Look at that sear! Cooked up some halibut with some shrimps and quinoa. Made my own coconut curry and some avocado mango “salsa.” The death of Anthony Bourdain has really struck a cord with me. It saddens me because I’ve been there. I’ve been where his girlfriend has been. My boyfriend has also been there. It just sucks that sometimes something that seem so easy preventable isn’t. It’s made me realize that even through all the bullshit each one of us can touch and inspire the people around us. Just like he has.
