned and he is paired with the humans, he sleeps in the bed of whoever has the better blanket, usually Alexa.

I am back with another idea! I blame the fact I've been bingeing TF: Prime recently and that's kinda what gave me this idea.
There is only ever one Prime (demon "king") at a time. However, that doesn't mean they can't take a prot茅g茅 if he or she so chooses. Optimus does in fact have a prot茅g茅, and its probably exactly who most of you think it is: Hot Rod.
Hot Rod is a less talking, more fighting, type of kid, recruited before Bumblebee and just slightly older. He is a hotshot. He thinks the world revolves around him because he is the Primes prot茅g茅. He is sorely mistaken, which he learns very quickly and by the time the story itself takes place he has humbled out immensely.
However, Prime also had a 2nd prot茅g茅 that he never spoke of, since he didn't want anyone to know. This 2nd protege is also the demon who gets his soul when he dies, instead of Ratchet: Ultra Magnus.
Does Magnus want it? Not really. But he can't say no either since that would be rude. And Unlike the Angels, He doesn't gain any lower from having a pact with Ultra Magnus. It's really just there so that is Optimus needed his help he could summon him.
And yes, Ultra Magnus is his 2nd in command.
Tech so is Prowl, but Prowl lets Magnus have the glory because Prowl is stressed.

New AU on new AU thread. Enjoy :)
Sooooo...haven't seen this yet? I highly doubt I'm the first to think of this AU but possibly the first with this take on it?? Couldn't find any art tho so lets see.
The AU is pretty self explanitory: Angels & Demons. So it's sort of a Humanformers AU?? But it also isn't??
So, instead of being cybertronian, they are celestials. The Decepticons are Angels, the Autobots are Demons. Your probably thinking "Ok, but why??"
Well, because it makes the AU more fun tbh. That and a vast majority of the 'Cons can fly...not to say that demons can't fly. But the AU is more based on the idea that they can't. Most of them don't even have wings.
This is where the AU gets a bit...tricky.
Basically: AU revolves around the concept that the Demons (Autobots) are trying to protect the humans by making alliances (pacts) with them. The Angels want souls, since that is Celestials main source of food. Normally, in the now destroyed Celestial Realm (Cybertron) they would wait for a human soul to pass, then collect it and harvest it. However, the angels became greedy, and began killing humans for their souls. They framed the demons for the act though, gaining favoritism by the humans, to the point they were massively worshipped buy the humans, and where it was seen as they could do nothing wrong. The demons were the only thing wrong with the world, and the angels hunted them down to a small few on earth, not counting the many that were lost in the battle for the celestial realm.
Now, this is where it gets a bit...messy. Megatron in this AU is actually a Human who has consumed human souls, thus making him immortal. He is not a true Celestial. However, because of his immortality and his ability to "fly" (he can float and hover? He doesn't have wings) he is revered in a similar manor to a god. He is worshipped by the humans.
He also has the ability to manipulate the angels to his whim, and thus his entire army and enforcement are angels. His first pact was made with a young angel who was...a bit naive. However, this angel proved of great use, since he could talk his way out of anything, or in to, for that matter. When he was first learning the ropes of his power, Starscream was a massive asset to him, since the angel could do things he couldn't yet, but once he became stronger than Starscream, the angel that accompanied him only became annoying and a nuisance.
The seekers are a thing in this AU, however TC and Warp are both Fallen.
So: Deserters/Rogues are considered Fallen/Risen or more commonly just Rogue. If they take a side they usually change species, since the two are celestials and "two sides of the same coin" for AU sake. A good example is Skyfire. He became a demon when he fully left the Angel's cause.
Now, the thing with this is they don't loose their wings, their feathers don't blacken, etc. They also dont loose their "magic" or abilities. What changes is their energies. The species biggest weapon is its power to control control celestial energies, and depending on the species, those energies can change. It controls their feeding habits, their attack patterns, their hostility, etc. Demons are generally more docile than Angels for this reason.
