We really can’t deny how life can be so hard on us sometimes. Most of us struggle on our daily lives that cause us to forget how to love ourself and to acknowledge our worth.
 Achieved Self Love by:
1. Acknowledging your Feelings
Your emotions and feelings are valid. You are valid. Accept what you are feeling rather than suppressing or pushing it away. This will gently remind you of your situation and what you can do about it. This will teach you to value yourself and recognize that your feelings are as important as the feelings of others.
2. Prioritizing what makes you happy
Have you ever wondered if you've done anything special for yourself that truly makes you happy? When was the last time you experienced genuine happiness? We sometimes focus solely on bringing joy to those around us, forgetting that we must also make ourselves happy. This time, I want you to be happy as well. Go on your own adventures, pamper yourself, do the things you enjoy, and simply do what makes you happy and valuable.
3. Disconnecting from those who bring negativity
Sometimes cutting off some people in your life is the best thing you can do to focus on yourself. Especially if they only bring negativity. They will only add complications to any solutions you have. The best thing you can do is respond less to such people in order to live a more peaceful and positive life.
4. Doing things for yourself
The best way to show yourself love is to do things for yourself. Never put yourself in a situation where you are doing things to yourself just to please others. Remember that prioritizing yourself isn't always a bad thing.

Akala ko ba hindi masakit ang pag-ibig?
Scam! Akala lang pala,
Dahil sa bawat oras at araw na dumaraan andiyan at hindi mawawala ang mga hindi pagkakaunawaan.
At sa bawat pangyayaring ganito sakit at kirot ang hindi mawawala sa eksena.
Sino ba kasi ang nagpa-uso ng pag-ibig?
Puro lang yata sakit at kirot ang dala.
Charot!
Pero seryoso, sa pag-ibig di naman talaga yan mawawala. Yan ang magpapatunay na marunong kang mag mahal at tunay kang mag mahal.
Kaya yang kirot na yan? I charot-charot mo nalang!

Every time I look into the sky I always feel at peace. It makes me feel calm. Sa tuwing tinitignan ko nawawala panandalian yung mga worries, doubts, stress and other negative things na nararamdaman ko sa araw o sa oras na iyon. Para akong dinuduyan ng mga ulap. Ako lang ba?
