You never forget "your first". To us, this was our first home; the one we'd dreamed of "someday" having kids in. When we were house shopping, and I walked into this house, I immediately pictured the Christmas tree and Christmas in this home. That's when I knew it was ours. . We almost didn't get this house and we were very close to giving up, but I just knew that it was meant to be ours and turns out we were right! . Three healthy children later, many incredible friends and memories made. Yet we know that it is time to move on as our family grows. . Life is a series of moments and today is one of those are significant days and moments we will always remember in the timeline of our lives. . Although we are sad to leave we are excited for the future!!! . . . #lastday #movingday #goodbye #goodbyesarehard #firsthouse #memories #thewonderyears #familyoffive #family #parenthood #instagood #love #lifegoeson #moments #preciousmoments #sellingourhome https://www.instagram.com/p/Bwx2Huxg83H/?igshid=anf0yh2bjh4s

A change in perspective is always good! . I cannot begin to tell you the amount of change it and we are going through growing pains--we're feeling it. . We're expanding our business and our team and about to grow a huge vision that one larger than we've ever grown before. . We've sold our first home where we've made incredible friends in the place where we have had our three beautiful children. . We're moving into a temporary space for an unknown period of time while we search for our Dream Home. . We're experiencing change everywhere and walking into faith knowing that all the answers will reveal themselves along the way. . We're sweaty, we're nervous, we're mostly excited. We're feeling growing pains, we're growing. . Mostly, we are ready for it!! Embracing all this change and letting ourselves grow because we know the joy and results we will experience on the other side! . . . . . #faith #growth #moving #newhome #thebigleap #changeisgood #feelingconfident #movingforward #entrepreneur #workfromhome #vision #team #parenthood #instagood #love #family #lifestyle #health #selfcare #wellness #wellnessblogger #family #parenting #familylife #momlife #wifelife https://www.instagram.com/p/BwcmqVSgjXW/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=dipbq2vyv43c

I was bullied when I was in school as a little girl. I have never ever shared this story before, and I'm shaking even writing it. But I'm hoping this will help one of you today. For one full year, when I reached that awkard stage of puberty, and I had terrible acne, thick eyebrows and felt painfully shy I went through a terrible year of being bullied and cried everyday. I dreaded going to school and everyday I faced a slew of comments to me: "You're so ugly", "You're gross", "No one likes you", "You're nothing". I cringe thinking about how I just sat there and took it in. Each day believing those messages deeper and deeper and feeling helpless to defend myself because I eventually started to think they were true. I didn't tell anyone this was happening, I was embarassed and ashamed. The effects this experience had on me are rooted deep. I sometimes still picture me as a little girl and how I wish I could go in and rescue her from that pain now. When I went into counselling as an adult, this situation came up. Here's how I began my healing: I visualized myself in my desk at school, with my bully across from me. I pictured myself as an adult and forgave him. I hugged him, I knew he had his own pain and I pictured myself forgiving him. I also pictured myself hugging me and forgiving myself for not standing up to him. I loved her, I hugged her and told her she was in fact beautiful. I told her those were all lies and that she is worthy, loved, beautiful and deserved to be treated with respect. Now, as an adult, you may see me as someone who is confident and has it all together. I am confident now, but it took me love and time to get here. I have worked on self love, acceptance and self esteem and it is possible to get here and it takes time. It takes a lot of patience, self love, healing, visualisation, gratitude and kindness to yourself. My number one value as an adult has always been to make everyone feel loved, welcome and accepted. I think it is because this happened to me that I am that way. You can be silly, weird, grumpy, funny however you want in front of me, and I will love you and not judge you. *Continued in the comments... https://www.instagram.com/p/BvkLTyigm-1/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1faw2lz7x10sx

The skinny jeans fit me!!! I put them on yesterday in shock that they not only fit, but felt comfortable!! Considering one month ago they barely could zip up! It's amazing what one month of our nutrition can do! I feel more confident, healthier, less bloated and excited that I don't need to buy more pants!!! ;) Here are 5 Ways this last month that I was FINALLY able to fit back into my skinny jeans since Baby #3! 1. I began by cutting out all refined sugar. I have such a huge sweet tooth and I love sweetness so I found alternatives for everything. Stevia for my morning coffee, raw organic honey and 100% pure maple syrup for baking and when needed Coconut sugar. I have my daily Isa fat burning chocolate with adaptogen herbs and amino acids to help me feel satisfied with my choco cravings. Not to mention they taste amazing! 2. Water!!! I am drinking a ton of water all day. I drink water even when I am not thirsty and I use the color of my urine (clear) to gauge whether I am dehydrated or need more. Water helps to flush out toxins, burn fat, keep you feeling full, brain function and the list goes on! 3. Fat Burning System: I began into a consistent routine with our Fat Burning System to help my body's metabolism to increase, to eat the right type of calories and amounts so that it takes the guess work out of meal prep. I take two daily supplements to burn fat and increase my metabolism (in a natural way (ACV, cinnamon, cayenne etc) and a daily tonic of adaptogen herbs to reduce cortisol and help my body adapt to stress and begin to release fat and toxins. 4. I eat two calorie controlled and nutrient dense meals that I can make in less than 30 seconds!! These two meals leave me full, have full macros (carbs, fats and protein) and keep my blood sugar level. I eat 3 healthy small meal snacks and a healthy plated meal! (I eat 6 times total in a day)! 5. Lastly, vegetables! Lots of them! We have made it our goal to get local fresh produce and eat half my plate as veggies first! This way I am getting more fiber and nutrients and filling up on what my body is craving the most! _______ Link in Bio To Join Our Next Accountability Group!!! https://www.instagram.com/p/BvdNznOAjFn/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1m2n8n4c1ripl

What you focus on grows, right? So who are you allowing to influence your thoughts right now? Avoiding gossip and avoiding competition can bring you so much joy. Spreading love, having compassion for others and knowing that everybody is going through something is a great way to operate. I've been practicing this daily and I can tell you from my experience that I choose to shift my focus onto what feels good and on who lifts me up. As a result of this my mind is more at rest and peace. It allows you to let go of what isn't serving you and to allow you to focus on what feels good! It takes work but it's worth it! . . . #serenity #joy #allthingslovely #peace #love #thatsdarling #wellness #wellnessblogger #mindset #healthythoughts #lawofattraction #thesecret #beautiful #grateful #happy #spring #photooftheday #instagood https://www.instagram.com/p/Bve575IA5qe/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1tqyrmbn4k0tu
