It's easy to forget what Leon has been through because he's so steady and even-keeled. And it's not just about who he faced down - a dragon, the undead, and an immortal army among them - but doing so when the fight seemed hopeless, being 3x a sole survivor, watching many others die around him (both knights and citizens he swore to protect), who must have been his friends too.

I love that Leon’s first interaction with gwaine involved not only arresting him, but arresting him while he was attacking 2 visiting knights in the middle of the night for no apparent reason. like this fact matters so much to me.
