there's something so compelling to me about the fact that sometimes leaving a blade or bullet inside the wound it made is the only way to prevent you from bleeding to death. something about the ironic symbolism of it. when the thing designed and intended to kill you is the only thing keeping you alive.

I don't understand how exactly this happened, but whatever the Ghost fandom did with ghouls- I love it. Heard someone say your OC’s are a reflection of parts of your life, and I thought I’d put in what mine reflect in my life.

Orion: a loving father figure with a relentless devotion for his daughter. I have literally never had a stable father figure in my life, much less any who would do what he’s done for Pyxis

Minnow: somewhat of a freak within his own species (deepwater ghoul in a ministry full of salt/fresh water ghouls). People think he’s viscous just because of his appearance, when in reality he’s just a scared, lonely ghoul

Ignis: a free spirit, always looking for the next thrill, something I wish I had the courage/confidence to be

Agnostos: after straying away from what others wanted him to be, he was cast aside and forgotten.

Crow: who I aspire to be. He’s confident, happy, and unashamed of who/what he is

Idk, I just felt like posting this. Valley, Horizon and Pyxis don’t really have much influence from my personal life (from what I’ve noticed?). But this was nice to look into, I never noticed these parallels (except Crow) until now.
