The Huawei MediaPad M3 is unfortunately made available to us in only gold color, though the color looks good on the full metal design. Looking to the tablet from the front looks quite similar to the Samsung’s Android tablet lineup, rounder tactile button on the middle which can be used either for jump to homescreen or as fingerprint scanner. Front camera is settled at the top of the device with the shining Huawei branding. Meanwhile, the rear camera sits at the top-back bezel of the Huawei MediaPad M3. Display

The display on Huawei MediaPad M3 is lighted up with IPS LCD panel which is pixeled at 2560 x 1600 resolution. It reflects very sharp and crispy images on the panel with bright and vivid colors. We also tested in extreme light conditions to check its brightness capability, it worked pretty well and we noticed all the details clearly. However, the colors are not accurate and it outperformed the iPad Mini 4, ZenPad Z8 and Acer Predator 8. When it viewed from the side angles it showed up everything, means viewing angles are also great! On paper, it delivers 427 nits.

Audio

For making this tablet, Huawei has partnered with Harman Kardon audio company to provide the best audio experience to the consumers and the speakers are rocking! The sound is so clear that we can each and every beats of the sound. All in all, they have together optimized this tablet to deliver the best sound and also for making it a good choice for entertainment.

Design - Samsung Chromebook Plus

The design of this Chromebook is identical to the laptops in the market as you would expect, although in my opinion the design looks quite similar to the MackBook Pro with rounded edges. I’m really disappointed with the space on which the keyboard and trackpad are place in, I mean like its really like very small and it took a while to get in shape with it. However, the keyboard keys are very responsive and tactile with slight curve on it. The trackpad is quite small. These all things are acceptable as it is aimed to deliver better portability. We have USB C-type ports and power port on the left and Samsung’s Pen from the RIP Note 7 on right. By popping out the pen launches Google Keep to draw straight away. 

Performance - Samsung Chromebook Plus

As I said you earlier that this Samsung Chromebook Plus is packed with 4GB RAM and Intel core m3 processor, which is not the high-end specs but it is enough for Chrome OS as it is very light-weight operating system. When we tested it, everything for super smooth, we also did multitasking with Chrome on one window and video-calling with Skype on another window and we didn’t noticed any hiccups. We also played couple of games like Asphalt 8, Nova 3, the graphics were pretty realistic, the chasis got hot quite a bit though.

Display - Samsung Chromebook Plus

The 12.3-inch display on the Chromebook is pixeled at 2400x1600 resolution which produces the most sharp image I have ever seen on a Chromebook. We took this Chrombook out to check how it performs in the outdoor conditions, the screen was enough bright and visible either way there shouldn’t be any glitch regarding display as Samsung has achieved mastery in making the brightest display and we have seen that in their high-end smartphones.

Chrome OS - Samsung Chromebook Plus

Well, this one is the first Chromebook to support all the android apps, adding value to the Chrome OS. Installing and using android apps on it as simple as we do on our smartphone. I successfully used the Adobe Photoshop, Spotify, Facebook, unfortunately I noticed that the Pokemon Go was not supported on the device. And, do note that, everything on the Chrome OS is cloud based, means the Chromebooks are useless without internet connection.

Battery Life - Samsung Chromebook Plus

When we tested the battery life of Samsung Chromebook Plus, it lasted upto 8 hours of constant video playback on airplane mode. And, while recharging the battery, it took nearly 2 hours to full charge.

Final Verdict - Samsung Chromebook Plus

Finally, I would like to say, if only working and productivity is the name of your game, then I would really suggest you to go with the Samsung Chromebook Plus. With this Chromebook, you’re also getting your hand on with all the applications of Play Store. We also tried to scratch the screen, but its Gorilla Glass 3 did the job pretty well. Even at the budget price of $399 the built quality is provided superior, unlike some of the expensive devices like iPhone 7 Plus, Galaxy S7 edge and Pixel XL.

Performance - OnePlus 3T

Talking about the specification in detail, as I said earlier that it comes with Snapdragon 821 chipset which is incredibly powerful and tuned with 6GB of RAM together makes this device a multi-tasking beast. When we tested, the switching between couple of apps was buttery smooth. We played some of the most popular gaming titles on it, like Nova 3, Gangstar Vegas and Fifa 16, everything seem to be pretty well. There were no issues and lags. To check its real capability, we also edited and rendered a 4K video using Adobe Premiere and it got the job the without any issues. Talking about benchmarks, the OnePlus 3T beats the Samsung Galaxy S7 Egde, Apple iPhone 7 Plus and Google Pixel XL, but again we should not judge any device with its benchmark scores. Recently, OnePlus has announced that in the latest software update, we have changed few algorithms of file managing systems which will boost the speed of opening and switching between various applications.

Display - OnePlus 3T

Talking about the display on OnePlus 3T, its identical to the older version with 5.5 inch AMOLED screen, the resolution is also same 1920 x 1080 pixels. This is not the sharpest display and brightest display in the world, though the viewing angles and sharpness is excellent when viewed from the side. The display is super power efficient on the 3T, How?? Well, if you don't know, the biggest advantage of AMOLED panel is that, it doesn't light up the area of the screen which is black, which eventually helps to increase battery life. Talking about the camera, well it has got major improvement of front camera from 5MP to 16MP, which takes some beautiful and detailed selfies. The rear camera is same as the last one. Battery Life - OnePlus 3T

As the OnePlus 3 failed to deliver battery life that people were expecting, on the newer one OnePlus took the battery from 3000 mAh to 3400 mAh, which is really power efficient.