Here is another mess: Optimus used to be Human, just like Megatron, but he became a demon because he fell into the celestial realm and was given the option of a second life. The fall nearly killed Orion Pax, and a certain demon medic offered to have him turned, in exchange, he would get his soul when he passed away. Orion refused because he was scared because he didn't know the truth. He believed the Demons to be bad news, since that is how he was raised. When he learned the truth he took the offer, except his soul was to only be taken if he died as a demon. What makes Optimus so strong is that he is a demon with a human soul. He doesn't remember much of being Orion Pax, but he knows the soul in his body is his. Megatron no longer has his soul, since he gave it to Starscream in exchange for angelic protection. Starscream never ate it though, and actually wears it like a trophy, keeping it in a pendent that literally no one has noticed he wears. He keeps it because of 2 reasons:
With how powerful Megatron is as a soulless Immortal, he is unsure if giving the soul back would be stupid. If could either kill Megatron, or it could make him stronger. Neither is a good option for Starscream.
On one hand, if it kills him, great, Megatron can no longer control him. If it only makes him stronger, how much worse will the punishments be when he screws up. As far as he is aware, he is the last Seeker, and he intends to keep it that way, meaning it is within his best interest that Megatron never find out his soul is unconsumed.
I'm not going to add many tags to this, if any, since I will be reposting these on my other page, but regardless, yea, my newest AU idea. Enjoy :)

New AU Thread posted
Since this AU will be getting a bit more love i figured it deserved its own thread. Also because while this one is mostly for concept AU's and for lore stuff for some fics, that one is the same thing...just will also have art and if I get hyper attached to the AU, possibly merch. Just...depends. Probably wont get that far but we will see :,)

Thistle & Claw
Time for AU Pt.2
Thistle & Claw is (you guessed it) another mostly Seeker influenced AU. This AU revolves around them once again not being Cybertronian (just like Seeking Scales) however in this AU they are all one specie, however they do have variants (just like cybertronians!)
In this AU the species is still rather large compared to humans, but not cybertronian height. Unfortunately I dont have an exact height yet.
While pretty much all of the Decepticons have more feline features, and massive horns and scaled wings, the Seekers do not. They are thin, tall, and usually walk on their paws. Similar to Seeking Scales, they have a claw they rest on like a heel. They have long thin wings and feline like ears. Mostly they have long tails with feathered fins at the ends to help them in flight. They have long fangs, longer claws, and are generally chaotic creatures by nature.
However, here is the Kicker in this Au: They are rogue.
In this AU they are closer to working with the Autobots than the 'Cons. But they have no affiliation. The Command Trine aren't the only seekers in this AU that make an appearance either, unlike Seeking Scales.
The other kicker: I'm pulling an Armada and giving Starscream a human companion. Because he deserved better.
Anyway.
This AU, As mentioned, follows the Command Trine, however at the beginning they are separated. Starscream is on earth, fighting for the cons, believing his trine was killed by the Autobots.
T.C. and Warp are actually alive, injured, but alive, and on their home planet, trying to survive. Eventually they get sent to earth, by Shockwave, who tells them "if they want to seek then they can seek out each other's burial spots." And shoot them off to earth.
They both survive, and when Starscream finds out he is Livid, confronts Megatron, and gets the crap beat out of him (per usual) but he swore that was the last time he would be made a fool of and embarrassed. So he leaves, injured, and is found by a teenage boy.
The fun thing with this species is they can not only create illusions, but with Earth mechanisms, they actually (or at least Starscream) steals an F-15 and breaks it down, using it to build himself armor. So when he is in the air he will not only create an illusion around himself, but he kinda looks like a plane from far below.
He ends up living in this boys barn, and the other 2+ as well when he finds out they are alive. This boy basically ends up with massive barn cats. Its great.
*Next day addition to og post*
Anyway, conceptually, they are taller than people (as mentioned) probably about 20ft tall. Now considering that the average human is 5ft-6ft tall, its...a decent size difference.
Now, most are smaller, 20ft it on the high end, but they can be taller. Megatron is about 20ft tall, while Starscream is about 17ft tall.
So, you can see the difference in size already. That's not counting their tails or their wingspans. They are pretty decently sized creatures.
