in honor of pride month i'm going off on a tanget, because dear god, i actually love claudine and maya so much like oh my god it's actually insane, I genuinely NEED more dynamics like that it's so fucking funny to me I am eating that shit up.

like they are rivals. they are lovers. they are indeed the secret third worse thing. they are the power couple everyone keeps tabs on. they both push each other to be better and better every day. they are constantly flirting while everybody third-wheels. they're actually obsessed with each other. they've been obsessed with each other from the start. they get jealous so easily and so quickly it's hilarious. they're both incredibly possessive. the other is the reason that they are so passionate about what they do and what they hope to achieve. they would have a violent fist-fight and break each other's nose and make out by the end. their competitiveness and stubbornness are unmatched oh my god they were made for each other. they are so unashamedly gay, their class is torn between wanting to be them or wanting to be with them, while their friends (including a basically married couple attached at the hip) are all standing in the corner going 'yeah no they've definitely kissed at some point'. they even had their entire gay ass "for heroes there are trials, for saints there are temptations, for me there is you" ass moment like what the fuck more do you want from that, what other love confession can they give?? they signed a faustian contract to be together forever I think??? like???
