Day 7: Yogi’s Choice. Make sure that the light in you, honours the light in that girl in the mirror... . For the last day, I went with lotus pose. I’m still working on finding calm in the discomfort, so this was a great way to remind myself that when things get uncomfortable, just breathe and honour my own light. Day 2: Forward Fold. Folds are poses I always come back to and enjoy. It’s an area where I see growth and I can really sink into the pose.