Now, they can make armor out of actual vehicles (I.e. Starscream does have armor made of an F-15, till ya know...he leaves.) But mostly they rely of pure strength. They are squishy, and thus can be seriously injured by the slightest of inconveniences. However, they dont eat, and they dont reproduce the same way humans do. Rather they use energies to make offspring. They also use energies to attack each other, on top of regular common weapons.
Starscream is vastly knowledgeable on the art of the energy attacks, and is very strong in combat because of it. However Megatron is stronger than he is, and that's why he usually lost. Unfortunately.
I will add more in a separate post. Possibly a story piece. Idk yet.

Update: The Seekers
Ok, so, like I mentioned, this AU mostly revolves around the Seekers (since those are the species Alita was the most interested in/the first one she finds proof of existing.)
Well, while I haven't drawn them yet, I do have a basic concept for them.
The species are called Vosian Seekers (fun named because I'm pulling a HTTYD and making their names weird.) There are Vosian Conehorns (Coneheads) and Vosian Dreadwings (Anything that isn't the other 2), but...I'll get to them on another post :)
Vosian Seekers were given their name because unlike the other 2 species, these dragons had a knack for finding mass deposits of gemstones and other priceless objects, and being able to dig them out single handed. Unlike the Conehorns and Dreadwings, Seekers were commonly tamed by Scientists and Historians, since they were able to be swift but gentle, and were great for finding lost temples, hidden treasures, or just for playing in sand boxes with the kids. These dragons LOVE to find things, and the more valuable, the happier they are, hints the name "Seeker."
They are medium length dragons, not as long as Synthwaves (Shockwave, Soundwave, Blaster, and a few others species, though those are the three mostly mentioned. Jazz may be one too, not sure yet) but they are pretty curvy. Think Sisu from Raya and the Last Dragon. They are decently tall, with long front legs and massive claws, and thin but sturdy back legs, three toed in the back, and one massive claw that has a similar function to a 'Raptor, but that can also be used to help them stand on their back legs. It is strong enough to support their weight, and they weigh a decent amount despite being rather thin dragons.
Despite being covered in almost clam shell shaped scales, they have yellow-orange feathers that run down their necks to their chests and stop at their stomachs. The older they are the darker the feathers (go from being a cream when hatching to a deep sunset red-orange at full maturity. All three are a yellow-orange, making them almost juvenile, at most 2,000 years old.) They're scales are also coated in a thin velvet, similar to a deers antlers, and it will shed off the scales when the scales have dropped, making them very shiny.
Their wings are feathered and very thin, but long, almost like a seagull or albatross. They are not flight driven dragons, but rather gliders. Their wings are strong enough to carry them in flight for short distances, but they are not meant for heavy flight. Long glides they can do though. They can also use their wings to climb, as they have two claws on their wings. Their tails are long and thin out to a fan of feathers as the end that help them fly. They can raise, lower, or pull in these feathers to help angle themselves. They have long thin ears that look similar to a cats, and rounded horns on top of their heads. It was speculated by the humans that is was used to gather magic or find gemstones, it is actually how they communicate with each other & others. I'll get into more detail later*
All of them have a different ability, but it is based on the parents ( similar to Mutations or Quirks. They could have a similar/share one to the parents, or it could be a hybrid, but it will never be random.)
This is where it gets fun. So back when Vos was around (Vos was similar to Atlantis & El'Dorado. It was kinda like a hybrid.) These dragons were plentiful. As mentioned they would help to find mass gem deposits for scientists and miners, as well as hidden treasures and they made fantastic guides. Seekers have a scary good internal compass, better than most birds. It is nearly impossible for them to get lost. They Also have a way of knowing if they have been somewhere before, despite not having a photographic memory, and can generally find their may threw locations pretty quickly if they have been there at least once.
*However, most of their great feats are due to the 2 horns on the tops of their heads. These horns enable tome to pick up on traces of different elements, as well as make them almost completely telepathic to their own species. The horns enable them to read each others emotions, other dragons emotions, and pick up on the subtle changes in brainwaves, making them able to understand each others thoughts to an extent.
