I like how Trump supporters cry bloody murder anytime a judge does their job lol. Now while I obviously wasn’t happy when the Supreme Court overturned roe v wade I am not going to claim it wasn’t within their legal right to do so lol.

The justice system is there to interpret if actions the government is taking is within the law. Or to sentences people to jail for crimes. The fact that some people in this country don’t understand that is well sad.

They literally don’t though. The constitution applies to everyone unless otherwise stated. The otherwise stated stuff has to do with voting and jury duty that’s literally it. Illegal immigrants have just as much a right to due process as me or you. Assuming you are an American citizen and not just some Russian troll please I beg of you understand basic constitutional law.

Understand American law at large which also applies to illegals or anyone else residing in America or visiting. We all have the same rights to a lawyer and due process.
