I've shown my husband some of the art on Tumblr and mentioned repeatedly how cool it is that the people here can make such breathtaking digital art and that I wish I knew how to draw like they do.

Today's my birthday. Wanna guess what he gave me?

Yep. I now own a drawing tablet!

The problem is that I don't know the first thing about drawing or digital art. He said it's just for fun so I can try to learn some basics and that there's no pressure. Oh, but there's pressure! He's such a sweetheart to buy this nifty gift for me, and now I feel like I need to learn how to draw something asap to show him how much I appreciate it.

Finally as promised I deliver the first piece of my yoga clones series: This time it’s Jesse in honour of the upcoming new season of TCW. I already love ARC Jess

The story behind this pic as I imagine it: Jesse was having some downtime in the gym, when Kix showed up and challanged him to keep the pose while balancing his helmet. Hence the intense concentration on Jesse’s face.

i dont know if there's anyone who follows me that is gonna read this and care but im purely curious

i have an oc x canon story for bad batch that i've been puttering with for a while now sort of as a passion project, which besides art has also been me rewriting the story to include my oc and little one offs here and there. i havent really posted anything relating to my ocs since i was a teenager, and back then it was pretty difficult for me, but i suppose times change lol

my question is: should i post my oc's story rewrite and things to ao3 and put stuff for her on my alt ( @commander-stripe , would be including art there too) or is that not something that people would be interested in seeing?

Actually this isn't a tree. It belongs to the genus Celosia and is another member of the Amaranthaceae family. Also, it can be eaten as a vegetable.
