At age of 20 ,educating people who are older to you, won't listen sometime due to fact they think they know life better than you, the feedback I likely had back was how naive I were .However as I have mentioned gratitude was my weapon and still is .So while I would have such negative feedback which can be distractions to me, I wouldn't care, I was busy smiling, grateful and in my mind l always telling myself " it's at least good enough that they consider listening to you and in meantime that's all matter". Every morning I would count things I am happy and grateful for , I had nothing much but I could srtart with how grateful I am for beautiful sunrise , that the morning is fresh , the air smell nice to breath , smiling at wind floating in my face , grateful that I exist and things I like exist such as social business I was starting , grateful that growth is a guarantee though nothing would confirm it but better to believe than denie since our belief shape our realit. As well everytime I have hard time I write down things and what I am grateful for . In one year , I can fill three note of journal of gratitude . Surprisingly a lot of story might be in repetition.
