Three little dots to tell me I am alive
Stare at the screen and await your reply
I dont need I tell myself I dont need you
I am empty without your words
Even emptier without you.

You are the state in which I am dreaming,
A succession of images sinking through, Mouth wide open, Indulge me with your salt. I will breathe in every crystal grain As your eyes awaken in me an endless thirst. Waves that break me Capsized, that I will fall right into you, For I am already drowning.
Float with me
in a far off fancy.
I want to feel you buoyant around the edges of my skin. Let the secrets I hold be a light that guides you, As that is what you are, Pure light. Something of an unreal beauty A lucid delusion, You saturate the oceans within me.

In your omission to mention, the mere state of being forgotten presides you, for which is the substance you pay your respects to? The nature of your being holds no virtue. We see you there in your absence, Holding within you the stillness of a thousand words that in a single thought could ripple your surface. We lay you to rest, that in a single moment your mere lack of self preservation could break you into existence. Bearing your body spread wide open Your stance is apparent, an emotional apparatus, Through the glass in their pupils could they see you spread open. You lay there, addressed, As though your dignity could ever remain so stagnant. Exposed, a crack in the ceiling, In which no one is looking For the thoughts within you hold the absence of a thousand lights, None of which are alive. We see you there, silent.

I wrote a poem on the bathroom wall only to erase it; to run my finger through my words; to touch them; leaving nothing but its chalky residue to serve the purpose of my substance.

For Centuries
Admire the beauty that surrounds you, As even the space between the trees serve purpose. The wonder isn’t where you are nor how you have become of it, rather the very moment you reside. And now every branch hanging every leaf side by side their stems and all of the roots combined Bare whiteness to their stars As they resign each prayer to that which surrounds them, They too have come to bestow upon you the secrets they have neither been given nor told, From far off centuries,
You must have waited centuries,
Now as your thoughts bring you a dowry, Their roots run deep enough through that they would run past the core and reach back around as the leaves from the lands that do not yet know you, For your roots do not run, no, in their stillness they remain, A longing that lasts, What are you to make of this very moment? That surely something out there must love you.
They must have waited centuries.

I still dream at night of those faces from back home, the ones from the crowded rooms I wish I could’ve known. I wake up in the morning with a faint memory of you. It is too hard to look you in the eyes as in the night mine are the ones closed off. The air between us was never ripe, but even the fruits we bare taste the sweetest right before they die.

: a person who is intolerant toward those holding different opinions.
To speak with anything of substance would be a virtue.
Spilling out at your finest, you have fallen short.
To define your relation to the other sons and daughters,
Would they turn to mourn you, brethren or bigot,
The words you have left behind now replace you.
The ignorance you swore was blind now breaks you.

Foraged.
Its hits you before you can even realize its existence at all knocks you down only to pick you right back up constantly spinning your head in circles the world around you is red. Directions hold no meaning when the possibilities are endless. These aren't paths, they are streams of chaotic consciousness that have been foraged of all their value. Whose footprints have been laid out before you? The impressions that you leave are like a picked through box with a sign that says “for free” as your curbside appeal is really nothing that they need yet they stop to rummage through you before they can even realize your existence at all.

In retrospect, all cities tend to feel the same, though perhaps it is you that has yet to change. Your sense of belonging, it stems from what is around you, the faces that surround your line of sight, the way the sky line seems to always be staring back at you. Close your eyes that to the world are far too wide. You can see for miles but those city lines never felt quite right. Running running chasing after your endless breath in some desperate attempt to feel alive. Remember all those times you swore you were suffocating?
Remember, they say.
In retrospect, the air is always the same, as nature does not share the boundaries we have created. Who do you blame for that tight empty feeling of everything you hold dear leaving your chest? For every particle that fills you will someday leave just like the rest. Open Open, Forbid them to come back . Is it you who feels betrayed, or the substance that you lack?

I need you to know that you make me suicidal. The thought of being without you isn't a thought of existence at all. You don't just walk past me, you walk straight through me.
