In honor of tonight being the finale of #stevenuniversefuture and the franchise in general, I decided to draw one of my favorite characters throughout the entire series, Amethyst 💜 I feel like amethyst out of all the characters in the show stuck with me the most mainly in her journey to self acceptance and finding her own strength. I’m going to miss Steven Universe. It’s one of the shows that got me back into cartoons in high school and became such a big part of my life. I’ve listened to all of the songs, cosplayed as one of the characters, drew my own gemsona’s, bought numerous funko pops and merch, and made so many friends. I’ve decided to try out #fanartfriday in which I post drawings of some of my favorite characters. My first fanart Friday is dedicated to Kusuo Saiki from “The Disastrous Life of Saiki K”. This anime is the funniest one I’ve seen so far and I relate to saiki so much from his fear of bugs to his love of sweets.
