shaming people and telling them they are bad people for having the deadliest mental illness is not only irresponsible and morally wrong but also just fucking stupid

it seems like " mental health matters " to a lot of u until it comes to actually dangerous disorders then u dont fucking care ? eds have the highest death rate out of all mental illnesses but no bcs how they feel abt themselves must effect u so much more than them probably dying before they turn 30 be fr rn

A calorie burning tip:

If you’re gonna walk and get your steps in, it doesn’t hurt to carry a backpack with some stuff in it. The extra load will burn more calories. I walk with a 25-30lb backpack, I burn about an extra 200/hr

ONLY DO THIS IF YOU HAVE THE STRENGTH TO DO IT SAFELY, otherwise regular walking is just as good

nvm my antideprassants have a side effect of losing weight lmaoo

me and my doc didn't talk about depression or eating disorders but my ma said that I lost a significant amount of weight in the past months and I cut off and said that I just lost my appetite. the doc didn't even care and said 'wow you should tell us how you did that' like, she laughed. anyways, my antideprassants are used to treat depression or eating disorders 😭😭
