in seriousness - while I love trans megumi and I like the idea of it in this specific story and it makes sense to me, I hadn't planned on incorporating it when I originally envisioned this fic, so I might not put it in this late because it deserves more than to feel like an afterthought. when I do finally write explicitly trans megumi I want it to just Be How He Is and not a retconned focal point, if that makes sense?

but! since he isn't explicitly identified as cis in this story either, then he can absolutely be interpreted as trans ♡
