Just finished my first spooky cross stitch of the season. It honestly wasn't so hard on the eyes until the last two colors, and then... ouch.

The (free!) pattern is Lost, based on a design by BlindCherub.

I made a little Ennard! <:o) They've even got moveable fabric face plates!

I made their body out of mostly grey yarn and a few strips of felt, wooden beads for eyes, embroidered teeth, a reddish-brown glass bead for the nose, and a green felt party hat with a yarn pompom. I also used a copper button for the (·₊˚slay˚₊·) button on their chest.

Recently made myself a spooky little reversible detachable collar with some spooky eyes on one side or subtle spiderwebs on the other. Really pleased with how perfectly is goes with one of my go to sweaters.
