What I did to lose weight.
Please be safe, I’m not encouraging unhealthy or life threatening habits.
Since I posted my before and afters, I am being flooded with questions on how I did it. So here is a post outlining what I did. I’m going to leave out calorie details because I just hit 6k and really don’t want to be deactivated. Consume the calorie amount that you think works best for you.
- I drink almost a gallon of water per day, sometimes in green tea form.
- Once a day I drink a mixture of raw organic apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, cinnamon and water.
- I take women’s vitamins that have a lot of amazing weight loss and energy properties. I personally take GNC’s women’s ultra mega. These have saved me.
- I intermittent fast every day, meaning I consume all of my calories in a two hour time frame, usually around dinner time.
- I do not consume sugar, oils other than olive, and white carbs (potatoes, white rice, white bread) And even if I’m not restricting, I still follow these guidelines.
- I like to drink diet Arizona green tea and diet soda as meal replacements during the day.
- I do cardio almost every day, mostly running. There’s not a specific distance that I go. I go until I feel like my body needs to stop, which is okay. Do not push yourself.
- Remember that everyone’s body is different and this may or may not work for you. ❤️
Also people want to know:
How long it took? A year and a half.
Did you get loose skin? Yes. What has helped a lot is taking collagen pills every day and working out the areas of the body with the loose skin. (Arm circles and crunches are great) This really pulls the skin back to the muscle.
What about my stretch marks? They are now almost translucent and white. You can’t see them unless you look very closely.

I like to say these before bed, or during yoga/meditation. Try it. I lost 9lb this week.

(made for me bc i really fucking need them, i do not recommend, this is super unhealthy)
School Schedule:
🍂No breakfast, if needed no more than 100 cals
🍂No lunch, if needed pack grapes or a low cal fruit
🍂COFFEE. this will save your life when you want to binge, make some before school starts and bring it with you
🍂decline food if offered
🍂walk walk walk walk walk
🍂after school snack: green tea. or water.
🍂dinner: whatever your mom (or whoever) makes you eat, minuscule portion!!
🍂repeat. don’t fuck up.
Weekends:
🍂Low cal breakfast and green tea, or regular tea whatever
🍂lunch who??? we don’t know her. WATER
🍂dinner: same rules apply!!
Please don’t eat. you’ll regret it. you haven’t had a good day in over a month. you haven’t gained but you haven’t lost either. remember that. you want to be thinspo fucking material. also halloween!! we need a skinny legend for that.
