Hi everybody here's my story idea.

Vampire werewolf romance. The vampire is a guy, werewolf is a girl.

Vampire Boy's name is Sanguine, Guinn for short. He's very proper and snobby like you'd expect but also a total crybaby and a coward. Think Howl from Howl's Moving Castle, or Tamaki from OHSHC. If this man isn't pampered, he may actually die. His family are wine makers and he's the only child. They spoil him rotten and he's a total mama's boy.

The werewolf girls name is Tyche, and she is one thousand percent FERAL. Absolutely crazy. She's like, 6,2, hairy, and out of her mind. She lives in the forest with her pack, which is made of 3 families. There's no alpha wolf bs here, the pack is led by the eldest members collaboratively. She has 6 other siblings that she helps raise.

Their dynamic is basically

Guinn: "i can't believe how uncivilized you are"

Tyche: "HOW ABOUT YOU SAY THAT TO MY FACE YOU OVERSIZED LEECH"

Guinn: "WAIT NOOO DONT YELL AT MEE IM SOORRYYYY"

And unfortunately, they're both into it.

PSA for writers.

Please stop using epithets.

It's fine if we don't know the characters name, but if we know their name, please don't write "the taller man" or "the blonde." I know pronouns can get confusing when characters in the scene are the same gender, but I'd way prefer being slightly confused for a second on whose who or see the same name a billion times than have to suffer an epithet. It takes away from the scene and cheapens the overall writing.

Of course, this is my opinion. What am I gonna do if I see you do it? Call the writing police? Im just never doing it in my own works and cringing every time I see it in others

Started getting into Welcome to Nightvale (Im only on ep31 so no spoilers) so here's what i think is normally on Cecil's desk

- a picture of a just-woke-up Carlos mid sip of coffee from a mug that has a picture of a mole in a beaker

- his phone, which is horribly cracked yet works fine.

- an envelope from Upper Management with Cecil's name scrawled in blood. He got it a week ago and hasn't gotten around to opening it.

- a coffee mug with a picture of a mole in a beaker (Cecil doesn't get the joke, moles are just his favorite mythical animal)

- a series of sticky notes that say the following:

"Text Carlos♡"

"Hire new intern"

"Locate vent squirrels"

"Call Dana about that one thing"

Something "fun" about America!

The whole "shooting threats are insane" is not too bad an exaggeration. My school had shooter drills every month or so and I was once searched for "terroristic threatening" when i barely said something gun related. It's no joke.

Whats something you didn't have to do in a video game but you did it anyway. Like, there was no achievement for it, there was no item or dialog or anything like that. You just felt like it.

For me, it was swimming around with the Sea Emperor in Subnautica. And chilling with her as long as I could when she started dying. Visiting often when I was collecting the last bits for the Neptune. I know it's a fictional alien sea creature but I didn't want her to feel alone anymore 🥺
