Good morning!! / afternoon etc…🌞

I was thinking of having a daily blog here; recapping on the things I have learned or I am reminded in the day. I’d also like to share some things that help me start the day off right…& to keep it steady..

I think it’s important to “capture the sun” every day .. to get those rays of sunshine. Outside adventure time!! Before I do however.. I like to light a candle & incense & do a “stare at the flame” meditation. Breathwork has been daily for me recently as well. Before going out in the world I like to come to center, set my intention for today to be magical & so forth! Remember to stay grateful!!! More is on the way!! Feel the feelings .. now. Namaste. 🙏🌌🌟🌺

"Excuse Me"

Walking in the park... On A gravel path Taking a moment to look at my phone to apply to some background acting gigs.. (Side note: usually I like to walk without technology but had to get certain things done) I hear a voice "Excuse me" I look up to see a young girl riding her bike ... towards me At first I have the thoughts.. "Why is she asking for me to get out of the way when there is a wide length to this gravel path..." (though still remaining peaceful I moved over..) I looked back at the path and yes I am walking down the middle and there are little water puddles to the sides of me.. but the outlines of the sides were also cleared completely .. It made me realize. There are more options .. If only we could have a wider perspective .. see the broader picture..open our minds to possibilities .. Perhaps Outside the lines Really is the answer.

Dreams of a Songwriter Really Short Story: The Test Tube (Literally my dream from last night lol) February 19, 2019 Written by: Patoirlove

Ok, weirdest but coolest imagery dream I had last night... I was out in some magical beach world on another planet with family and friends though I drifted out a little on my own adventure. It was nice and sunny out and there were these little butterfly mixed alien creatures shooting plant vines out from their bodies (which remained attached to/ hung from their torsos) as they flew around in groups.

I said “Oh, cool!! I want one to land into my arm (don’t know why lol) so then I put my arm out and a vine shot right into my arm piercing (diving deep) through my skin like a huge needle. I didn’t see the buttterfly so I thought, “oh, it flew off”...as I saw the group flying above my head in a cluster. Then I twisted my arm around and saw the butterfly still hanging on as if the vine was part of it (which I’m pretty sure it was or it was something like a cocoon that it eventually grew out of).

I thought, “this is so cool I’ve never experienced this before but it isn’t going to live as it needs water and it’s getting my blood. Sorry bud I am going to have to let you go...” as I yanked the creature out & propelled it from my body to land near the other creatures which now sat in calm water on the side line.

I looked at the remaining “plant” roots moving around in my arm though a hole with the diameter of a scientific test tube. I saw my blood working to figure out what was going on beneath my skin layer; pumping droplets of purple-red that occasionally appeared at the surface. Then in the light I noticed an actual test tube was floating in my arm. I pulled the glass out and all of a sudden the hole diameter increased 30 fold and my arm was filled with water and plants like a fish tank of ocean water. I screamed to my sister in the distance “We might need to call mom... look at my arm!” (side note: my mom is a nurse). Just as she started dialing her number, the hole shrunk back to its original size. Shocked; I looked up and left the dream.
