So I'm new to both this AU & Trollhunters in general, so afaik I've gleaned from Wiki spoilers & some of S1 watch. So question, what is the relationship/loyalty(?) like btw Strickler, Otto & Nomura in this AU? How does AU!Otto (& AU Strickler & Nomura) differ from Canon that you'd be willing to share? (Also I'm curious if Stricklake a thing in this AU?)

Hi! Thank you! I’m glad you like it! Trollhunters is such a fun series and I’m glad you’re interested in this AU!In Days in the Sun, Otto, Strickler, and Nomura’s relationship is familial. They’re adopted siblings to the other, because of how they’d been all ripped from their families were quite young. 

Strickler came to the Darklands first, Otto was a near newborn when he came to the Darkland second, and, years later, Nomura is introduced to them as an egg and they kept her warm and safe till she hatched. They grew up together, and when they came of age, were forced to live apart, but soon get back together and get to know the other again.As for Strickler and Barbara’s relationship? I honestly don’t know yet. I’ll have to see if their relationship plays a role in the AU!

“You’re Satan.”

The words hit Otto’s ears like a smack to the face, staring down at the crumpled body of Tobias Domsalski on the floor, struggling to get up from the forest floor. There was a brief moment of silence between them, the sound of air entering and leaving their respective lungs. Otto’s armor shifted, rustling, creaking, as he stepped forward, hovering close now, muscles bunched.“You will have the glory of meeting the real one if you fight like that in real combat!” He hissed, frustrated, earning a flinch from the younger boy. Poor combat -- poor form -- what was he thinking? His eyes filtered over him, a small sigh exiting his mouth after a few more seconds of glaring, a sad look, offering a hand to help him up.The boy hesitated before he took it and he was pulled to his feet, where Otto knelt, reaching into his collar.He pulled out a handkerchief, a cream, off white one, with his stitched initials. He reached to wipe a busted lip and nose from where Tobias hit the ground, solid dirt.“I don’t think you’re Satan.” He spoke in a hushed whisper, his little chest fluttering, “I didn’t mean it. Honest...”The gloved, armored hand held his cheek, wiping away a stray tear in his held back emotion, the handkerchief blotted pink, as Otto tilted his head, touching Tobias’ forehead with his.

Hi just found out about this AU I love and I have a question So what do you think Otto's Triumbric Stone items would be I like to imagine that it would be: Birthstone - Crossbow Killstone - Two Heavy-duty Cestus And Finally The Eye of Gunmar - A helmet that has the same effect as Jim's does but with the addition of boosting Otto's Changling powers in ways never seen But what are your thoughts on this and there's six slots so what other cool powers do you see Otto having? P.S. Sorry it's so long

The Birthstone — for the boomerang daggers

The Killstone — for the shield

The Eye of Gunmar — for the helmet

The Eye of Bular — taken at the Battle of Kilahead, grants the wearer brute strength for short periods of time — however, both the Eye of Gunmar and Bular together make a deadly, very aggressive influencer and can muddle the mind in making the bearer very power hungry

The Heart of Deya — a stone taken from Deya’s crystalized heart after she was felled — allows bearer to heal small injuries of others, however, bearer is unable to completely heal near fatal wounds or themselves

The last one I am still on the fence about — but, I wanted to say thanks for the ask! It was really fun to think about! Having different powers is neat to imagine!
