hi guys quick q
so if i dont eat i can maintain morning skinny throughout the day nicely, but when i eat anything even like an apple or smt i get pretty bloated (probs from the sudden food or smt, if u know how to stop that pls lmk loll)
I have prom in 3 months and obv im not gonna eat until the event but theres a dinner thing as part of it and i dont wanna stand out not having it, so im worried that ill bloat from that meal :(
i was kinda thinking would working on my core/abbs help reduce that?? like idk if im being delusional but wouldnt the muscle kinda hold back the stomach?????
I still want to be flat or pref sunken in on my stomach area so i dont wanna start doing abb workouts if itll just add to the width 😭

• eating less than 1500kcal is STILL RESTRICTING and your doing beautifully! (No hate to anyone eating less! Do you lovelies!)
• each person is gonna have different cal needs and limits so don’t judge yourself based on other 4n4s! As long as you have a sustainable calorie deficit you are DOING GOOD!!
• if you have a demanding job or school work load, you may need more food than other 4n4s and that doesn’t make you a bad/fake 4n4!! Pls pls be safe and do what you need to do to survive this 3d. The point is to be skinny, not d3ad 💔
• taking a break from 4n4 doesn’t make you a failure. Coming back to 4n4 after recovery doesn’t make you bad/fake/or a failure either. Recovering is okay too and anyone who judges you for any of that should rot in hell.

do you ever experience a cycle where you binge and then fast or restrict heavily to punish yourself, only to binge again?
i don’t know who needs to hear this but this cycle is hell, and i know it sounds triggering, but this means you need more food, both your body and your mind
i recommend having a 1300-1500 cal limit and then slowly decreasing it, i know it’s triggering but it *will* help you prevent binges. we burn a lot of cals daily just by existing (around 1600 for afabs), not even thinking about exercise, and it’s important to remember that ppl who eat 400 cals are experienced and are under-eating to an extreme amount
eating 1400 cals a day is *still* considered under-eating and you will still lose weight, just slightly slower, those extra weeks of a few extra hundred cals are SO much better than a consistent 3000 because of a binge
personally, i started with 1600 cals (bc i was maintaining at the time) then took away 50 per week, now im taking away 100 per week because im now getting more used to eating less and the risks of binging are lowering
i lost 20 ibs in a month in a half from eating 1000-1200 cals daily as a *goal* without any exercise and i don’t say that as a brag, i just need to get my point across that what you’re seeing is the extreme, you may be the most anorexic person mentally but unless you *know* you’re good, you will struggle to not eat without easing yourself into it
(im sorry if this is rude or weird, i just needed to let people know my info and experiences because i feel confident if they listen it’ll help stop the cycle of misery)!

just realised im back over 90lbs. i see kg so much it hadnt hit me yet but holy shit i gained so much what the fuck whats wrong with me why did i do that?? gonna force myself back into the res mindset and break this bin/res cycle before it breaks me.
i WILL be uner 40kg when i go back to school. nothing can stop me.