Now, while all Vosian dragons form Trines, none do it the way Seekers do, and the humans noticed this. While most Vosian dragons formed Mating trines, usually between 2 males and a female, Vosian Seekers formed Familiar trines. This meant they didn't Trine for breeding, but rather to protect those closer to them. This could be in any range of gender, age, biological siblings, or non-biological siblings, and occasionally, mates. The most common ones for Seekers consisted of three males. Some speculated this was because female Seekers were rare, but that theory has been proven incorrect.
Being Trined meant they were heavily empathic, able to feel each others pain, emotions, and even actually read each others thoughts, not just they're brainwave changes. Trined dragons often would sleep close to each other, and the bond between them was usually more than just romantic of familial. While the line was sometimes blurred, the best way one was able to describe it was "Consensual life partners." Not romantic, not familial, just, being together. Sore of just a presence thing.
Seekers would often Trine with dragons they had known since hatching or close to hatching.
There were 2 trines that were well known in Vos' Golden age; The Command Trine, and the Rain-Maker Trine.
The Command trine was a set of three non-related males and their riders, who were triplets. They were imperial air commanders, and were usually the first to ride into battle or into explorations depending on the circumstance.
The Rain-Maker trine was three sibling males and their female riders, who helped control and stabilize the weather. The three dragons were older than the Command Trine, but had very little battle training, and usually weren't dragged out into fights unless they were desperate.
The Command Trine was the most popular, and the three dragons and their riders were practically idolized by the rest of the city. The Command Trine were also the first three "completely tamed" by riders. Long before a deal had been made, allowing the people of Vos to tale crystals to sell, as long as the dragons got a quarter of the collected crystals as food (since they eat crystals.) Then the "Grounders" came. Vos was destroyed in mere hours, their riders were killed, and a vast majority of the species was hunted. The Command trine managed to escape the carnage, but not the repercussions. After the vast destruction, the humans no longer trusted the dragons, no longer allowed them near the town, and no longer partnered with them to hunt or for protection. This left not on the humans defenseless, but the few dragons that were left as well. Then the "Grounders" came back, they wiped the humans out. While the Conehorn and Dreadwing variants had dissapeared from Vos after the first attack, the Seekers stayed, tried to find survivors of the second attack. There was no one there, and nothing left but ruins.
Many years later a town was built on the ruins of the carnage. This town was known as Evora, and had a similar goal to Vos, to gather as many crystals from the mountains as possible. However, the people of Evora were greedy, and didn't ask the dragons first. This led to the dragons commonly being seen as a threat, and attacking. Usually being killed. Seeker scales made great waterproofing for roofs, and their feathers were soft and made common coats and scarves for women and children.
After about a decade, Evora was destroyed by the Command Trine, who had had enough, as well as a Greyscale (again, will go into it later, but the Greyscale is Megatron.) No one survived, and while that hadn't been the trines intent, it put them on a massive hit list for any dragon hunters.
Seekers went into hiding after that, and generally were never seen again, including the Command Trine. It was just to dangerous.
Now with the history lesson out of the way, Seekers had the ability just like every other dragon, and that is that they can disguise themselves as humans, however: Most winged dragons, especially Vosian Seekers, hate having their wings covered or completely shifted in. A majority of winged dragons will go into a half-shift. Retaining a lot of their dragon traits. This make it hard to hide among the humans, and kind of pointless, so they just stayed out of sight instead.
Vosian Seekers are one of the most empathic and self aware of all the species (tied to Praxian Bladewings), despite also being one of the more hostile. They will protect each other with their lives, and they always have a trade to offer.
While they aren't the biggest dragons, they are big compared to Ground dragons (like the Praxian Bladewings, Synthwaves, etc.) If you are lucky you will be riding on their backs and not in their stomachs.
In the case of diet they are omnivorous, which is not the same as us. For them it means they will eat anything, common stones, metals, rare stones, minerals, and the occasional regular rock.
These dragons absolutely despise bodies of water though, and react similar to giant cats (which they basically are.) They will hiss, dig at the ground, or even try fly away, before they will get in a body of water. They enjoy the rain though, and commonly will fly threw it to clean themselves (when they don't lick themselves.)
Sorry for the info dump, hope you enjoy. Will probably post more later :)
