The mightiest rivers, narrow banks confine,

Through limitations, their strengths align.

So too, the mind, when focused, defined,

In the smallest of seeds, a tree resides.

The canvas blank, the sculptor’s stone,

Limitless potential, yet unknown.

Until the artist’s hand, restrained,

Brings forth the visions, previously unclaimed.

The eagle, though bound to earthly nest,

Finds in these limits, the winds to test.

So must we, in our quests, confide,

Within our bounds, our spirits glide.

For in the act of narrowing scope,

We find the strength to climb, to cope.

With every challenge, every limitation,

Lies the seed of our own elevation.

So let us then, with courage, bind

Ourselves to the discipline of the mind.

In limitation, our truths unveiled,

By self-confinement, we are impelled.

To reach beyond what eyes can see,

To become more than we thought we’d be.

For in our constraints, we are free,

In self-bound chains, our souls release.

Thus, mastery is not in boundless flight,

But in the grace of the constrained fight.

Greatness lies not in the vast, open space,

But in the depth of the self-embraced.
